I gave them 5 stars. Aaron and crew were polite and considerate. They were compliant with Covid regulations and wore booties along with drop cloths to protect my flooring. Explained what they were doing And gave tips on how to keep my furnace running effectively. Glad to no longer have 47 years of stuff in our vents. The plumbing crew that did the camera in the pipes were also great.

I love PDS plumbing and air because of their service technicians especially Eric He identified what a long term problem has been going on at our property and solved a problem quick and easily that should help our unit finally run more efficiently and save the life of our unit. I’ve had other companies out at the home in the past for servicing and Eric was the only technician that ever discovered that our intake air flow inside the house is way too small for our large unit. He is going to be making it larger and add a second intake flow at the other end of the house which should help our unit work more efficiently and save the life of the unit. AC went out last night on a 104 degree day. Called the HVAC company we have used for many years and could only leave a message. We are very pleased with their service, from response time to our message which was very quick and immediate, to giving us the soonest appointment, and to the service they provided. A very professional and veteran run operation. Handled my plumbing issues quickly and allowed me to remain at work until my technician was en route. Got a call and arrived home right when Jonathan arrived. A very polite young man who got right to it. After a short discussion we decided to replace my unit. We had roots come up from beneath the foundation and into/down the flange/drain pipe, thus clogging it, plus the wax seal needed replaced and toilet reset/resealed

I needed to replace an outdoor faucet that had rusted out. They responded within 3 hours. Job was simple and quick. I wish they would’ve charged a bit less. It was a 10 min job and it cost $125. Would still recommend to others.

Technicians were awesome replaced old water heater timely and explained new water heater features.
PDS plumbing and air saved the day!! They came out the same day to repair my AC, they needed a part and Eric quickly obtained it and was back first thing the next morning to install it. We are back with cool air conditioning so fast!! Plus the cost was very competitive. They are honest, hardworking and offer amazing customer service. Eric made sure I knew what was happening at every step, he was extremely pleasant to have in the home, he even wiped up the floor where he was working!! All in temps over 100 degrees!! I will not use any other service!

I had a good experience with this company and technicians that came out to do the work. They were very knowledgeable about the work that they were doing. Made sure the the drain hole to the outside was covered and sealed properly. They got the work completed efficiently and a short amount of time.

I was very happy I chose PDS plumbing. I had to repipe my whole house and they did a great job. They were very professional and kept me informed through the whole process. Any time I had a question or concern, they responded back to me quickly. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
Ended up costing more than original quote due to needing new valves under sink. Was able to get military discount. Work was done professionally. New kitchen sink faucet works fine and no leaks. Happy with the work.
Second time using this company for plumbing issues. Jose was able to immediately diagnose the issue; apparently, it’s something that happens a lot in homes made back in the day that have house traps instead of clean outs. He was able to unclog all the hair that was clogging up the line. He was on on time, respectful, fixed the issue, and gave recommendations on how to keep dirt and things out of the drain cover. Highly recommend!

PDS was able to get someone out the next day after giving them a call. I was without my air conditioner for two days in the Central Valley heat and Andrew came to our rescue! He did an amazing job. He found the issue right away and had the part in his truck to replace it. Also he let us know that there wasn’t any earthquake straps on our unit and he put them on for us without any hesitation. He also checked out refrigerant levels to make sure our unit was running at its full potential. He gave us other advice to strengthen the stability of the unit on our roof which we will do as soon as possible. Andrew is very knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. Anytime I call PDS I will request Andrew!!! Thank you PDS!! You’re awesome!

We are beside ourselves at the AMAZING work done for us by PDS. Our manufactured home had a unusual sized sink which we did not realize prior to purchasing a new single basin for our kitchen. Professional job completion of the replacement of a gas water heater. Both the lead and technician in training were very professional in their appearance, attitudes and their work ethics. Thank you for a job well done! Cost $1000 and that did not include the new water heater. Cost was only setback.

I discovered I had a leak under the slab of my house on the hot water side. I called around several different plumbers around town to get quotes on the best way to restore the hot water and fix the problem. Being close to Christmas at the time, it was very difficult getting anyone to show up. I found PDS plumbing and noticed the number of reviews they had and decided to give them a try.
They were very responsive and were able to send someone out right away. I was given a few options on repair and settled on re-piping both the hot and cold-water lines, since they were already going to have to open the walls for the hot water lines.
They were able to able to start the project within a few days. I was quoted 3 to 5 days for the project. They were able to complete everything within the 3 days.
They showed up on time each day and cleaned up all the workspaces at the end of each day before they left. They were super easy to work with and answered all my questions.
I would very much recommend them and can see why they are highly reviewed.

Feb 11th We discovered a leak from our updtairs ceiling can light about 3:30 in the morning so I immediately started looking for a plumber and based on reviews selected PDS plumbing. Larry was sent over and he's Just an all around amazing individual! Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done very informative every step of the way and he was extremely efficient. He was a very kind and sympathetic to our trauma waking up to this experience unexpectedly.

PDS Plumbing & Air is the best! Our air wouldn’t turn on and they were able to have someone inspect my unit within 2 hours AND ON SUNDAY! With the Fresno heat looking to be in the 110’s this week we needed someone out ASAP. They inspected our AC, FIXED IT, and gave recommendations on how to not burn it out with the upcoming heat! They’ll even keep notes on our address to reference back if they need to come back out in the future. All of this in an hour visit and we didn’t having to wait 4-5 days like other companies were quoting. Great job!!

They gave a timely and reasonable quote for the work to be done. They offered several service time windows the next day and their technician showed up on time and got the job done. 100% legit! Upon reading reviews and calling around for different quotes PDS delivered all around. Their special they had going on was hard not to pass on and after speaking with the representative I felt comfortable going with them. I called on a Friday and someone came out Monday.
We had the technician named Sai (Hope I spelt his name right) and from the jump he was on time, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable! He was extremely thorough and detailed with the questions I had. He didn’t try to blow smoke and give me a list of problems like I had another company do. This I very much appreciate (and I know we all do!).
We officially have our HVAC company from here on out! I also appreciate they honor law enforcement (or any first responder) veterans, teachers and senior citizens. Highly recommend 10/10!

I had a very good experience with PDS Plumbing. My call was returned promptly and someone was sent to my home within 30 minuets. They assessed the problem and got right to work snaking out my main sewer line. Didn't take too long to do and the two men sent out were very courteous and answered all my questions. I asked for their card as I will surely be using them again.
Eric was a great technician. He was very helpful and thoughtful. He really knew his stuff! Would definitely come back if we ever have future problems.

Do not call them if you have the same water heater as the pictures I provided. This is a $30 dollar fix (I ended up doing myself). An error code was displayed because of a bad sensor. I did not want to wait for Amazon to deliver the next day so decided to go with these professionals....... I ended up burning $95 bucks. The guy was clueless and basically tried to upsale me a $6k tankless unit. Called to get a refund since the guy was so hands off and even googled the problem. I had no luck on the refund, I feel scammed - this is my review.

I called them up and they immediately gave me a quote for $800 LESS than the other companies I called. Same equipment, same service, and they were able to show up the next day and replace my busted water heater. The crew came out and were super cool and texted me throughout the process. Whole thing was done in about two hours with little to no interruption of the water at home. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your HVAC and water heater needs. Prompt, affordable, and professional!!!

PDS Did an amazing job repairing my father’s AC unit. Their customer service is amazing, Frank was Very helpful finding a time that worked with my father’s schedule. The repairmen, Si and Yang were punctual, friendly, conscientious, and very knowledgeable. What I thought it was going to be a simple job to unclog the drain, I ended up replacing 10 feet of cracked sewer line clogged with roots. I appreciate the honesty when PDS told me about the real issue and how they delivered a precise and professional solution. The technician Larry and Jose maintained great communication with me at all times, they went above and beyond on this project.

Excellent Plumbing contractor, responsive, and quick professional inexpensive service. We had our whole house sewer back up from the front of the house clean out. This should have been a quick job. I tried to call a few companies Thursday between 10:00 pm and1:00 am, only one company responded, and they wanted $500 for immediate service or $275 Friday morning. I said No, and Friday morning rented an auger machine from Home Depot for $75. When I opened the clean out in the front of the house, the water had receded over night, i could see water at the bottom and i saw there was an opening headed away from the house towards the street. I added water to see if it had cleared, no luck. I pushed cable through the line, slowly. When I met an obstruction i backed off let it idle in place to chew on the obstruction before pushing forward. I wasn't making very much progress. My home is only 12 years old, and I have no trees in my front yard. As I worked i kept wondering where all these roots were coming from. My wife came out several times informing me she heard banging in the pipes; I dismissed her concerns telling her it is just echoes, and kept going. After SEVERAL HOURS I had only succeeded in pushing about 50 feet of cable into the system. Still not cleared. I pulled the cable out and found the cable tip was missing. I took the uager back to Home Depot and got a different machine. I started again. Working slowly, feeding the cable, idling, backing up and moving forward. This time i used a large cutting bit. We were in the middle of a heat wave and California was burning down causing smoke to fill the sky, up and down the central valley of the state. My wife brought a fan tower out for me to get cool...a little. After an hour or so I was successful in feeding all 100 feet of 5/8 cable into the system. Still not clear, i called the city, they checked their system and it was clear. I was about 25 feet shy of the manhole. I tried to call American Home Shield but couldn't get through. So I found PDS Plumbing on Yelp; a veteran owned and operated local family business. I spoke with Daniel, explained our situation, and the fact we couldn't use any of our restrooms for the past day and a half (my daughter owns a home around the corner), Daniel said he had a guy he could send out in the next hour. He said because I was retired Law Enforcement as well as a disabled veteran he would provide a great discount and thanked me for my service. José, Daniel and Dan all arrived at the expected time. They all had PPE on, including face masks and were very careful regarding distancing due to the Wuhan virus. They accessed the front of the house clean out and began to work. I explained to them I believed the clean out had a 90 degree end headed towards the street. They quickly ran the cable to the back yard clean out...what? Okay so now they knew it was a 2 way, they pulled the cable back out and cleared the line about 10 feet in front of my house. Daniel scoped my mainline and discovered a sagging line. He further advised me, if I have problems in the future make sure the auger goes through the rear of the house clean out, that way I know I'm going the right direction. But...where is the cable tip that I lost in the system? Lesson learned, my wife is most often right.

I'm so grateful for PDS plumbing. I noticed a water leak at the main water line around 9:45pm, I searched for local plumbers in my area. PDS responded to my distress email within 10 minutes. I was able to set an appt for the next day. Henry showed up 15 min before the scheduled time and repaired the main water line to the house. He explained to me the issues, how he would repair it with no hidden cost. Henray was very knowlegeable, courteous and provided exceptional service while complying with current mask donning regulations. I would highly recommend PDS Plumbing. Going to add them to my contact list for future plumbing jobs.

I love to PDS plumbing and repair because they were prompt, they were professional, the gentleman who came was knowledgeable, he not only did the obvious checking he went above and beyond and essentially took things apart pulled out all the Hearts one by one and made sure that each connection was proper and repaired and or replaced any that were not. He then proceeded to go up on the roof of the hose and clean off the coils and otherwise you know go through all of the parts that were on the roof making sure that the connections were proper and that they were functioning correctly. When he left he had essentially waited long enough to see that everything was functioning the way it was supposed to be. He took meter readings of the vents to make sure that the appropriate amount of air was coming through. Excellent excellent

Andrew saved the day. Even though we haven't reached the 100s yet, I absolutely NEED cool air in our home. This menopausal woman cannot take a heat flash without AC.

Call PDS today. You can get other bids if you want, we did, but we wasted our time. Not only was PDS the best value, they are great people with great management and they treat you fairly. Their team who does install and maintenance speaks highly of the ownership and management and each other. (I KNOW, RIGHT?!?!) I trust them with my Mom and that's saying a lot. They installed a new HVAC system and have been our winter and summer preventative specialists for years and years and years. They are on time, on point and they do excellent work and still charge a totally fair price. I sometimes worry they aren't charging enough, honestly. I will call PDS every time, you should, too.

I have used PDS Plumbing and Air twice in the last year for plumbing issues and were very pleased with them. So when I needed an estimate on a new HVAC system they were one of the companies I called. They called back within the hour to schedule the estimate. They explained the options available and the upcoming NOx laws and how they would affect me in the future. They were licensed and bonded. They arrived exactly when scheduled and completed the work to my satisfaction in five hours. They explained what they did and how to use the new equipment.
Cody came out and looked at my sink area. He gave me the options for the different sink types I can go with. I am very pleased with his service. So far I am in the “estimate stage” so haven’t had any work done yet. I am impressed by your company so far.
From start to finish, the service was great. The folks at the office were friendly and patient with me. When Steven arrived to my home, he was on time and courteous. He was my 3rd opinion so by now I had SO many questions. He was very patient and thorough in his explanation. Even when I continued to probe, he wanted to double check things with his supervisor. They both agreed my pipe was intact, despite another company telling me it was busted and quoting me $4500. Steven’s quote, IF my pipe was truly busted, was also less than half of what I was quoted by another company. I appreciate everything from start to finish, how kind and patient everybody was. Although I did not need to proceed just yet with a repair, I will certainly be calling them for future issues and eventually replacing the pipe. Would highly recommend.

Henry was the second tech I had come out to fix my water heater and he was really good and helpful. He checked several times to make sure my water heater was fixed and was not gonna mess up later on. Highly recomended.
PDS responded quickly to my inquiry on yelp and were out the same day. The technician was very professional, answering questions and explaining what was happening and how he would fix it. Another problem found during the job was explained and quoted without pressure to schedule a follow up. He even gave me some tips to manage the problem in the meantime. PDS came out to my address due to AC not blowing cool air. They followed up for a little bit of history on past patterns as they have been out early summer the year before. They knew exactly what was going to be the issue. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They got the AC blowing cold again but it’s temporary as they explained and I understood. Andrew came over to help address an issue with our AC not turning on. He checked out the thermostats, AC unit and proceeded to check to attic for the main controller. Come to find out, condensation had created a puddle and engaged the emergency switch which caused the AC unit to shut down. All this was taught and explained to me in a thorough and easy to understand manner through Andrew. Issue was fixed in a short matter of time. Some young guy with a tattoo on his neck behind his ear with Chinese numerals came over to my house Sunday and flooded both of my restrooms, causing one of them to flood my hallway nor did he bother to take any of it out. He couldn’t find my sewage drain and we had another plumber sent out earlier today who found it within the first 5 minutes. Guy told me it needed to be repaired because a tree growing next to my water line may have damaged the sewage and that was not at all the case. These guys need proper training in identifying stuff like this. You shouldn’t walk into somebody’s house too flood it and leave.

We hired PDS to service our dryer vent. The technician did a great job and pointed out that the last person who worked on it actually taped our roof vent down instead of securing it properly. They were very reasonable and I would definitely hire them again.
Yang is super experienced and ver friendly. Great communication and sets proper expectations!

Our water main sprung a leak, and we were forced to have the water district turn all water off until the leak could be fixed. I called Pro Plumbing & Drain at 2:30pm. They assured me that although it work require working overtime, they would be here between 4 and 6pm. They arrived at 4:30pm, had everything back up and running to perfection by 6:30pm, and I could not be more happy. Thank you to Jose and Henry! You did a fantastic job!! It was so very much appreciated that you were willing to work late. Thank you!!!!!

I was very happy with PDS Plumbing. My toilet was repaired very quickly and Jonathan explained to me everything that was wrong and what was needed and the cost. Both techs were very nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to use PDS in the future.

PDS Plumbing and Air is amazing! Called this morning At 7 am with a concern, and 20 min later my call was return and an appointment booked! Technicians (Andrew and Trevor) arrived at 10 am in the dot. Not only were they knowledgeable but their customer serve was bar none! They quickly serviced and repaired, and the price was super reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

Wonderful and fast service to fix heating system that was not working. The technician explained about the bad part and stated they would have to get a new part. But would be back in am to install.
We have been having issues for a while and had other businesses come to work on our AC and they couldn't figure things out. This company was very patient, professional and explained everything they were doing.
The owner even made a trip out to check on things, most companies don't do that.

PDS impresses us once again! We had them clean out and sanitize all of our vents and air ducts in the house. This was no small feat because we have indoor pets and I'm sure there was pet fur everywhere in those ducts. PDS called before they were scheduled to arrive to let us know they were running a little bit late. Very considerate! Once they arrived, both workers were masked the whole time, and were happy to work with us to keep the humans and pets in our house safe while everything was being cleaned and sanitized. So glad we got this done before turning on our heat, because all that pet hair in our ducts would have made our whole house stink like burning hair once we turned on the heat! Also a huge peace of mind knowing that our duct work is sanitized due to the role that air systems can play in covid spread and prevention. Thank you once again for taking such great care of PDS!

This is an honest, friendly and professional company. My home AC unit was leaking water, it is an older AC unit and the leak caused some minor damage to ceiling of my guest bedroom. I was told by another AC company representative that my AC unit was not repairable and that I needed to buy a brand new AC unit. I had mentioned the aforementioned issue to a colleague of mine and he told me to give PDS Plumbing & Air a call before I proceed going with a new unit. And I’m sure glad that I listened to my colleague. Andrew, the representative from PDS, inspected my unit and told me all I needed was a new secondary drain pan with an auxiliary safety overflow switch! No new unit was needed! Thank you Andrew and PDS for having morals, integrity and delivery outstanding service!

We had a leak under one of our sinks. PDS Plumbing came out the following day, within a 3-hour time period, and a courtesy call 30 minutes before the ETA. I didn't, actually, have a leak, per se, just needed to tighten 1 thingymabobber. The tech simply reached under the sink, tightened it with his fingers, and was finished. Rather than charging me for the service performed, he said, because he didn't have to use his tools, he'd only charge the service fee for coming out to my house. That's how you get tipped, called back, and referrals!
(everybody expects a tip these days...)
PDS Plumbing was 1 out of the 4 plumbers I called that didn't say they were fully booked, but would do me a favor and come after hours, lol. Literally, 2 companies tried to take me for double within 10 minutes, and the 3rd guy told my husband that it wouldn't be until the following afternoon, to which he agreed. However, the technician called me from my doorstep the following day, at 11:00 a.m., wondering where I was. Well, I wasn't there, and I wouldn't be until noon. Had he given me a courtesy call, he would have known the arrangements that had been made, because his boss didn't... No thanks, again.
Then I called PDS Plumbing, and, now, I know why they have a five-star rating. I chose to give my rating for them on Google, as well.

They did a great job in a quick time frame. The air leaks and repairs needed were fixed wonderfully and my AC system works very well now. I appreciate you crawling all under my house and in my attic to ensure that my AC system is safe and in good repair.
