TYJ PLUMBING OF EL PASO

Damaged piping under my sink after letting the garbage disposal FALL instead of setting it down. I'm not a plumber but I think the weight of the garbage disposal falling caused the opposite sink threading to have a leak now.

Top notch quality they made sure with 100% certainty that the drain was cleared out, excellent service very nice people and very safe people during these trying times they made sure to wear masks the entire time. 5 stars

Fabian and his son scheduled a same day visit for estimate. Fair price, top quality work on removing a pedestal sink and installing a high end vanity sink. The project was completed the next day and all debris removed and area cleaned up. I won’t go to another plumber in El Paso, these guys are top notch!

Called @1200 was told someone would be here in a few hours and now they are closed. Needed help ASAP! would have been nice if communication would have been used to tell me that this company couldn't come with timely matter. It is now 5pm and have to go thru emergency services

We had a major sewage back up in both bath tubs on a Sunday afternoon, found them online only ones open. Called them with our problem , around an hour the two guys were there and took care of bad clog and clean out to house in just under an hour. Had right tools and proficient, would definitely use them again. Thanks guys

My water heater broke down on a Friday evening. I didn't think I'd have any luck getting it repaired or replaced being that it was so late in the evening. But, I gave TYJ Plumbing a call and they replied within a few minutes. After texting with Eric and Fabian, they arrived at my home within an hour to give me a free estimate. After patiently answering all of my questions and concerns, they gave me a fair price on the installation of a new water heater. It took them about 2-3 hours to complete the job from start to finish leaving everything clean once they were done. I'd like to say that I was extremely impressed with these two young men. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in the way they interacted with me. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing issues. May God continue to give them blessings.

Fabian is a good dude he hooked me up with a great deal on a washing machine and dryer from a friend of his, after he set it up it had a little problem at first but he came back a couple days later and fixed the issue free of charge. Highly recommend for all plumbing services!!

If I could leave no stars I would they came I had a clog they got some stuff out from the pipe left it on the floor my toilet started flooding they then said they would be back left with nasty water all over my floors and never came back I called they said they would be heading back with someone else and never came back very unprofessional

I had an absolutely amazing experience with TYJ plumbing. I was having issues with both my toilets for months, and nothing I tried would fix the issue. I called TYJ Plumbing, and within two hours they were at my house to give me an estimate. The estimate was of fair value, and they had parts on hand to fix my toilet. Within an hour, both my toilets were repaired! I would highly recommend TYJ Plumbing to anyone needing any sort of repair that they offer. Tub leaking. Attempted to fix myself - did not go well. Called diff numbers (companies) for plumbing services. Received voice mails or they couldn’t get to my issues until 2-3 days later. Called The Plumbing guys. Received immediate, courteous answer. Came same day fixed the issue and offered great advice & recommendations. Quinn was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They did more damage than anything. Job was never completed! They charged so much multiple times and never even fixed the issue. They left my sink without anything and left it dysfunctional. I reached out and they never showed so eventually moved on. I feel duped.

Amazing dudes came on CHRISTMAS DAY. Even helped me out with the payments. Use them they came and really got my backed up toilet and tub done.

Use at YOUR own risk...you have been warned!!! Not at all reliable, especially for follow up work or honoring warranty work. They could careless about your time. Had to deal with them twice unfortunately.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t even bother calling anyone else. Professional, friendly, and fast. I called Quin and Tony to unclog my kitchen sink. They came within the hour, gave me options on repair and immediately got to work. The pipe was clogged worse than expected but they still made short work of it. Price was fair, and after completion they even inspected my water heater at no additional cost.

They came by more than once and the problem with our toilet was never even fixed. We spent a total of $1000 for them to fix the issue, they never completed the job. We have a 30 day warranty and they never showed up. They charged for things that were not necessary. We were scammed. Do not hire them!

TYJ Plumbing Of El Paso provides professional and quality service. They are certified specialists that I contacted to help install my natural gas grill to my gas line. They accomplished my request safely and accordingly within minutes. They will be my go-to plumbing specialists.

Quin was very quick to respond and on time. He quickly identified the issue (leaky faucet) and replaced a worn washer. Roto rooter quoted $1,200 for the same job. Repair was quick and 10x more affordable than the “name brand” competition. If you have an issue give them a call, honest and professional.

Woke up hungover af this morning to a water leak and a wet garage due to broken water heater hose. Called these guys up Quinn was very friendly and understood the problem right away. They made room for me and were at my door within 45!! Fixed the issue with 30 min!! Also so informative and taught me basic maintenance for my water heater these guys are very honest respectful and most importantly professional! Highly recommended!

I told him I was pretty good with fixing things. I already had it pulled apart. He told me I needed to replace a certain part. So I did and it works perfect. The TYJ plumbers were so amazing and we highly recommend them! They came shortly after our service call and were quick and proficient with their work. They were experienced and knowledgeable about our water heater issue. The delightful gentlemen explained what the problem was, how to fix it, and after care instructions. He even helped by looking at our heater and tightened up some areas that needed to be fixed. We greatly appreciate the work they did, very professional! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

While in town briefly I noticed a leak with my parents water heater. I didn’t have much time and needed to find someone quickly. I called these guys — they were busy so I left a VM and followed up with a text. They quickly responded and also came to the house to assess the issue. By the next day the water heater was installed and left in perfect working order. They were very respectful and also cleaned up and took care of disposal.

TYJ Plumbing was very responsive from the moment I contacted them. I had a leaking washer valve that needed immediate attention. They were on time and Quinn and Tony were very professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and were able to replace my leaking washer valves in no time. And since they were there they also installed a new toilet all at a fair price. I am very satisfied with FYJ plumbing and their work and will be calling them for all my future plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional, Quin said he would fix the leak and the hole on the wall and this is his work finished. He left the hole on the wall for a week and we had to be calling him every day to come back and get it done. After he finished he said “it’s pretty good for free” but it wasn’t free it was a service we paid upfront. He said he would also send us a detailed report to show to the builders but we have still ti get that. He also said he does not do walls, then why did he tell us at the beginning that he would do it ? I’m not happy at all, this is unacceptable. Do not make the mistake to call this guy.

The plumber was very nice and friendly. He communicates very well. He also made time to work on my heater when he had free time. If I have any plumbing or related to that issue, I will sure go to him first.

Don't call these guys for any type of service they will tell you they'll be there and then call you back And tell you they had a personally emergency has happened to me twice

Quinn was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Same day service, on a SUNDAY!! He replaced the cold water valve where the washing machine connects. Fair prices, in my opinion. He’ll be getting my business again!

They said they would be here at 4:30pm & never showed. Eventually 3 hrs later they contacted us saying they had a personal emergency and said if we still needed them to come they would and we said we did. We then waited another 3 hrs until they finally contacted us saying the just weren't feeling good tonight and proceeded to say they'd come in the morning.. and of course they were a no show and did not contact us back when we tried to contact them.

We had a water heater go out on us at 8pm on Wednesday. I submitted an online request to TYJ plumbing that evening, got a text the same night, scheduled a meeting the following morning, and all was taken care of by 2pm Thursday. I cannot recommend these guys enough for helping us out, with decent prices, and great communication.

Called them to fix our tubs draining and they said it was the catchcan and they replaced it and they also told me they checked it and it drained. So we reinstalled the tub and checked it and the same problem occurred. So we called them back and they said they will go back to check on it! Two days passed and they finally showed up just to tell us the pipes need cleaning and they do not have the right equipment for it and they do not know any plumbers to refer us to. Oh and to go to Home Depot and buy pipe treatment and rent a machine to do it ourselves. 🤨 But they sure did take $1900 from us. So we ended up calling a REAL PLUMBER which is TANGO PLUMBING and the the job that (TYJ Plumbing) should have done, Tango Plumbing did ithe right job and THE RIGHT WAY!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Quinn and Eric. They arrived, assessed the work needed to be done and picked up parts. When they came back they went straight to work. The entire time, both of them were great communicators and set expectations for the work being done, and explained after-care and advice to prevent any future problems. They were awesome and very fairly priced compared to other companies, especially at such a last minute (and work on the weekend) . I'm planning on calling them back for more projects and will definitely recommend them to anybody needing work done. It's been a few days before leaving this review and any of the water from the leak has dried up. These guys are great. A+!!!

My wife was going to shower at 0330 before heading to work at at 0430. She yelled the water is not getting hot. Checking the water heater I saw that it was leaking into the water pan, the pan was full and draining outside. We took cold showers for two nights until we were able to purchase another water heater. It was 17 years old we had no other issues with it other than the heater coupler. I purchased the water heater from Lowes a $629.00 AO SMITH 40 Gallon Gas Heater and the contractor quoted 1100 same day install. We felt that we could find installation for less. I called four other companies who were booked through the following week and could not do same day installation. THANKSGIVING is the next day. I contacted these guys and they could do the same day install, they would come by my home and start the emptying process, pick up the water heater at Lowes and do the install for less than a $1100.00. Between the call and the completed installation less than two hours. GOD IS GOOD. I got my disability pay that morning to make the purchase and have it installed without being completely broke. My daughter was coming home from UTEP. What a Relief.. THANK YOU FELLAS👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

They installed the piping for my kitchen sink and left a pipe long that was blocking the flow of mince food from the garbage disposal only allowing water to flow. A few days later my sink was draining slow and I reached out to them and they advised me it’s “95% of the time the garbage disposal” and wanted to charge 350. I don’t get how they leave a pipe long to allow only water to flow through and with simple minced rice the drained clogged. It seems obvious the pipe was left long to drain water but to collect food and slow the drain and in turn have another service to bill. They kept to trying up sell the whole time.
