My dishwasher was leaking from the air gap. Called them early in the morning and they had Albert and Charlie come in by noon. They not only repaired my dishwasher but we also found my garbage disposal was leaking pretty badly. They repaired that also and were able to sell and install a new one also. Left everything clean and tidy. Would absolutely call them again.

Every time I call Reliable Plumbing, my service call is scheduled usually the same day or the next day. The plumbers are very professional and experienced. They explain everything they’re doing and what else is expected. It’s so easy to communicate because they text. This is the only plumbing company I recommend for everything you need. Unbelievably bad service. My water heater stopped working. It was the combination gas control valve. The 2 that came out, Ray and Raymond, were rude to my son and on the phone with my wife. They told us the piping was illegal. It was the piping installed when the house was built. I know codes change, so it may not be up to current code. But stating it was illegal, Come on guys. Then they told us that it had the wrong gas control valve on the water heater. It came with that valve from the manufacturer. So they are trying to say that the manufacturer installed the wrong valve. Then saying that every part needs to be replaced on a 4 year water heater, not plausible. Then I was told that everything was set up wrong but could not tell me why. Only answer was that we are plumbers and know better and we should just take their word for it. When questioned, he tells me do what ever you want, we won't touch it unless I take their word for it and replace everything. Reliable Plumbing what a joke.

I tried different plumbers in El paso, until I found reliable plumbing, they have excellent service, price, and always on time. I highly recommend them. Been with them 3 years .

I don't normally do reviews but the two gentleman from Rellable plumbing were awesome. Albert and Ivan showed up within a short time of informing me that they were on the way. This contract was set up through my home warranty. ABSOLUTELY the WORST!! Raymond is the one who I spoke to on the phone. He is condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. This is a nickel a dime type company. All he wants is for you to pay more and more. Do not use them. His word is absolutely useless and his own words were, I'm in the business of making money.

The plumbing crew did a very good job removing an old tank water heater and installing a tankless water heater. The service was done at a fair price as well.

These guys basically called me and told me that if they come to fix my washer and it's not a plumbing problem that they would still have to charge me 😡 so thanks to You Tube, I fixed my own washer and saved myself alot of money.

I was in need of a Plumber and found Reliable Plumbing through Google and after comparing them to other companies. I called them and not only was the phone contact polite and experienced, the team that showed up to fix my piping problems where too. They arrived in the time frame I was giving and completed their work in short order. They where extremely professional and courteous, I would recommended Reliable Plumbing to anyone.

With little notice provided I was able to contact Reliable Plumbing and have them bypass and move my water softener system located in garage so that I could have floors Epoxied. They were extremely professional, quick to respond, and had water softener unit bypassed and moved out of the way before Epoxee crew showed up to begin. Highly recommend Reliable Plumbing for anyone’s plumbing needs and who enjoy quality work by professionals who are just that… Reliable!! Below is my original review. I wish I could change it but I can't find a way to give them less stars than I originally did. Our problem came back again. Called them .... worst issue, they broke our toilet and never took responsibility for it. Nice guys, but if you have an issue, you are on your own. I will never use them again. After paying $150 for a new toilet, (which they broke but never took responsibility for) I was annoyed. They did give us Military discount, but that was one third of the cost of the toilet which they broke. Sorry about the bad review guys, but you did not make this customer happy. Oh, and you left your trash all over my yard. OK I'm done. Next time -Yellow Pages.

First a question; why do all plumbing emergencies seem to occur after hours and/or on weekends?

I’m visiting from California. Visiting my mom. I went out for dinner with my brother and my mom called panicked. From her description she had a main drain line blockage. “Stuff” was backing into her shower. 7:00 pm on a Friday night. Oh great.

I called Ramon at Reliable by pure luck. I asked, “what are the chances that you can get a crew to my moms house right now?”

He calmly said, “they are great, I can have a crew out in one to 1.5 hours”

It was 1 hour and five minutes.

JULIO showed up. Total pro. I had already found the clean out and pointed it out. It was game on. Julio and Oscar went into action. I think he got that reassuring “phoosh!” Sound in ten to fifteen minutes. Drain cleared!!

Payment was quick and easy. They were gone.

My mom is gonna call Julio back for some more work, including running a camera thru the drainage system.

Thanks fellas. You made me look like a hero to my elderly mom. (Well I did sanitize everything into the night like a boss)

After moving into a new to me house a few months back, it took a little while for me to take notice of some plumbing issues. The first issue I had was leaking toilet valves and an exterior spigot that wasn't working properly. I called this into my home warranty and Reliable Plumbing was assigned to complete the job. Ramon, the owner, came out and went above and beyond with the job as our home warranty wouldn't cover the sheer number of valves needing to be replaced. Ramon went out of his way to fix them all at no extra cost. He also advised me that my water heater probably had a leak due to some unusual drainage to the exterior of our property.
Again I put in a request to my home warranty company and this time I explicitly requested Reliable Plumbing (RB). RB came out and determined that indeed there was a leak in my water heater. After some rigamarole with the home warranty company, RB sent out Tony and his apprentice, who expertly and expediently installed the new water heater.
All the folks at Reliable Plumbing are reliable, courteous, and experts in what they do and I can't recommend them highly enough to be your plumbing company of choice.

Reliable plumbing please!! These guys were called through home insurance company. They Left my home without checking if the leak was fixed. I had to call roto rooter to fix the mess. Will never do business with them again. The owner is very unprofessional and began blaming me for leaks. I have learned greatly from this please be aware.

Josh and Miguel did a great job with the clog and left everything so clean! They were very timely and professional.

I've had the opportunity to receive their services on a few different occasions. They've always responded quickly, and arrived at appointments on time. I've never had any issues with their work. Never had to have them return for the same reason.

I called Reliant on Tuesday night due to a leak coming ftom my toilet tank. Not an emergency but i wanted to schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out Wednesday morning. The gentleman who took my call was professional and reassured me that he would send a plumber out in the morning.
Wednesday morning at 9am Albert and Charlie were knocking on my door ready to work. They assessed the situation and determined that my toilet was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. I agreed but worried about having to schedule another day to get it replaced. No worries. Albert said that they would get on it right then. They called to confirm that they had the appropriate toilet in stock. And let me know upfront the price of the new toilet as well as cost of labor. Work was completed before noon. I had guests arriving to stay with me later that day so they helped me out of a real jam. They did a great job. They left everything clean. They use a shopvac to suck up all the water and they take the old toilet with them. I was impressed with their work and trusted them. While i had them there i had them take a quick look at my water heater. Albert right off the bat noticed a code violation performed by the previous homeowner. I will definitely be using Reliable!

I always get great service from this company. The work is good and doesn't need a second thought after. Currently Ray and Cristian fixed a broken hose pipe. Quite nice work.

I recently had a tank-less water heater replaced with a brand new one from this company. The two gentlemen that did the install were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The owner of the company stopped by to check on the two plumbers about half way through the job. He went over what they had done as well as advising them of what they needed to do to ensure the job is done properly. I appreciated the owner making sure his employees were doing the job to his standard, which they were. The owner takes a lot of pride in his company and is very professional. The old system I had wasn't even up to code since it was so old, but with this new water heater, all my piping and tubing were completely overhauled to meet code requirements and was done very well. As for the end result, the hot water is great and works better than it ever has. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely call this company to do any work needed. This company offered me a one year warranty on all labor and parts. The owner stated he stands behind his work and knows the job is always done right. Quick and effective

Albert and Charlie both showed up 15 minutes early which is always a pleasant surprise. Both were very cordial and polite. I showed them the work I needed done (change faucets and some anti-siphon work in the back yard) and they explained all details about the repairs to me fully. I then surprised them with some extra work (indoor faucet replacement) and they gladly added that to their list. They explained all aspects of the repair work and gave valuable information on the water pressure problems in this home. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would not hesitate to hire them again and plan on doing so in the near future.

I had a problem with my air conditioner, they sent Ivan the very same day, who went above and beyond. He was very friendly and helpful, problem was fixed quickly. Highly recommended.

Just had another great experience (2/20/19) with Reliable Plumbing. I had major work done in my crawl space, two main lines replaced. The whole job took a day in a half. Victor and Ivan worked in really tough conditions, but were professional and courteous throughout. Easily the best plumbers I've had do work for me.

Ivan and Tony were very good at explaining what was not working. They informed me of some safety issues. They showed up in at their scheduled time with a call prior to their visit.

We had a hidden leak coming from our exterior wall. Not only did Reliable get the issue identified and fixed but came out waaaay under the national brands. By my own mistake I overpaid which Reliable identified and corrected saving me even more. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Isn't this company a 24 hour service? Well obviously not!!!!! I had a water bad leak to where I had to cut off water completely. I called them on the 5th of July and I was asked to leave a message on voice mail. Which I did and up to this morning July 6 I haven't received a phone call. Now I know not to call Reiable Plumbing ever again. They are not at all reliable.

HORRIBLE service!!! They were contracted by Lowes to install my new dishwasher. They first broke the door on my old dishwasher (Bosch) that was in perfect working condition. Then they cut the wires from the door to the machine. They then hauled it away from my house. This was all done without my permission. (THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE THEM RECORDED ON MY PHONE SAYING THEY WERE SORRY AND I TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED MY PERMISSION AND THEY AGREED) But they told Lowes it was not there fault. I also have them on video as I have security cameras inside my house. I will tell EVERYONE of their horrible service! Beware, do not use them!!!
They couldn't even install my new dishwasher!!! Lowes had to send another installer who did a great job!

I was having trouble with my water heater, they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I had hired a handy man to fix it about a year ago and that caused this problem to occur. These guys were fast, friendly and knowledgeable!!

Truck came to my neighbors house and I saw and heard workers throwing fireworks into the drainage, loud booms and smoke in drainage, heard 3 different booms, stood there watching them and they played it off as if nothing happened, very unprofessional for the neighborhood, better check your techs

Needed water heater replaced on a Saturday they arrived 3 hours after I called . Ivan was professional and did A+ work. You will get top notch service with reliable plumbing. They don’t cut corners and do the work right!

We called for a faucet install, thought price of $75 per hour was reasonable. Unfortunately the faucet we bought was not the right size. So we went and found the right size after a couple
of hours. They said they would come back to finish (clock would keep running at restarting) and said they would call us to let us know when they had time. Waited till mid afternoon the next day, no call. Called them , still no availability and no call back at the end of the day. So we got charged $100 for the uninstallment of our kitchen faucet. Had to find somebody else which was very disappointing.

Had a very bad experience, this people only want to take advantage of customers... They like to overcharge double on their services compare to other companies.

Called with a major water heater leak the day after my MIL passed away and right before hosting everyone at our house. They were so helpful, came out same day, discovered a lot more problems and spent the entire day and next day fixing it. We have been using Reliable Plumbing for over 25 years, and have always had excellent service. However, we had a very simple kitchen sink leak this week. Josh and Andres came and took care of the situation in the usual manner we have become accustomed to. But, they even went a step further and changed a light bulb that had burned out in our garage that we could not reach. Ray, the owner is a crook and thief. He called us after his guy placed a plastic line on a supply side of a water heater and it failed in a $600,000 dollar home. He hired us to come extract the water and dryout the home. This looked great for him to the customer that he was taking care of everything except the jerk never paid us to do the work. The customer, Mr. Trotta, has contacted Ray and I have had to take him to court. The company and none of its members will return our calls, texts or email to pay us. I highly recommend to never using this piece of junk or his company. He is a THIEF. The customer had to file a claim with StateFarm and had to pay the deductible to get the repairs done. Unreal. NEVER NEVER use this guy no matter what the reviews are. I am the owner or Paul Davis Emergency Services. I will update you all after I sue his butt.

They were very conscientious/respectful about trekking dirt in & keeping work area contained. They had a positive, cheerful attitude. They replaced my outdoor faucet. Very quick response and it only took 30 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Excellent service, but most importantly, honesty.
Unexpectedly, my 6-year-old water heater started leaking a significant amount of water. I called several plumbers and as soon as I mentioned water leak they would respond the water heater is bad and needs to be replaced. I started researching on the internet and found out that that statement is incorrect. Most plumbers I called said they would only change the whole thing and refused to come see if it was repairable. Some said they would charge $100 to diagnose. One company actually came and looked a it, and determined it was not the tank rather the gas valve. They would charge me $500 which I thought it was outrageous since a the whole tank itself costs $550. Reliable Plumbing was very professional and came over assessed the tank and determined that in fact it was the gas valve. They charged me $250 for the piece and labor. It only took 1 hour to fix. Julio and his partner even checked the water pressure of the home (most probable cause of making the valve break) and they adjusted the water pressure because it was elevated.

This only made me wonder, how many people is deceived into buying a whole new water heater when in fact the tank is completely fine and the problem is the gas valve which is attached to the tank.

I ended up renting my house when I moved out of El paso. My tenant called me on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend to tell me there was a leak coming from the water heater.
I'm always scared to use tradesmen I haven't worked with before and this time was no different. But i really had no choice. I didn't want my tenant to go without hot water.
Anyways, I'm very glad I called reliable plumbing. Raymond was quick to respond and was at the house and on the job within an hour. They were great about communicating what was going on and laying out my options and their recommendations.

Horrible experience. I called for a leak and they said they will not warranty their work due to a claim about the water pressure. I still let them fix my leak and turned out they cause more damage. Call back to tell the issue and owner was rude and said that they didn't warranty the work. I called Water Company and water pressure was not at where the company said.
Get a second opinion before allowing this company to get over on you.

This company, while it has a few nice employees who try to do the right thing, is simply not worth the frustration and aggravation. For years, I have had American Home Shield (AHS) home insurance for all of my properties. Unfortunately, AHS uses this company, almost exclusively, and every single time we've had a plumbing problem, it has been a nightmare. But, the most recent problem was the last straw. First they sent an employee who was very nasty about my dogs who were well secured behind a 6 foot fence and then became verbally abusive with me when I tried to get a time estimate for the repairs requested. I had to physically eject him from the building. The next people they sent broke two of my faucets taking them apart to ‘determine what was wrong’ and then they replaced them with faucets that were NOTHING like the high-end pieces I had had before. It took more than three weeks and a letter from my attorney to AHS for them to finally 'order' a proper replacement. They broke it, they should have fixed it right away. Instead, I spent nearly a month without two critical faucets in my home. Next, because the faucet replacement didn’t fix the problem, they came out to check on my pipes. They turned off the water main at the curb. When they did that I clearly explained that there was a secondary water valve to my sprinkler system. I took them to the valve, showed them how it worked and explained that it needed to be shut off before they turned the water main back on or the instant pressure would blow the sprinkler connections. Well, a couple of hours after they left, I went in to my back yard to find it completely flooded - more than ankle deep. One of the main connectors to my sprinkler system was blown. I ran up to the curb and turned off the secondary valve before I lost even more water. Then, the next day, when I called Reliable to complain, Raymond, the person you speak to when you call, screamed at me, called me names and threatened me. Needless to say they are not accepting any responsibility for the broken sprinkler system or the excessive water loss. So, I am now looking at nearly a thousand dollars in repairs to my sprinkler system due directly to their gross incompetence. I have instructed my attorney to inform American Home Shield that this company is never to set foot on any of my properties again. All I can say is - STAY AWAY - IF YOU VALUE YOUR HOME AND YOUR BANK BOOK, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever done business with! The owner or who says is the owner, Ramon J Pagan, is a complete liar and very rude . He told us the repair was going to be a certain price and when they handed the invoice out, it charged a completely different amount. When I called him to give an explanation of why the invoice was a different price of what it was stated at the beginning, he just keep giving excuses and said that the the excess of charge was made for material (2 pcs if rubber that don’t even cost $10 and a pair of gloves) he couldn’t even provide a detail invoice so just made up what ever he wanted to charge. Do NOT make business with these people if you don’t want to get scammed.

Called Reliable about a clog from the washer to the sewer. I was told it was going to cost 65 dollars an hour. I made an appt for friday between 1 and 5. They showed up about 445. They set up quick repaired the drain quick and were done in about 45 min. The guy (Cueto)hit me with a 125 dollar bill. Cueto told me the extra 60 dollars was for having to go on the roof to unclog the drain. I felt ripped off this was not disclosed at the time the 65 dollar price was given. never again. Beware.

Ivan and Victor arrived at my house and completed an excellent job. I called on Monday and requested an appointment. I was in no hurry so they scheduled me for Friday; however, they told me if they had an opening, they would call me.

On Wednesday, I received a call that they were on their way (two days early). The first job was easy, a small leak and they had it fixed in about 10 minutes. The second job was a leaking bathtub faucet. I had already bought the replacement when Victor said he would be able to fix it before breaking sheet rock and tile. About an hour later, he was able to fix my faucet without tearing anything apart!!! Not only Victor fixed my bathtub faucet without tearing apart my wall, he saved me money by not using the replacement.

I am very reluctant as I had called other places (Roto-Rooter being the worse!!!) wanting to charge me at least $400+, Reliable plumbing was cheaper, better and professionally done.

I contacted Reliable Plumbing regarding a water heater gas leak. They live up to their name and were able to show promptly within 2 hrs as stated on initial phone call.

Ivan and and Andres showed up and got straight to work identifying the problem right away, Ivan explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. Problem was fixed and the gas leak was resolved in less than an hour. Major props to Ivan's customer service that goes above and beyond to make sure our needs as a customer were met. Very disappointed at this local company. Bad customer service especially by this guy they have working for them Raymond. Very unprofessional he was rude. Its a disgrace how a local company wants to take advantage of people when charging for an unprofessional work. I can only imagine how this guy takes advantage of all those innocent people out there. I found out they charge your insurance company their work and extra if you know what I mean, and also turn around and tell your insurance company things you also need that they know the insurance won't cover so they can get another chunk of money from you. They said they were booked for the day, but they could tell I needed help ASAP so they said they would try their best to get to me. Sure enough, they called me in the evening and said they could make it out. They arrived within 30 minutes. Ivan and Danny were so professional and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to fix the problem right away! Plus, their rate was incredibly reasonable. One thousand percent recommend!

When the service man finally showed up, he wanted to charge me after hours rate, then estimated over $600 in repairs plus almost a hundred bucks an hour on top of that,. Another company did it for 1/2 the price.

Have water valve outside that was leaking. Plumber said $375.00 to $475.00 to replace and would call office for exact price. On phone told office prices he quoted and immediately office states $475.00 would be price. When I declined I was told I owed $65.00 for them coming out. While I was writing check price for valve dropped to $308.00. I Gave them a check for 65.00 All this company wants is money.

After being referred by fellow military spouses in the area, I called Reliable Plumbing when I noticed my sprinkler system leaking post-freeze. My spouse is deployed and I’m helpless with plumbing. Within 3 hours, Joshua and Aidan arrived and repaired my leaky system. (They cut the pipe and added a faucet for the hose) We don’t use the sprinkler system so this was the easiest and quickest fix. Both guys were professional and quick. I’ll be using Reliable again!

Reliable Plumbing came out to replace our water heater. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. Above all, they are honest. Raymond called to let me know that they did not need to replace a part after all and were going to be issuing us a credit. I was pleased to know that honest businessmen still exist, especially since I would have never known that I was owed a credit. He even called back to check if the credit had gone through. These guys came to my house to check and fix my water heater. The tech basically opened up the water heater and did a little vacuuming and some hmms and ahhhs then went to his truck. Came back in more hmms and ahhhs then back to his truck. When all was said and done the water heater was in the same state as it was when he came. He even said he was going to charge me to drive and pick up the part that was required to fix the water heater and then approximately 2 hours more to put said part on. So after 130 dollars and 2 hours of hmms and ahhhs I still had no hot water and a promise that he could come back out and fix it the next day, on a Saturday at time and half pay for labor. Worse experience I've ever had with any repair work, period. I called another guy recommended to me by a friend and he came out with spare parts and got the heater working in 30 minutes and charged me a fraction of the cost including the parts needed and no extra charges for coming out on a Saturday night.

The two techs that came to work on my water heater were not only very friendly and personable, but very knowledgeable, and they fixed the problem in the time they said it would take to fix it... 1 hour! Plus, they helped me with contact info to the manufacturer since it was still under warranty and I received a refund on the gas valve which they replaced, at a $150 credit. I highly recommend them to anybody!

Scheduling was easy. Prior to coming over I received a call that Albert would be at my home in 10 minutes. Albert and Charlie arrived and quickly and professionally removed an old toilet and replaced with new toilet. I have used Reliable Plumbing in the past and will continue to use Reliable Plumbing in the future.

They came out to look at an issue we had with a leaky water valve. They arrived and looked at the problem and estimated between $350-$450 for the job so we scheduled them to return in a week. Meanwhile, we had the number of a plumber that did work for our neighbor so we gave him a call for a second opinion. He completed the work for $85 and problem was solved. Reliable plumbing then calls us back a few days later and was trying to charge us for work done on our house lol. This company seems like they are out for free money. Up charging the client by 300+% and calling to collect money for work that wasn't done doesn't sound like a very reliable company if you ask me. I would recommend being cautious and getting a second opinion if working with this company.

The food got to our table about an hour after we ordered, this was around 3pm. Our food was cold and my daughter's plate was returned and taken off the check. Not sure what was going on the restaurant had a couple of tables, no rush or the appearance of short staff.

After hearing a great review of Reliable from my neighbor, I employed them to install a tankless water heater at my home. All the good things I'd heard about Reliable proved to be true. They did great work, showed up when promised, and the final price was below the original estimate. Raymond from Reliable even called me about a month to followup and assure all was still satisfactory. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

Reliable plumbing came out to troubleshoot and repair a sewer line leak in our 1916-built home. The crew was highly professional and courteous, and they kept me informed about their progress and any issues where they needed my input. Notably, they always announced their arrival and departure from our home whenever they needed to leave. No surprises.

We research online and chose this particular plumbing company to fix a leak in our home. They called us back immediately, set up an appointment, showed up on time and diagnose the problem and had it fixed right away. They were prompt and worked honestly and diligently and we appreciate their business very much.

I reached out Reliable Plumbing to repair a couple of items. They responded quickly to our emails and phone calls. Their work passed a home inspection thus taking the pressure out of selling a house from 1,500 miles away. I recommend Reliable Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

We called early in the morning with a toilet malfunction. Ivan came over less than 20 minutes later and did a quick assessment. Within two hours, we got everything fixed! They were fantastic! Definitely recommend.

The owner of this company Raymond is a new kind of thief. This person will refuse to give you a final price until he has done the work, then he takes advantage and overprices. We had agreed that he would charge us $65/hr to install a water heater, plus parts. At first he said that he was going to charge us $100 dollars to pick up the water heater from his supplier, but when I told him that I would pick it up myself, he suddenly told me that the water heater was actually delivered to his shop?? Very fishy!!!!!!!!! Once he got to my house about 4 hours late for our appointment, everything went as planned. His workers installed the water heater and then decided to charge me $440 for the work that took them 3 hours. I had to pay him for 3.5 hours because he charges from the moment his minions leave the shop. So, at 3.5 hours x $65/per hour, that should have been $227, plus parts. I paid him $440 because according to this thief, $113 was for parts, and $100 was to return the water heater. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, to return the water heater. Raymond never mentioned this charge when I asked him about the cost, but later out of nowhere, he applies this charge. After arguing with this donkey, I asked him for a detailed invoice of the charges. Get this, the guy said that if he was going to give me a detailed invoice, he had to charge me tax on the work according to the Tax Comptroller Office. At this point, I was furious and he didn't care. He told me, I can tell my guys to uninstall the water heater and leave it at that. Wow.....just to get it his way, he was willing to spend extra time just to uninstall it. This guy had already made up his mind to over charge me. Raymond is an obsessive liar that will take advantage of his customers. Make sure you get a signed proposal before you get taken advantage of.

Josh arrived on a Saturday to quickly replace a refrigerator ice spigot. The work was fast, clean and well done.

Albert from Reliable was right on time, explained everything he was doing very clearly and was quick and efficient. This is the second time I have used Reliable and I will continue to use them in the future.

Had a leak due to a busted pressure valve nonetheless we called our insurance they connected us to reliable plumbing .Ivan and his dad were sent and they did a quick and great job. Took them about 45 minutes to get the job done.

Our drain had been clogged for some time but hit the breaking point Friday night. We called these guys at 7:30 am and they were here at 9:30 am, they snaked the drain and had it back working and charged a fraction of what Mr Rooter was going to charge when we had an estimate done a few months ago. They gave me a time slot in the afternoon, since they finished the work early in someone else's house they immediately called me can we come in the morning hours. I said yes. When they came down they gave me a price which I wasn't able to resist and says yes to change the sink erator. Rey & Joshua those were the technicians who came to fix it... Professional, Courteous, Informative, Reliable!
When I discovered my water heater leaking, I called Reliable Plumbing and spoke with Ramon Pagan. A short time later a work crew from Reliable Plumbing arrived. Within minutes they were able to access the situation, drain the remaining water from the water heater, explained all my options, and took measurements for a replacement unit.

During the entire process the workers were very professional and clearly explained every step they were taking to assist us. They took measurements of the water heater space and again explained our options. They said they'd take all the information to the office and I'd receive a call for the next step...

The next morning Mr. Pagan called and again explained in detail all my options. He quoted me a very reasonable price for a new water heater. After I agreed, a work crew was dispatched to my home with a new unit.

Again the work crew were very professional, courteous, informative, and reliable. They quickly completed the installation of the new water heater and cleaned up completely. We highly recommend Reliable Plumbing of El Paso, Texas.

Albert and his apprentice Aiden showed up on time, to fix a clogged sink & tub. Through the course of their work they not only fixed the clogs, but showed me why they occurred (non-licensed plumber using the wrong piping); found and fixed a leak from the tub; and changed out a part on the toilet causing it to waste water by running constantly. Both were very professional; Albert took the time to explain the work being performed; and they cleaned up after themselves. They will definitely get all of my future business. Water heater died about two weeks ago. Reliable came out same day and replaced for about half the cost of other company estimates. Did a good job...made sure everything was cleaned up when job was done.

Horrible experience they were set up through my home warranty, called them to follow up on the claim and the guy answering the phone is very rude and condescending. And they wanted to charge $890 to install a water heater. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

TERRIBLE. What a joke. I spoke to Raymond and explained what was broken with our toilet. I texted pictures and clearly detailed the make and model of the toilet ahead of time. He said he was personally going to fix it. Instead he sent two other guys who did the EXACT same thing we had already tried...for TWO hours...then they gave up, called Raymond who explained that they couldn't fix it (no kidding when they did the exact same thing we did). The kicker was that Raymond still demanded to be paid for labor.

So, if you want to pay money two watch ineptitude and poor job performance at its best, the UNreliable Plumbing is the team for you.

Don't pay ahead of time and if they don't fix it to 100% satisfaction, definitely don't pay.

Tony and Ivan saved the day; fixed the sink, replaced the faucet, and as a bonus, fixed the dishwasher that now has hot water.

Had a great experience with Reliable Plumbing. First time was to install a dishwasher and I called them again because I was very pleased with the installation. Victor and Oscar were courteous and professional. This time they replaced a leaky faucet and installed a water pressure regulator. Work done was clean and efficient. Cost was less than the original quote. I highly recommend this company.

This company should changed to un-reliable. They tell you they will be there between 8 and 5, they say they will fix it within a few hours a we end up waiting 5 days with no shower before these guys could finish the job. On top of that their attitude is the worst. I do not recommend this company for any services. Save yourself money and frustration and go with an actual reliable company.

Reliable plumbing was contracted through our home warranty company to address a leak from an upstairs shower. They diagnosed the problem and then stated they needed approval from warranty. They called a week later to say they had approval but couldn't return for another week. They arrived on appt day(2 weeks later)and asked my husband for payment prior to starting. He works from home and was on a meeting and told them he would call the warranty company to make payment when he was done. They refused to finish the work without payment and left. My husband called the warranty company and was told that WE ARE NOT TO PAY THEM DIRECTLY according to our agreement. So frustrated. We have two holes in our kitchen ceiling, a shower that is dripping non stop and fully out of operation and a huge hole in our bathroom wall. Now we have to wait for the home warranty company to try and find another plumber to finish this mess. DO NOT RECOMMEND. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have been looking for a reliable (pun intended) and affordable plumber since my husband passed
away ... purchased a new microwave from Lowe's and Reliable Plumbing did the install. I can't say enough to express my appreciation -- Julio and Garry arrived on time, performed the installation in record time, cleaned up afterwards -- and, I might add, were very good company for me while they worked;-) I definitely recommend Reliable to anyone and everyone; and they will be my go-to for all future needs.
