Jeff called to confirm appointment, and was right on time. He arrived ready and willing to solve our problem, sadly one pipe led to two busted pipes, but he was able to handle these issues with confidence and a professional attitude - all the way through to completion. I had Robert come over and look at my situation. He was very professional and experienced. He explained to me in great detail that I would need a leak detection to figure out where it was under my concrete. On his way out. I asked him hey, what can I do until two days from now when I can get a leak detector here. He explained to me that I can shut off my valve to the house, connect the hose from my neighbors house with a washing machine hose with two female ends and hook it to the Spicket. That will give me water to my house. I thought that was genius. Thanks, Robert.
Now to ask my neighbors, hope they say yes

I called them late Monday afternoon requesting next day service, and they were able to accommodate us! I was thankful for this alone! Martin was the initial person I spoke to regarding the appointment. He was very efficient and kind. The next day, Jeff arrived, he notified us that the water heater we purchased was too large. We ended up needing the go exchange it really quick, however, I especially appreciated that he got to work on removing the old water heater so when my husband arrived with the new one, he could quickly replace with the new one. From start to finish, it was a positive experience. I definitely recommend and will definitely use again for other plumbing needs!

Moses did an amazing job. Highly recommend. He was prepared for the huge mess we had. Water leaking outside, under the sink and to the dishwasher. So bad the outside wall was rotting. Other plumber told us three weeks and a friend recommended them. So happy I listened as opposed to waiting or figuring out. He helped repair the main water line, replace items under the sink and connected our new dishwasher. We do a lot of DIY but this was no easy fix and before my dad could get in they came to the rescue. They were scheduled for the next day but had an opening and came in a day earlier. It was my birthday and I spent all morning crying and stressed about what a mess it was. I couldn’t even use the sink without a mess of water. He even helped with our old dishwasher. Super friendly and nice service. Being as frugal as we are I had no problem writing that check and feeling like I got my money’s worth. Would use again and recommend for your disaster.

How the heck I agreed to a $65 estimate on a quote to change out a spigot is beyond me. Most places will come out for a free estimate, I understand if it’s a big contracting job but to change an estimate for changing out a spigot to a water hose seriously! Was provided with an outrageous quote of over $500.

I had a wonderful experience with Low Cost Plumbing, and will be using them for everything plumbing related in the future. It's Saturday and they answered the phone on the second ring, I spoke with a very nice lady who was happy to help and quick to tell me they could come all the way to Auberry within 2 hours. I received text from the tech as well as the office letting me know when he was leaving, and sent me a picture of the technician Robert which I really appreciated. Robert showed up and was extremely friendly and polite and he fixed my tankless water heater and had us up and running in no time. The cost was reasonable and I really appreciated doing business with such a professional company!!! Thank you Robert!!

Best plumbing outfit ever! Sent by my home warranty company & I am very pleased. Immediately responsive - nice & informative text contact with dispatch. Tech who arrived was on time, fast, personable and knowledgeable. There was a structural issue in the area where he had to work - he explained it to me, thought it through carefully & solved the problem. First time using them. Took 4 days to get appointment and about 4 minutes to repair the problem. Happy with the work, but my tenant had no access to her kitchen or bathroom sink during the wait. Would use again but probably not in an emergency situation.

I called them at 12 in the afternoon and they set a schedule for 2-4pm with Martin, but he came at 2pm which was great because I thought it would take longer for him to come. The diagnose was quick and he was very professional and knew what he was looking for. After diagnose he was able to repair everything that needed to be fixed. Never again will I find a FB Plumber which costed more and very unprofessional!!! If you guys/gals need a low cost and professional plumbing company look no further!!! Thanks Again 🙏

Martin and his crew did an excellent job. From the initial meeting to the final product was a breeze. They removed all the 100 year old cast iron drain lines. Replaced them, releveled the toilet, added some cleanouts that could be accessed from the outside. New bathtub drain and overflow. Dried and disinfected under the house where the leaks were. Would definitely use these guys again.

I usually don't write reviews, unless the service is horrible or really awesome! Well, Low-Cost Plumbing deserves some recognition here. We've used Low-Cost Plumbing twice before and a third time around today. They are professional, friendly, mindful, and honest experts in the work they do. Let me start with the office staff: Priscilla is wonderful. She greets you on the phone, call and update you when the technician are on their way to your house. If they have your email and a phone number on file, you'll receive multiple notices (via phone call, text, and emails, mind they'll ask you in advance if these communications are OK with you) of your appointment(s), when the technician are on their way, your paid invoice(s) or bids. So, really, you can't complain that they didn't make any effort to get in contact with you. Moreover, the three technician we had - have been great! They are professional experts and honest with their work and opinions. I wished I remember their names (my apologies!). Before starting their tasks, they listen to your concerns, examine the issue(s), propose what they plan to do, provide you with the estimate, if the cost sounds right, you sign the contract, copies of the contract are given to you, and they get to work. They're mindful of your space, time, and ensure there's no mess during and after their work. Once the work is completed, they'll illustrate what they did and ensure you are happy with it. Copies of the invoice(s) and payment(s) are sent to you via text or email, and they'll be on their way.
