I do not recommend. In my opinion we got price gouged and they are not honest about rates and work that is needed. Make sure to get multiple estimates from different companies, if possible.

Wow, just called them and the lady who answered the phone very rudely told me she wasnt a secretary and hung up. I guess this company doesnt like having customers. I will make sure and tell everyone I know how rude they are there and to NOT give them their business.

My thermostat went out during a heavy snow. They got here as fast as they could and ran a check to make sure the furnace was fine. They went out and found a thermostat and came back and got it installed. Made sure everything was good. Polite. Friendly. Professional. Excellent!

Issues with water pressure. We had issues with previous plumbers and not being able to get the problem fixed. We called Liberty Plumbing, Within mins of Albert being on the property he was able to locate the issue and fix the problem. We are impressed with his service and knowledge. This is the 3rd plumber I’ve been in contact with today and the 2nd to arrive at my house. I have a leak in an external pipe, the first company wanted to charge me 350 for leak detection services- 1st step was able to locate the leak without that and expressed utmost confidence in being able to fix the leak for a reasonable price tomorrow (Sunday) morning. Very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism.

These guys are a joke!! DO NOT give them your business. They came out to the house, gave me a quote and never showed up. They were supposed to come the day after the 4th of July and they didn't. Not even a call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was after a holiday. Called them back and they told me they were sorry and were going to show up the following week. Had my wife waiting at home the whole day. Again never showed up and didn't even bother to call and let me know. Called them back and told me he would call me back and never did. Let's see what excuse he comes up for the reply to this post.

EDIT: i just saw they guy even posted to check on home advisor and bbb. You can only review those sites on jobs they have done. DO NOT give them a chance guys, i guarantee you they will leave you hanging as they did to everyone who posted here. If were able to review those sites there is no way in hell they would even get a D rating. Actually I am on BBB talking with a rep so I can add my review on there as well.

Update: you say i wasnt home? you called me 3 times and I did not answer? hahaha what a lying pos. You never showed up nor gave me any calls. Instead of getting on google and lie, why don't you actually show up to scheduled appointments. Actually I am glad you never showed up, I can't imagine what kind of horrible work you would have done at my house. Good riddance.

Pricy but good the job done.

Called them in about 3 weeks ago to unplug our main sewer line and they seemingly did a good job. They charged us $168. They even claimed to have a 90 day guarantee on their work. Main sewer line got plugged up again. Called them up again today and their own guy admitted that they had only unplugged toward the house and not towards the street so the plug just shifted away from the house. So they ended up charging us another $130 for something they didn't do right the first time and he tried justify himself by saying that the he had to charge us again because he found 1 wipe-ee. Stay away from this company!
