Google reviews are not worth much because the writer doesn't have to prove that they actually worked with the company they are reviewing. I did hire them. These guys are Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable. They are very budget friendly priced. They do not cut corners or b.s. you. If you want real information on them, look them up on Home advisor, or the Better Business Bureau. Home Advisor has over 100+ ratings and reviews for them, and the BBB has them with an A+ standing. I will never again waste time calling around for a plumbing repair. Pro Plumbers have been saved to my contacts on my phone and bookmarked on my computer. They earned my trust and my respect and my repeat business. They are the only plumbers in all of El Paso, Texas that has ever done so. I strongly recommend Pro Plumbers!

If I could give it no star I would! I waited and waited. The guy Cesar never showed and never called to cancelled. Everytime I called the number I received a text saying I'll call you back. A complete waste of my time. Had I known about this unprofessional behavior I would have called someone else!

We had an appointment and when we called to confirm the day of they told us they were running an hour behind. Two hours later I called again twice and got no answer. Not dependable at all I had to take off from work for nothing.

I contacted pro plumbing in the attempt to fix some clogging issues with a urinal and clogging issues in some toilets in the men and women bathroom of my church. Initially they came out and inspected the work to give me a quote. Then on a Tuesday, they were supposed to come and fix the deficiencies. They didn't show up and I called them and they promised to come that following Friday between 9-10a.m. I even called on Thursday, a day before to remind them of their promise to come on Friday. Again, they disappointed. I waited for 3 hours and no show. I called them repeatedly and texted them but no response. I would recommend that no one use their services because they cannot be relied on.

This plumber was sent to me through my home warranty, there were several things that needed to be fixed. First he tried to charge me for something that was covered under the warranty, then I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and he stated that it would be best if I had the home warranty just give me the cash and pay him directly. What a horrible experience I have had with him. First he has stood me up numerous times, when he finally showed up to install the faucet I purchased he installed the handles backwards and the spout doesn't rotate properly to both sides. He tried to convince me that it was installed correctly but when I contacted the manufacturer they stated that it in fact was installed backwards and that it was a simple adjustment. He came back to fix it but stated the parts that according to the manufacturer were easy to adjust were breaking, the manufacturer sent us the replacement parts but now he won't show up to finish/fix his poor work. It has been two months since this whole ordeal started and he is just totally unprofessional. If you want the worst experience with a plumber and someone that continuously lies to you hire this guy.
And by the way the logo of best plumbers, don't get fooled by that he is not even on their list.

Their plumber left our water valves on even though they started to leak. He didn't fix the valves. Water started leaking into the ceiling of our master bedroom after several days. We have major water damage in our ceiling.

Very pleased with the service. The guys were fast and polite. Very knowledgeable and dependable.

Called them on a Tuesday to make an appointment said they couldn't make it till Friday I said ok. Didn't show up called them said they were running late. Never showed not even a courtesy call and I never heard from them again. Never came to fix anything worst service ever.

Amazing service, fast and professional! We needed their service on a Thursday night, which they were unavailable, but they were at our house by Friday morning. He explained everything very well and let us know what he needed to do to fix our issue. Very reasonably priced, will definitely keep his number handy!! Thank you Pro Plumbers!

My father suffered an accident resulting in the amputation of both legs. While dealing with the screwy medical system in El Paso, we needed his house to be remodeled so that he could use a wheelchair. This meant completely redoing his restroom and installing a ramp in the front entrance of the house both of which Cesar and company were able to do in an incredibly fast and stress free way. Not only that, but Cesar was INCREDIBLY thoughtful offering advice and suggestions for the remodeling process that we had not thought of as we are not familiar with the challenges of being wheelchair bound as he is. Cesar was always responsive and informative never leaving us with questions or uncertainty. You definitely get more value for your dollar with Pro Plumbers.

This guy doesnt show up when he says rescheduled on me 3 times and changed the price on me twice went with someone else and was the same price but showed up the first time. not very happy

Not only was the work done week he finished ahead of schedule. Caesar was a pleasure to work with and really came through. Ignore the old reviews and give him a try. You won't regret it.

These guys are a joke!! DO NOT give them your business. They came out to the house, gave me a quote and never showed up. They were supposed to come the day after the 4th of July and they didn't. Not even a call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was after a holiday. Called them back and they told me they were sorry and were going to show up the following week. Had my wife waiting at home the whole day. Again never showed up and didn't even bother to call and let me know. Called them back and told me he would call me back and never did. Let's see what excuse he comes up for the reply to this post.

EDIT: i just saw they guy even posted to check on home advisor and bbb. You can only review those sites on jobs they have done. DO NOT give them a chance guys, i guarantee you they will leave you hanging as they did to everyone who posted here. If were able to review those sites there is no way in hell they would even get a D rating. Actually I am on BBB talking with a rep so I can add my review on there as well.

Update: you say i wasnt home? you called me 3 times and I did not answer? hahaha what a lying pos. You never showed up nor gave me any calls. Instead of getting on google and lie, why don't you actually show up to scheduled appointments. Actually I am glad you never showed up, I can't imagine what kind of horrible work you would have done at my house. Good riddance.

Cesar and his helper we're very professional. They took the time to explain the problem and how they would repair it. Made me feel comfortable using his service . I will definitely pass their number to friends and family.

Left message to be called back, they must have more work than what they can handle; as no return courtesy callback ever received. Loss of potential customer.
