I have used Rodela and Sons several times. As an out of town land lord, a reliable and trustworthy service provider is worth his weight in gold. I called them in the late afternoon with continuous flow on a broken pipe at a rental during freezing temperatures. Mr. Rodela showed up after hours, secured my property, and then returned the next day to repair the plumbing. I was in a tight spot in another city and he still charged me a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Working with Rodela & Sons was a fantastic experience. We had been without water for a few days. They showed up the same day we called and quickly determined the issue. They then worked the entire next day to make sure the job was done. And lastly, they checked in on us multiple times afterwards to make sure everything was working as it should be. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I called Rodela & Sons the day after Christmas because an outdoor pipe burst. In spite of the holidays, they came to my house and fixed the problem. They also charged me a reasonable price (about half of what other plumbers quoted me), used higher quality materials, and were extremely honest in all their communications with me. I highly recommend them.

Called to have 3 old faucets removed and replaced with new faucets. The 4th faucet needed to be checked for a leak. Work was scheduled the next day by Erika Rodela and was very courteous and professional. She scheduled for the following day, gave me a time frame and the next day plumber Tommy Rodela and co-plumber arrived within that timeframe. The work was done in a timely manner, very professional, did not feel that I was being charged for unnecessary work, left to get parts needed, and charged reasonably for the work. They followed CDC guidelines which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

We contacted the business near the end of the day and was provided an estimate over the phone. The next day we were given a detailed estimate via email and advised that they would complete the job that day. Close to the end of the day they had not reached via, phone, text OR Email. We called to follow-up and were told it needed to be moved to the next day, in the morning. We picked up the parts they said we needed to assist with efficiency in completion of the job. It was after 10am the next day and we Again heard nothing from them on approximate start time.When we called to get start/completion time they said ASAP because they were busy. We advised we wouldn't need their services, we have a family, our time is valuable and non communication does not work for us. Due to the reviews on their business I am sure once they arrived they would do a good job. I ended up going with another local company that provided est. time for arrival/ completion, notice when they ran into a delay, detailed quote to include ALL supplies needed, a good price And no family member making rude comments and hanging up on us because we Expect good consistent communication. We were asked not to post this review because it is unprofessional and would hurt their business. I believe that when choosing a service provider its best to know all the pros and cons.

Found myself in a situation on a Saturday at 3pm. I wasn’t sure what to do and came across Rodela & Sons comp. called and within 30 minutes the plumber arrived. In 20 minutes; repair was done. Rodela & Sons are lifesavers! I've been a general contractor in El Paso for the past 17 years and have been through many, many plumbers- usually parting ways after our first experience with them. Plumbers are notorious for being flakes and doing terrible work.

We just completed a 6-month-long permitted remodel to our own home and the original plumber, who I've used twice in the past, flaked-out on us and screwed me out of $1,400. In desperation I went to Google to try and find someone with good reviews, who could take over mid-stream and finish the project for us.

Tommy and Erica were the ultimate professionals to work with, and I admire them for taking on our problem child project. It is never fun to redo someone else's work, especially when building inspectors are also involved. They didn't have to help us out, but chose to anyway.

They re-permitted the plumbing portion of the project for us, then completed the sewer lines, rough, and top-out plumbing for us. Every time they said they'd be here... they showed up. Everything they promised to do... they did. Their prices were very fair, and they put up with an incompetent inspector as well.

I can't thank them enough, or speak highly enough about their ethics and workmanship. We will use them from this point on!

Have had a tough time with contractors in El Paso. Rodela & Sons are the exception to that norm. Timely, professional, caring and most of all, they listened and exceeded our needs/ expectations. Never once was late, calls were always returned, emails were always answered, follow up was fantastic. We needed our shower and tub drains relocated. Price was on point. As long as we are here in El Paso, they will be the professional plumbers we use an recommend. Very grateful for the work they did for us in our home.

Needed a water heater replaced. Had hoped to get the work done about 1:30 ~2 o'clock, but due to the plumber being extremely busy and moving supplies around, the plumber showed up a little after 3. Apology accepted, he got right to work.
I wish he had read the instructions for this tankless heater has a condensation line that needed to be installed. After a shower, I found a puddle of water under the water heater.
I ordered an acid neutralizer and will need Tommy to come back and install that line. I will keep using Tommy in the future. The work is good and the price is good.

I called to have gas dryer connected properly after slight gas leak was detected after it was installed by delivery men a week earlier. Rodela and Sons was to do it 2 days later, but then they contacted me to call gas company to have gas leak checked. I didn't know gas company would show up on weekends, but they did and shut off gas to dryer. Rodela and Sons helped me be safe.

Two days later, Rodela and Sons Plumbing reconnected gas dryer properly. A plumbing issue arose over the weekend and they were able to unclog a toilet and sink.

All work done and charges were reasonable. I hope not to have a plumbing need in the future but should it happen, I will call them again. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I was looking for someone on Angie’s List to remove and install a toilet. Rodela &Son’s contacted me and gave me a reasonable quote. We scheduled a date and they kept to the date. The service was done in approximately an hour. The plumber was professional/knowledgeable and efficient.

I had two shower grab bars installed for my mom. She slipped in the shower and I wanted to get two shower bars installed before I flew back to my home on the East Coast. I only had 32 hours to work with and I explained my situation to the office manager. I called on a Monday and they were out Tuesday morning. This is an honest company and easy to work with. I was there to meet the owner and his son. I appreciate how responsive they were and I felt like they made my situation a priority since I live on the East Coast and time was a factor. I HIGHLY recommend this company you will NOT be disappointed at all. This entire company was a pleasure to do business with and will be using them again! We were also allowed to shop for our own style of grab bars.

This was my first service call to them and I was completely satisfied with their work and their work ethic. The arrived at the scheduled time wearing protective face covering. They assessed the situation, obtained the necessary parts and did the work quickly and professionally. They policed their trash and secured the property. Since I had to run some errands, I was not there when they finished so they called me to let me know they had finished. I checked the work done and everything looked great. Was in El Paso with my father in law and on the day of our departure the sewer line got clogged. Tommy installed water to our new refrigerator and also fixed a leak under our sink. He discussed the steps he was going to take with us thoroughly. The jobs were done as he said and very quickly. This was 2 weeks ago and all is great!! Probably one of the easiest

I had a problem with a toilet upstairs. There was water leaking below with every flush. I had looked for “plumbers” on Angie’s List and found this business. I called and spoke with Erica. She scheduled me in right away and Tommy showed up as agreed. I showed him the problem and within a couple of hours he and a helper fixed the toilet, replaced the plywood below the toilet and the problem was fixed. IF I ever need a plumber again, I know who to call. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Needed someone to shut off water heater valve after it burst, I was at work and just my disabled mother was at home.

I called them but and they charged $60 to turn off the valve for an after hours call. They did arrive promptly.

I would use them again.

I called around 1:20 pm and within an hour someone came. He assessed the problem, told us what was wrong, continued to fix it. This visit was only for a quote but fixed it right away. Very courteous, respectful and wearing a mask. Thank you will definitely use rodela & sons again.

They were one of the few plumbing companies who got back to me on my request, and gave me the best price from the other plunders who did get back to me. They were able to work with my schedule and adjusted on the fly when my other contractor delayed the time frame. I will defiantly be calling them for more work, and will proudly hand out their number for referrals.

Water heater gave out on a Sunday night so I called a couple of places on Monday to price replacement/ installation and Rodela & Son's were friendly and fairly priced. They were able to get a new water heater installed by Tuesday afternoon! They were friendly, professional, and responsive. I would gladly call them for any future plumbing needs.

The repairman showed up early for the the maintenance as we agreed. He was very efficient and quick to repair the toilet. He also provided information about other services and He provided information about toilet repair in general. I am very pleased about rodell and sons excellent service.

My parents have a single toilet in their home that wasn't flushing and water was out the bottom of the toilet. We had to call after hours for plumbing help. Erica was courteous and helpful to get a plumber out to us, and Tommy did a quick and great job clearing up the toilet. We are very thankful they were able to come out after hours. Tommy helped my mom with an old leak she had (previous plumbers “fixed it” before). She called and he showed up when he said he would. I called Rodela & Sons Plumbing, informed them where the problematic issue was with detail, and their front office squeezed me in there busy schedule for that same day. They fixed the issue within 1 hour of my initial phone call, I am not exaggerating. Needless to say, they are now my primary go-to company next time a situation arises. I definitely recommend, especially for the billing/payment efficiency.
