The technician was prompt and professional; however, my water heater continued to make noise so I called again . They told me that there's a certain amount of sediment that they cannot get to and that's why it still makes noise. They could have told me that when they came the first time. At least no charge for 2nd trip to my house.

I have hired Union Plumbing twice. Both times they were on time, very knowledgeable, and repaired our plumbing problem. They were really nice, honest, and upfront about the time the job would take, costs, and estimates.

We needed to fix a pipeline that burst in the winter. It wasn’t an emergency issue as my husband had shut off the water to the backyard to stop the pipe from leaking above our bedroom. I finally googled some plumbers and went based off of how many positive reviews Union Plumbing had. My husband called them at 2:30 pm and was told they could send someone to help us fix our pipe between 3pm-5pm that same day. To my surprise these plumbers were there exactly at 3pm. Jesus and Dalton were very nice and professional. They assessed the issue and fixed the pipe within an hour. I would definitely recommend and will be calling this place again for any future plumbing requirements :)

I called on Friday was able to work with the scheduling coordinator to see schedule someone to come check out our toilet same day. They came promptly and worked quickly to fix the clogged toilet. I liked how they tested it multiple times in front of me to make sure the clog was resolved. I will definitely use them again in the future. Supposedly it was a free of charge estimate, charged 85.00 dollar made a hole on the wall and still wants to charge for a leak he has not found.

My water heater broke at 1:15 am and my wife and I were planning on staying at a hotel for the weekend since we didn’t think anyone would come out on such short notice. I had used Union plumbing in the past and was always extremely satisfied with their work. I called them at 8 am and Ruben and Ivan were at my house by 11:15 a.m. and by 1:30 pm they had installed a new water heater. Very professional at all times and explained everything they were going to do. Great job!

If you are on the fence on whether to choose one of the nationally accredited companies like Roto-Rooter or choosing a locally owned and operated company, look no further than Union Plumbing. The company was extremely professional, providing updates via automated text on when they would arrive, provide a quote quickly of the work to be done and even provided excellent advice on how to lower the cost of work. Once an appointment was made they were again very punctual and due to one of the crewmembers being sick, the owner himself showed up to perform the work. The job ended up being less complicated than originally thought and actually ended up being cheaper than quoted. During the entire time the owner and his team were very respectful detailing everything they were doing.

The owner himself actually has over 11 years experience working for Roto-Rooter and prices his services well below what you will be quoted by them without losing any value in workmanship. Additionally, he stands behind his work and services by offering a free warranty on all work done. Go with these professionals and you won't be disappointed.

I was inform their complete steps in correcting the drainage on my bathroom sinks. They kept me informed by text on personnel who was being sent to my home. All personnel very informative and very courteous to me and all my questions.

Today UP (Adalberto) determined the issue and fixed it quickly, it was a small hair ball from bathing my dogs, clogging the tub pipe- UP staff are always, professional, on time, and as a matter of fact, today they were a few hours earlier! I will only use UP, and have been using them for 3-4 years. Always the best value for the money and they stand behind their work. Thank goodness for UP and their great staff!

My tankless water heater flooded due to an improperly installed vent. Union Plumbing sent somebody out to take a look at a few hours after I called. Our kitchen sink was backed up for a few days. We called Union Plumbing. They showed up on time and fixed our issue. They were professional and courteous. We will use them again if needed.

I completely understand the five stars on this place. I called to get a quote and they showed up within an hour. Not only did they show up but they perform the job. They expected the job to take more than an hour but it ended up only taking one. The price was ridiculously cheap and they did an amazing job. I was able to have someone come out to check my tankless water heater on the same day. Unfortunately they couldn’t start the work until the next day but they came right when they said they would. Great communication with their central office and the tech. they replaced the whole system. Did such a clean job and were very informative on warranties and maintenance. I will definitely continue doing business with them. Overall great experience. Thanks to our tech Cristian! He was excellent! He left his work area so clean like nothing ever happened.

The reason that I always use Union Plumbing is that their owner ALWAYS makes good on his plumbers' mistakes! (Very few companies nowadays actually backup their work like this.) He immediately sends out a different plumber (at no cost) or comes out himself to take care of the problem! I usually request Gabriel,
because he always does a very good, meticulous job, and last time, Beto was sent out to correct some vent pipes above my water heater. He did a very good job! Union Plumbing is a company you can trust.

I would like to highly recommend Union Plumbing for the plumbing needs you might have. I have been struggling with a clogged toilet for over four months, I called three plumbing companies that have a lot of advertising including the one that has been around for ever. I got charged a lot of money each time these other plumbers came in and the problem kept coming back. Then I was told by two of these plumbers that a very expensive job would be required to fix this toilet. All of these other companies did a superficial fix that took them no more than half an hour. Needless to say I was very worried so I went to internet and found Union Plumbing with great reviews so I decided to call them just to get one more opinion, but I must admit was not expecting much. What a surprise, Angel and Jaime came in and it took them two hours to get the pipe probe all around the house, they did an extensive inspection of all the pipes and left my toilet functioning perfect. They were so professional and nice, but the biggest surprise was the charge, I couldn't believe the affordable excellent service this company has. Wish I could find more companies as good as Union Plumbing. Thank you Letty

On 8/12/19 The came and replaced parts, it stopped leaking
On 8/16/19 The came again because it was still leaking, but it leaked minimally when they were here and suggested it was the pressure to the house. Decided to leave it be.
On 8/20/19 It is leaking again, but more than an occasional drip.
On 8/21/19 - I thought they would return but if they did not want to, the could return my $175 -- they chose to refund my money.
It leaking worse than it was before they repaired it

I've used them 4 times so far and have been very pleased every time. They're attentive, they keep their schedule and will let you know if they need to move the appointment. Plus they let you know who will be going to the house so you're not surprised by who shows up.

I had a drip from my shower faucet and decided to try and repair it myself. I got stuck along the way and decided to call a professional. I called a few places but they either didn’t get back to me, (Rodela & Sons plumbing), or they were so backed up they couldn’t send someone out for 4 days (liberty plumbing). Union plumbing answered right away and was able to get Gabriel out the following day and before the scheduled time. Gabriel was professional and courteous and very helpful. He tried to save me some money and said it was a fairly easy job and that I could probably get it finished myself after her removed a stuck part but I was so frustrated at that point that I gladly paid the quoted price. The work was done in a few hours and my problem was fixed. Thanks Union plumbing and Gabriel for making it quick and easy.

Just terrible. Our rental company keeps assigning them to fix our plumbing issues. They've been late on more then one occasion, we had a shower leak and they came in about 3- 4 times just to finally solve the issue. Aside from these, nobody ever answers the phone and I've gotten a call back maybe twice.

They returned my call soon after I left a message and then showed up early even after letting me know in advance that they already had a full schedule that day. They were polite, professional, fixed the problem in good time and cleaned up the area as well. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.
