They were amazing! We had a busted pipe outside that was flooding our property line with our neighbors. I called the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS and they only took 45 minutes to get to our house! They completed the repair very fast and even gave us tips about how to help prolong the life of our water pipes. Very friendly and genuine.

Eric came out charged me $300 to repair a back flow leak, he used the wrong fitting for it. I called him back and he kept giving me the run around. He was apologetic and said he would be out the very next day, after a week of texting back and forth. He never showed and ghosted me. I have the text messages to back up what i am saying. I think some of these reviews are close friends are relatives. My experience was nothing like theirs. These picks below will show the type of pipe he put on there. When i hired a real professional he explained the damage that could have happen had i not change it out. Please think twice before calling him.

Extremely efficient knowledgeable and courteous duo that came to replace the water heater. Eric and Quinn were able to replace my water heater the same day!!!!! Will have to look to them in the future for any plumbing services. If you need an honest efficient job done. Definitely call them. :)

A week of issues. The very first day they were 3 hours late, without notice. They changed the price at the very last minute, $75 to $160. Nothing was fixed, and egged me on for a week, just for them to not show up, not answer, and not fix it.

These guys were fantastic! They responded quickly and made the time at short notice to complete the replacement of the water heater that had already sprung a significant leak. They explained what was wrong and when they were done gave me some homeowner tips on what to do keep the life of this water heater. Will definitely call them again for plumbing issues.

Good luck trying to hire this company. Called early in the morning to have an estimate on a clogged pipe, was told to send address and they would send somebody at around noon. Right now is late in the evening and not even a text, or explanation. Negative stars for non responsive, not on time, and not professional.

I contacted Plumbing Services for a toilet repair for two toilets in my house I could not repair myself. They immediately offered a free estimate, and were at my house the same day to look at my toilets. After offering a fair assessment of the issue with my toilets (without trying to upsell me!), they were able to fix the issue with parts they had on hand. Both my toilets now work with no issue! They were extremely professional and efficient, and I will be referring anyone I know with plumbing issues to Plumbing Services, as well as using this company myself for any future plumbing needs.

2 plumbers showed up and were very helpful! (Eric & Quin) They went above and beyond for what I had asked of them. After completing one job they noticed one more fault and they were more than willing to work out a reasonable $$ cost for the second job that needed to be done.

Had some work done in main bathroom Eric and Elias came out on mid afternoon Saturday, got to work and did an excellent job was courteous and knowledgeable and respectful while in house. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Came home to a busted water heater. Got online and found them. After calling and telling them my water heater was busted they were at my house in 30 mins. They went and got us a new one and installed it that day within 2 hours after calling them. They also partner with a company that helps fix floors and walls because of water heaters so we had them look at our floor and wall just in case to see if we needed to have it replaced. They said it would be fine and did not try pushing their other company on us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. They were great and really appreciate the time and effort they put in to help us.

Guys came out for 5 min and charged 280.00. Flat rate. I talked them down to 220.00. I saw the work and literally just sealed it and done. Never again… way over priced

They showed up probably 10 minutes after the call, and were quick to isolate and resolve the leak.

Needed a water heater replaced asap. Called in the morning they were here fast. Very professional and courteous. Didn’t just give us a quote but actually checked out the water heater and explained how everything worked. Installed same day and were completed in a few hours. Will keep their number for any future projects or emergencies that arise.

Eric Quintanilla came to my house yesterday 12/23/2022 to fix a leak in my kitchen when I first called at 8am he said he would be here by 11am I waited till 1230pm for him to show up he stayed here maybe 10 minutes at the most and charged me $381.62 to fix my sink I gave him the part that I had bought at home Depot a while back because I thought it was a plug for the garage disposal but it was a part of the sink me not knowing i kept it just to have handy so basically all he did was put some plumbers putty and a little silicone ring on one of my pipes and charged me almost 400$ to do that I left my house that night thinking that the problem was resolved came back later only to find that the same part he worked on was now leaking from the other side which it wasn't before he came over called him and texted him multiple times that night as he is listed as a 24/7 hour plumbers only to get ignored and sent to voicemail multiple times told him I would call the next morning as soon as I woke up he ignored my calls and texts again called from my mom's phone he texted back within 3 seconds of receiving her call asking where the work needed to be done I informed him it was me and he said he would be here after 12pm when I asked exactly what time after 12pm he stopped responding I am a disabled veteran that suffers from mental health issues and very bad anxiety and I feel as if I have been scammed by this business if you want to throw money away give them a call
