Whoever I spoke to at 10:30pm solved my problem over the phone. I had a main line back up and I didn't know what to do. I called my home warranty because my house has been built less than a year ago. They didn't help me at all cough cough Classic American homes. When I called and explained my issue the man instantly said to open the drain valves on the outside of my house. I did just that and wow the water was coming out. I used a plunger on it and the water went down. This company will be my number pick if I have any problems with my plumbing. They don't take advantage of you because they solved my problem over the phone for free. Thank you to whoever picks up after hours. I will surly be back in contact if I have any issues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had one of the Worst Drain Clogs to date and I called Professional Plumbers and they came out within 30 minutes. The two gentlemen came in I explained the issue we were having in more detail and within 30-45 minutes the guys were don . We exchanged the payment and he gave me a couple ofb Business Cards and I thanked Them again for the great service and they were gon . Very professional. Came in 25 minutes and fixed the pipe we had busted over the holidays while we were gone.

I was every satisfied with the work done by Professional Plumbing. We had the pipes underneath the tub break and so in an effort to better the home we had the pipes fixed and the entire bathroom redone. The most important thing was that I had direct communication with them and they walked us through every step of the process. The workers were very respectful to my home and my family. I couldn't be more pleased with the end product. The bathroom is exactly what I wanted and looks just amazing.

I called about the water valve for our dishwasher and they said to send them a photo of the valve and that they could have someone out in the next hour and gave me a quote. Not only did they show up earlier than an hour (within 30 minutes), but the quote was spot on and they even stayed to look at another sink in our house about a leak and didn't charge us. They charged us exactly what was quoted and I got a receipt sent directly to my phone.

Called for service. Left message . Someone called me back while I was driving, so I advised them that I needed to call back in a few minutes. When I called back the person that I talked to was rude and began telling me how much they would charge, I did not ask, and that they would need a week to respond for a clogged sink.I told them that I would need to verify that someone would be available at my home that day. I called back and requested that they proceed after I was sure that I would have someone at my home. No response and no one showed up.

We had a water leak from Control Valve of our Water Heater early in the morning around 7am on New Years Eve. I called several places in the Northeast and I either had no answer or they couldn't help me until 10am or Afternoon. This place actually helped me quick. Beto Rivera was professional and had respect before entering asking if anyone was sick in the house. He wore his mask the whole time while fixing the problem. He fixed the problem fast and was very detailed in what had happened exactly to our water heater. I recommend and would use this company again for any of my plumbing needs should arise again.

This is not the first time I have used their services. They have done a number of jobs for - from a simple toilet issue to major plumbing jobs regarding a team to fix. This time I needed a new faucet. What everyone needs to remember is that plumbing jobs cannot be diagnosed over the phone and sometimes in the process of doing a job, a bigger issue may be identified. I say this because the people before had a major issue and it took longer, so he could not come when promised -- but he called to keep me updated. He worked with me and my scheduled. I still had it fixed within 48 hours. His prices for me are reasonable because I have never had to call him back or anyone else to fix something he did. So you may be paying a tad more but it is worth. They also are respectful of your property and health, taking proper COVID measures.

I had a leak near my water heater. Turns out the water purifier was connected to the drain valve and leaking into the water catcher. The plumber was able to reroute the drainage to outside my home. It’s a little expensive on the weekends so I recommend calling them during the week day. They did a great job and I no longer have to worry about my water heater getting damaged.

They were very courteous over the phone and made a next day appointment. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed the problem immediately. I’ll definitely be calling them for my plumbing issues from now on

I was charged $250 to unclog a toilet. Beto said it was taken care of, but that I needed a new toilet. Well I went and got a new toilet and when they took the old one off the only reason it didn’t work was bc it was clogged w a small toy. So, since they didn’t unclog it and my toilet does work. What was I charged for??? I feel like I was robbed for a service that wasn’t even properly taken care off and lied to as well. I text him and even sent the pictures and asked to get my money back and haven’t even received a response. The man literally made $250 just by coming to my house to lie to me. Totally ripped me off. DO NOT HIRE

Hello! I just wanted share my experience with this plumbing company today. Do not get Professional plumbing to fix your plumbing issues. I found a comment where they were being recommended in this group and I called them because i needed a faucet to be replaced in my backyard. I called them tjis morning and they said the estimate for something like that is $1000 because he had to cut the walls and replace all the wall plumbing. He said he would come today because he was free to give me an estimate. Ok cool. He got to my house and says it is $450 because he tjinks he can replace the faucet with only a small whole from the outside. Still in my mind i think it is crazy expensive just for a faucet that has a mist comming out it. He advertised military discount, but he said not on the weekend. Ok cool. Then he cut the faucet and says he cannot do it from the outside. Mind you the faucet is cut, we cannot stop know because we cannot turn the water on. Well he cuts the wall from the inside of the house and says BTW it is $200 for cutting my wall and working from the inside. This man used a box cutter to cut the wall but he did everything else the same that he was gonna do from outside AND he charged us $200 ( all these wholes, i gotta fix now). Ok cool. $650+taxes he said. He charged $789.99 for a faucet. Tell me how the taxes are $139.99. Also, the wrong faucet was installed, and I cannot connected to my sprinkler system anymore.

Sorry if I miss spelled anything, I am highly upset. I just do not want anybody else to go through this mess.

Very prompt, on-time and professional however I thought they were very pricey for 30 minute job to repair 8 pipe with elbow joint leak. I May could have shopped around and got better price

I called to have someone come out to service our water heater when the pilot went out and all of my troubleshooting didn’t resolve anything. They picked up the phone immediately, had availability right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were transparent with diagnostics, cost of repairs, and the cost/benefit of alternative solutions. When Beto couldn’t find a new part for me, he found an old valve and came back to install it within just a couple hours. Even better, when he went to replace it, he found a much easier and cheaper solution for me that did not require a replacement valve. He showed skill and integrity when many others would just want to make money. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs going forward!

Took a few days before they could fit me in. But when they did come, the leak was fixed in less than 10 mins. Great service.

I recommend Professional Plumbing. They responded quick to my request. Beto explained to me all the work he did and he did an excellent job fixing the slab leak. He even called my insurance to explain the charges so they can cover as much as they could.

They gave me a quote right away. Explained everything to me first about what needed to be done to fix my broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Showed up quick and fixed my promblem fast. Great Service. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Great guys. Answered the phone right away, obviously in the middle of a job, and called me back as soon as they were finished. They got me sorted out the next morning because the one place in town that sells old style water heaters closes early and they arrived five minutes afterward. He got me the closest water heater to what I had that ended up being better and fit the space unlike the previous one. Excellent install because he cleaned up old and extra pipes that a previous plumber had left behind from the busted water heater's installation. I had forgotten to write a review until today when I had an outdoor plumbing issue that a different company had fixed. I called him to see if I needed him to come out and he took a couple of minutes to figure out the problem and saved me a service call and the embarrassment of getting mad at the other company for a common problem that I wouldn't have thought of myself. If you're worried about who to call in the northeast, these are the guys.

The name speaks for itself. Beto and his crew came by to repair our kitchen pipeline(commercial). He went above and beyond by completely replacing what couldn’t be saved anymore for a very reasonable price. Keep in mind, during their visit to “repair” I kept adding on jobs for him and while it inconvenienced him and his schedule, he maintained his professionalism and was accommodating. Thank you! The reason why I called Professional Plumbing was because of their great reviews. I set up an appointment, and they gave me a courtesy call before their arrival. Beto is very professional, patient, willing to see and hear all my plumbing issues, very knowledgeable, and he provided greatly quality of work. He gave me quotes on my other plumbing issues, which I will be calling to make appointments for those things. Today he was able to install two shower heads I purchased, and he fixed my heat setting on one of the shower faucet’s because it literally took 10 minutes for the water to get warm. He also recommended that I get pipes that are meant for water because when they built my house they used gas pipes and they painted them. He told me the gas pipe is causing a lot of rust and build up that is reducing my shower pressure. Which was true. I saw it when he removed the shower heads. Beto was great! I highly recommend Professional Plumbing! Thank you Beto!

Charged $800 for a new outside faucet, original estimate was $450 and waits till after he puts a hole in my bedroom wall to tell me he is charging more. What a waste. Couldn't even put the correct faucet on to hook up my spinkler system

We had a clogged toilet that was also leaking at the valve and needed a new floater, and called this guy to come on a Saturday. He was rude, in a hurry to leave, and did not resolve the issues, He did not have the snake to go in deep (there were roots growing into the pipes), so he said he'd have to come another day. He replaced the hose but not the bad valve for the water, and the new floater was cheap and ineffective. He didn't even seal the tank flap well enough, so the tank drains slowly but constantly. He charged 250 for this and worked 15 minutes. He never took our calls again, hence we stopped the payment. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION... He denies they've been here, but forgets he's on surveillance cameras...🤔

A few months after professional landscaping my backyard I was experiencing a water leak. The landscaper has not completed warranty repairs and the leak was getting worse. I contacted Professional Plumbing for help. They asked for a picture to gauge what they might need for repairs and was able to do a same day appointment. They showed up and repaired my faucet which not only stopped the leak but was stronger and to standard. I would recommend Professional Plumbing for any plumbing services.

I noticed my washing machine faucet was leaking so I called a different company first. They didn't answer their phone or return my call. So, I called professional plumbing. They answered right away and were at my house in a hour. Problem fixed. Definitely will use them again.

A horrible experience charged us a total of $1,200. This individual messed up our line to our sprinkler system. Now I have to hire another plumber and pay again for this low quality of work provided by Professional Plumbing. This so not professional company was supposed to fix a leak and, in the process, cut the line to our sprinkler system. The owner of this company tried to piece it together again using I don't know how many pieces and couldn't line it up. After his mess, he told us we would have to hire someone that fixes sprinkler systems. We have all the invoices for the charges and pictures of the damage caused by this companies utter incompetence!

Fast and easy called them in the am and where at home and leak fixed in short time.
