Their two man crew was late. The hourly rate of $115 for one hour is too high, I was quoted $97 when I set the appointment. They only charged for 1 hour but spent 2 here (because of jaw jacking). I won’t even get into the cost of minimal parts. I was quoted appx. $14 but paid $40. I will NOT be using them again nor will I recommend this company.

They got here quickly, fixed the leak cleaned up everything. Very professional!!

I called this morning and asked them to fix my water line that is connected to my cooler. They said they would be here after 12:00 pm they never showed up or called. Don't use this services they are liars

I just spent 10 minutes on the phone listening to someone from Plumbing Dr. give every excuse in the book as to their issues.
-We are down workers on Saturday's. -Mondays are hectic.
-Work vans are having problems.
-Other customers have nore issues.
This is a second appointment because they didn't write my address correct and didn't know which house to go to.
And the best part is when I get told You won't be charged extra . YOU are running behind.

Very quick response after another plumber said he would not work on a tankless hot water heater. Replaced two tankless hot water heater bypass valves within a few hours at a very reasonable with price.

I got my fauset fixed 3 days ago by an employee of the name Daniel and he was very polite and took the time to explain to me why it was leaking and gave me different long term and short term ways of fixing it. I was told that it would’nt take no longer than 40-45 minutes and he finished in 25 minutes. Thank you for the great service.

Called at around 7 AM and got an appointment between 10:30 to 12:30. The plumbers arrived shortly before 10:30, listened to my description of the problem and what was needed to be done. They promptly took care of the problem and left everything in working order. Very professional and courteous crew. I will definitely call them again.

I do not recommend. In my opinion we got price gouged and they are not honest about rates and work that is needed. Make sure to get multiple estimates from different companies, if possible.

a pipline in my yard broke. I called them and they came in 1 hr. Very effective and professional. They charge me what they told me and they fisnished their job in the timeline the gave me. Good Experience.

Called late on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment early Sunday morning. The service and price were exceptional and when finished the pipes looked like a work of art. Thank you so much.

Had a leak months ago under the kitchen sink that I was told was due to the garbage disposal. The leak continued and called them back out. They could not fix the leak because the faucet was too fancy for them but did not refund my money from the previous fix that wasn't actually the leak. I doubt their qualifications.

Great price and good work for new water tank and flat price; water heater, parts and labor. I called around to may of the listed plumbers and got ranges from 900-1300, plus parts and a city permit fee to install a water heater??? The Plumbing Doctors came in gave me a price with everything that blew away everyone else, plus no garbage about Saturday premium?

Called in for some information. Was completely shut out and couldn't even finish my sentence. Interrupted me while I was trying to convey my issue. Would recommend some customer service classes for the phone operator. Only reason they gained an extra star was answering the phone call in the first place unlike many of the other places I've tried.

Great, friendly service, and price was reasonable....and half what Roto Rooter would charge. Work done correctly the first time. I highly recommend Plumbing Doctor.

Would not recommend. Quoted $265 (with a discount!) to replace main water pressure regulator valve going into the house; I asked why it was so high for what appeared to be a simple job and was told it would require 90 minutes of involved soldering/removal of old pipe. Twenty minutes later, the plumber was done and told me he didn't have to do any of that, just slide the pipe back a bit and install the new regulator. The price was only adjusted $20 even though the work took a fraction as long as I'd been quoted. Dishonest!

Called the number listed on their Google page. The person answers at an alternate location with a lot of background noise. I asked the person if he could go somewhere else bc I couldn't hear him. He tells me he is at a car wash. Takes down my address and phone number, and tell mes that someone will be here within an hour and a half. 3 hours pass and I call back the same number. The same guy answers and I informed him that have been waiting for 3 hours asks for my address and asks me if I was sure that I had called today bc he has nothing booked for me. At that point I thanked him for wasting my time and hung up the phone. This place really needs to get their stuff together.

Victor was a pleasure to talk to and his prices are far better than any other company out there. They do everything up to code and do a great clean job. Hector Torres was the technician who showed up for the job. He was very professional, courteous and very pleasant to talk to. He explains everything in detail and shows exactly what he is going to do to remedy the issue. If you are looking for a plumber look no further as their job and prices are far better than any other company out there. Will be hiring them again for any plumbing issues. Thank you guys!!

Company was prompt but charged me $195 + $2 for using a credit card (new policy) and they had to order the part because they didn't have it. The part would be free of charge due to the fact the water heater was less than a year old. He stated the part was supposedly over $300 (on line found for less than $100). Then they returned to install the part and charged me another $195 (forgot to charge me the new policy of an extra $2). If they had carried the part; the installation would have been what...?? So because you didn't carry the part they charged for 2 visits!? Be careful...I will be using another service inspite of their rating.

The Plumbings Doctors solved my main sewer line issues! They have a powerful water jetting machine that unblocks the most severe blockages! They always answered the phone and were on time ! I would reccomend them!

Excellent service. They were able to replace the busted sewer pipe in the crawlspace under my house. Due to unforseen additional damaged pipe underground, the cost ended up being a little over the original estimate, but not much, and they were able to complete the job in about 4-5 hours. The cost was still less than estimates from other plumbers I contacted. I am satisfied and I recommend Plumbing Doctor.
