L called to have the water valve for my ice maker replaced. When the repair was to be completed, it turned out the valve was on top of the water heater. I didn't get charged for the service call either. Outstanding young man, will use again.

I had a leak that was getting my closet rug wet, I didn’t know where it was coming from, thought it was a broken pipe. I was very pleased with Liberty Plumbing. Albert and his associate were very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and pricing was fair. I had a pinhole leak in the copper tubing which caused a bubble to form in the ceiling. Albert was very neat in cutting into the sheetrock and was quick to find and fix the leak. We had a leak that was coming from the water meter. I called my cousin who just had some major work, plumbing, done by Liberty Plumbing. She was very happy with their work, attention to detail and highly satisfied with their prices. I asked her for their number and called. Right away Albert answer and was very pleasant to speak to. He even answered his text messages right away (other companies I called never even bothered to return my calls).

Albert walked me through the process of what was needed before they did any work and what to expect during and after their work. They came the day and time that he said they were going to come. And they did exactly what he said they were going to do. And as for the price, there was no haggling! The price he gave me was the price they charged!

I am new to El Paso and needed a water softener / conditioning system and reverse osmosis system for my house. Liberty Plumbing came to give an estimate. We felt we needed a water softener system since our city water was literally destroying our plumbing fixtures, and our clothes. Our dilemma had been that the estimates were just more than we were willing to pay. My wife found Liberty Plumbing on (I believe) Angie’s List, so we arranged for an estimate. Their quote was very reasonable, and they did the installation the following Tuesday (January 4th). Besides the excellent pricing, these two men showed up ON TIME, they had everything to install the softener and a reverse osmosis system. They did a very neat job of installing both, and were finished about a half hour before they had estimated. Then they cleaned up after themselves, explained how both systems work and the annual filter changes. I cannot praise them highly enough, and will call on them when ever we need pluming help.

Ivan was very professional although he didn't do any actual labor. He told my husband and I his professional opinion and said that he only felt comfortable charging us if he did some work. He made a professional assessment and told us what to do and if it didn't work that he would be more than happy to come back out. I would recommend because most companies charge just to show up. They are my go to company for plumbing services.

This business saved me. I had a clogged pipe that wouldn't allow drainage from my home and I didn't find out till my only toilet overflowed! Other plumbers saw my need and tried to take advantage by overcharging. Thankfully I found Albert at Liberty plumbing. He was at my home within the hour and he fixed my drainage issue without stepping foot inside. He charged me fairly and didn't try to apply an hourly fee. Good hard working individuals are hard to come by, but that’s exactly what you get with Liberty Plumbing! Shoutout to Albert, Aiden, and Mike for doing such a great job on repairing a main water line right outside my front porch. I discovered a leak on Labor Day weekend and was lucky enough to get an appointment right after. They gave me some tips on how to maintain the leak under control while we scheduled some leak detection and a date to actually repair the leak. Once all that was done, they came bright and early and were able to fix the water line that was under my porch cement slab. They did such amazing work and the price was great for what I had done. We had really bad water pressure in our new home, I called Liberty Plumbing because several neighbors recommended them. They came out very quickly to diagnose the issue and put us on the schedule right away. Ivan was very careful to be neat and clean with his work as we found out they would have to cut into our wall to complete the repair. I would hire them again in the future if anything comes up.

Had an anti siphon valve crack during the freeze and was leaking water everywhere! I was able to have an appointment scheduled shortly after reaching out. The crew arrived as scheduled on time. The work was performed quickly, cleanly and to industry standards. They even helped me out with another section of piping that was leaking. He came out to my home the very next morning at our scheduled time and not only changed out the faulty valve quickly, but he answered questions for many other concerns I had around my house and patiently explained everything. 8 Aug 23: Albert (owner) has continued to grow and provide quality service, rooted with strong respectable employees (Ivan) who possess solid customer service attitudes. Ivan was out today to fix a minor drain leak under the sink and thoroughly troubleshoot some water pressure issues. He was very confident, respectable, and willing to answer any questions. After replacing the tubular pipes (I learned there is a difference from PVC, from him) he made sure that the leak was completely stopped. Another job well done, and would recommend them to anyone. When our property manager couldn't get someone to come out for a few days to get our water heater replaced, we recommended Albert. I recently used this company because I had water coming into my bedroom closet, and I just wasn’t sure where from. Liberty Plumbing sent out Ivan, and he did a great job communicating, detecting, and fixing the leak. I appreciate him staying and making sure I was satisfied with the work he did, and allowing me to verify for myself that the leak was in fact fixed. I also appreciate the quick turnaround on everything. They were contacted, came the next day, detected the leak, came back the very next day with the parts and fixed it. 10/10 recommend.

I’m writing back to back reviews because Liberty Plumbing is just that good! During the first service they noticed a water pressure issue. After fully explaining what could happen if it didn’t get it fixed I scheduled a pressure valve installation. Aiden and George arrived exactly at the start of the arrival window. From start to finish they made sure that I understood what was going on, and even made sure I had filled my water bottle before shutting off the water! They were very through and made sure I was happy with the pressure before leaving. Also, my cat decided that he wanted to be involved, and Aiden and George were really nice to him. If you’re having any plumbing issues this is the company you want to have take care you!

So I bought a new house a couple weeks ago what I didn't expect was a water slab leak then the next day a toliet seal leak it has been a rough week but Libery has been absolutely amazing through my whole process the people are so genuine and compassionate and knowledgeable. Wanted a sink install that I purchased. Liberty Plumbing recommended replacing the 12 year old garbage disposal as well. They arrived on time, service was quick and the end result was outstanding. I highly recommend their service.

I contacted Liberty for repair on a backflow preventer which was constantly leaking. They were very responsive and got the job done with zero delay at a very fair price. I immediately requested a quote for a water softener from them given the quality of this first job. Highly recommended.

Albert was very friendly and kept me updated when he had any earlier openings. I needed two hose spigots replaced because they were soldered to the copper pipes. He replaced them with a threaded pipe so the spigots could be replaced with basic tools. Very reasonably priced and only took about an hour. I highly recommend Liberty Plumbing El Paso.

Ivan and Albert of Liberty Plumbing were professional, informative, and courteous throughout the process of repairing my water heater flue and installing a new water heater.

I had a horrible smell coming my master bathroom, so I called Liberty plumbing! Ivan came and asked a couple questions, assessed my toilet and explained what he thought the problem was and what he would do to test it! Turns out my wax seal was eroded so he and Albert replaced it. They were both very respectful, kind, and helpful. I appreciate Ivan taking the time to explain the problem and answer my questions!
The job didn’t take more than an hour and everything is working well!

I had issues with my water heater and it needed some repairs. I had looked and found Liberty Plumbing and they had nothing but great reviews. I gave them a call and set up an appointment and Albert showed up on time and even a day earlier. Turns out we needed a new water heater and Albert and his team immediately got us a new water heater and replaced it within a few hours. Very professional and very clean job. I would definitely recommend them.

Called these folks for my leaking shower, they showed up the same day.They were friendly and did the job right the first time .The plumber Ivan even cleaned up all the calcium build up I had with some vinegar and made it look almost like new again. Had a leak in between my walls. Another company found the leak but their quote was scary high and they didn’t have the necessary materials to start the job. Albert and Liberty Plumbing were scheduled to come on a Wednesday but they had a cancellation and called me Sunday to schedule an appointment on Monday. They saved me! They had the materials they needed and not only fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and neatly, but charged me $1200 less than the first company’s quote! They were economical and thorough. I will be calling Liberty Plumbing from now on when I have a plumbing issue. Thanks to Albert and his guys!

We had a water leak from the water main/sprinkler system connection and it was bad. Found Liberty Plumbing on Home Advisor and called in to try to schedule a repair. Albert was responsive to texts and courteous, fit us in the very next day. He came on time, was very professional and explained what was going on, what he plans to do and was very efficient.
