Tommy helped my mom with an old leak she had (previous plumbers “fixed it” before). She called and he showed up when he said he would. He found the leak right away, fixed it, and his services were priced very reasonably. From beginning to end, the service, the professionalism, and the work were beyond amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone to have great customer service, reliability, and quality work. My mom has had plumbers in the past come in and repeatedly have to return for the same stuff. Called about our AC unit not working at 1:30 PM and they were able to work us in for repair at 8:15pm the same day.

I was very impressed with this company and the 2 technicians that came to our home and located the source of our water leak beneath the foundation. They were very thorough and professional.

One of our pipes connected to our main line busted in the front yard and they came out within a few days to take care of it and fix it all in the same day, piping all the way up to the house and repaired the yard and the sidewalks that they had to cut through as well.

Google reviews are not worth much because the writer doesn't have to prove that they actually worked with the company they are reviewing. I did hire them. These guys are Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable. They are very budget friendly priced. They do not cut corners or b.s. you. If you want real information on them, look them up on Home advisor, or the Better Business Bureau. Home Advisor has over 100+ ratings and reviews for them, and the BBB has them with an A+ standing. I will never again waste time calling around for a plumbing repair. Pro Plumbers have been saved to my contacts on my phone and bookmarked on my computer. They earned my trust and my respect and my repeat business. They are the only plumbers in all of El Paso, Texas that has ever done so. I strongly recommend Pro Plumbers!

Pricy but good the job done.

I called them yesteday, 20SEP at 2 PM because I had broken a cartridge in my bathtub, and had to have the water main turned off. I was told they would find me a technician, call me back with the details, and get them out to my place as quickly as possible. 30 minutes later, I had not heard from them at all, and when I called, there was no answer. I received a call back a few minutes later and was told a technician would be at my house around 4:30 PM. I told them that I would need to leave at 4:45 to pick up my kids and I would be back no later than 5:15. They said they'd try to get them there sooner. They called me at 4 PM and told me the tecnician was on the way. I called them at 4:45 and they told me the technician would be there waiting on me when I got back from picking up my kids. I called at 5:04 when I got back and they told me he'd be there in 10 minutes. I called at 6 PM and they were closed. This is not dependable. This wasted an entire afternoon that I could have paid someone else so that my family didn't have to endure no water for a day. Also told me the minimum charge was $170 or so. Won't be doing business with this organization ever again.
