After receiving a high water bill I contacted Adrian to come out and find a water leak. Arrived as scheduled, found an underground leak from the water main, and repaired the next day.

I contacted Adrian about finding a water leak and he came by that same day. He was able to find where the leak is and will be sending his crew to fix/repair/replace leak. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Prompt, friendly, courteous, and explained every detail he was doing. Service was excellent and would recommend to friends.

I had the worst experience with this company. I made an appointment 3 times within 2 weeks and they never showed up. My calls and texts were ignored. I missed work 3 times to wait for them and they never showed up. This is horrible!

We had 1st step come out for a leak detection. Rep who came out was a little unprofessional and rude. He identified the leak under our house and said they were going to have to tear up our floors. Luckily we got a second opinion and were able to correctly identify the leak outside the house. We were able to save thousands of dollars and a bunch of headaches by not going with 1st step.

1st Step Leak Detection was out within an hour after I called. They found the leak under the slab and turned off the water supply to stop further damage. They were fast to fix the leak and reroute the plumbing will minimal sheetrock damage. They were cautious about the mess created from the sheetrock cutting and my personal belongs in my home. Adrian was the only one out of 4 companies that I called on Friday who answered my phone call. He listened to my issues and assured me that he would be out on Monday to determine where my water leak was coming from. He showed up this afternoon, found the leak within a couple minutes and the repair for it was well within my level of experience. What was even more shocking, is that he refused to charge me. I offered to pay, because he did have to pull out his equipment and use it, but he insisted not to charge me. I'm giving a 5 Star Rating because he answered, kept his word about showing up, his ability to find the leak quickly, refused to charge me, and even more so, his professionalism. Thank-You Adrian, you're definitely my go to guy from here on!

This is the 3rd plumber I’ve been in contact with today and the 2nd to arrive at my house. I have a leak in an external pipe, the first company wanted to charge me 350 for leak detection services- 1st step was able to locate the leak without that and expressed utmost confidence in being able to fix the leak for a reasonable price tomorrow (Sunday) morning. Very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism.

This guy Adrian is very unprofessional and very rude. Overcharged ($3500), took shortcuts, had to call him a few times to come finish, and then was harassing me for payment a day before payment was due!!!literally threatening me!!! Threatening phone calls and text messages!! I was baffled!!! I had to call another plumber to come do other things because this guy couldn't do it. Save yourself the headaches!! Ive never been so disrespected by a plumber like this!!!

1st Step was recommended by another leak detection company who could not find the leak. 1st Step found the leak and showed me the readings as he did it. He scheduled the day for the repair, came out, covered the surrounding area with plastic sheeting, jack hammered the old concrete 1 ft sq tile, saving almost all of them, and immediately found the leaking copper pipe. He repaired the pipe, ran the water to confirm no leaks, cleaned up, and hauled off the broken concrete. Great job! Highly recommended :)

One of our pipes connected to our main line busted in the front yard and they came out within a few days to take care of it and fix it all in the same day, piping all the way up to the house and repaired the yard and the sidewalks that they had to cut through as well.

I had a water break under my foundation and called Adrian's company to give me an opinion and estimate. I also had two other estimates as well. Adrian gave me 3 solutions on how to fix the problem. I hired him and he did an amazing job! He reworked all the plumbing under the foundation and it's all above ground. He did what I would have thought would take a week in a day. Adrian will be my go to plumber in the future.

Number doesn’t even work

I scheduled an appointment with them, I got out of work early and they never showed up. Called them back and they scheduled a second one 3 days later, since it was scheduled early I stayed home just for them to once again not show up called several times but this time no on answered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The crew at 1st Leak Detention was respectful, responsive and efficient (including clean-up). Adrian's follow-up was top notch. They were able to find alternatives for problem leaks in my home. They found the issues, did the job and got it done. I highly recommend their service. Thank you!

Very good leak detectors. Adrian came in and did his job found the leak and in my opinion very good price.

Please go somewhere else, don't waste your money, I had my water heater installed in October and I've been having problems with it it has been a total headache it keeps turning on and off all the time. Adrian did the installation well to make story short i called him once and he sent me one of his technicians so the water heater started working again because he did something differently anyways my water heater stopped working again last month and I called them again he said he would send someone over, that NEVER happened so my husband managed to turn it back on, now it stopped working again and he refuses to answer my calls he put a restriction on his phone, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT, THEY CLAIM TO BE VERY BUSY, I ADVICE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

First Step Leak Detection/A&P Plumbing answered my call quickly about my foundation leak and confirmed an appointment for the same day. . They were professional, knowledgeable and were able to bypass my old pipes and create a new pathway for my water vs digging into the foundation. They cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions thoroughly.. I would highly recommend them and would call them again for future jobs.

Noticed water in my front landscape on Monday evening. Called Adrian on Tuesday. He came Tuesday afternoon as promised and found the leak. Since it was the 4th leak I had in the main line he suggested replacing the pipe from the meter to the house. Agreed on price and his team of Hector and Hugo started Thursday and finished Friday.
