I felt like I was in a video game. Mario thr plumber came to save the day, this was all within less than 30 mins of me making the initial call. What a fantastic experience. Was very thorough and explained everything. I highly recommend them.

I called Mr. Rooter for a recurring clogged drainage pipe. (When our washer discharged, it would back up into the kitchen sink.) I had another plumber come and snake the drain twice before, but the problem would come back within 6 or 8 months. Mr. Rooter suggested a Jetting to thoroughly clean the main drainpipe. The techs arrived on time, were courteous, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Further, they maintained a clean and safe job site. Now the washer wastewater is discharging smoothly and quietly. While they were here, they gave me some tips on keeping the tub P trap clean and clear. I'll keep their business card in my current file, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

First I need to apologize for not getting this review out sooner.Service was done on 7/17/19.The service was OUTSTANDING considering my situation & dilemma.Mr.Beto Garcia worked diligently.He had to call for assistance from the master himself Gilbert Flores.What could've become costly due to my husband's negligencence became a major task. Mr. Rooter sales and services are outstanding. We requested the replacement of our inoperative garbage disposal and worn out kitchen faucet. The office person and Gabe are professionals who kept my wife and I informed throughout the process. Gabe inspected and provided the necessary estimate for the replacement and repairs. We had a phone conversation, in which, they requested moving the work to an earlier timeframe. So, if you want quality work at reasonable prices, then I would highly recommend these guys.

I had contacted Mr. Rooter to install a clean out, as my home apparently never had one. I was quoted for work they didn't do, overcharged for the work they did (as per a professional plumber) and then they tried to charge me an additional $500 for a problem that $6 Draino fixed. In addition to this, the person they sent could not explain what the $500 dollars was for. While he was going backa and forth, changing his mind, redirecting, even his associate got confused as to what he was claiming to sell me. I was originally happy with the professionalism and courtesy of this company, until they actually showed up. When all was said and done, they called their manager to speak to me. He was rude, defensive, also could not answer questions about what exactly I was being charged, and ended the call by saying, You know what lady, if you don't wanna pay us, call Roto Rooter, they can fix it. So...I did. And the great guy at Roto Rooter told me all I needed was Draino, and he was right. I would not recommend this company for their lack of professionalism and overpricing.Edit to add:The response posted by the company is not reflecting my business with them. I never said I would dig the hole myself, and they didn't even check what was clogging the sink before making up multiple prices to fix a problem that I again fixed with a $6 bottle of Draino. On that note, thank you Mr. Rooter for proving that you are inconsistent, and happy to make up nonsense to cover your baseless claims. Absurd. If zero stars were possible, I'd ask for a negative system to give them less. 10/10 would not use.

The dispatcher was extremely helpful in providing information about availability and timing when I first called. Gabriel came out and gave me a free estimate on several different projects I needed done. He was awesome, explained everything that they would be doing, and the process of how everything would happen.All of the estimates were emailed to me and I was able to take my time deciding which services I wanted completed. Once I selected a service, Gabriel came back the same day and did the work for me. Unfortunately he discovered some cracked piping in the process which also needed to be replaced. He was clear and upfront about the problem and the cost of repairing it before he moved forward. I wish every service contractor I work with in the future is like him!5/5 stars. Their prices are a little higher than some other shops but the quality of labor and professionalism is top notch. I have extreme confidence in the work that was performed. Would hire again!

Most unprofessional. Technician came out on Friday for a main pipe unclogging with the snake. Technician said the main pipe was unclogged showed me the water level in the toilet that was removed. Said the he fixed it 4 days later clogged up and we called back and said the call was for a tub unclogging not the main pipe. Did not want to fix it after I had two technicians says there’s at least 7days warranty if there was any issues. Owner does not want to accept. And says it’s not his problem . Dispatch extremely rude

This company is legalized robbery .I needed a faucet fixed from under sink.aomethimg that cost 8 bucks at store. However I had a leak so was in dire need of water supply to be turned onThis company took advantage of this fact and charged me $200 for a simple faucet that took a good 15 minutes to change. Taking advance of people's situations is wrong. Would not recommend this company at.all

The work was done earlier than expected which was nice and the response on a Sunday was really surprising. The installation charge is quite expensive however my wife and I were willing to pay the cost to get this done and get it done right. The installation and testing was done well within 2 hours which i did appreciate.

Professional and prompt. They are a bit expensive, but they give free estimates. No need to schedule service after the estimate; they show up prepared to do the job immediately. I have used their service three times because I know they will do a good job. Also, gave me a good warranty on their work and kept me informed every step of the way each time.

Diagnosed the problem. Repaired in a timely manner. Very professional. Explained in detail the problem and the solution. It was a bit pricey but the work needed to be done.

Gilbert is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional. My concern was about the flange and foundation of my toilet, since there was a leak from underneath. He said the flange that holds the bolts was still in good condition. Replaced what needed to be done and asked me if there was anything else he could take care of. Unclogged sewer pipes, it's an old house with a unconventional sewage. They sent some one and little time someone was here to help. Friendly, quickly assessed the issue, game me my estimate, and starter working right away. Quickly the issue was resolved, made sure it stayed unclogged, and gave it a second service to both sides to make sure everything is good. Water is flowing great and no more flooding.Thanks Tony.

I had a very bad back up in my house and they came the same day and handled it. Mario was very nice, helpful and professional. Totally recommend them.

They responded very quickly on a Saturday which was a surprise. The technician did an excellent job of taking care of my problem but what was most impressive was the education he provided on how to avoid it in the future, how to address it myself and even how to use the tools he used if I decided to buy one. Very impressed overall.

My Saturday appointment was re-scheduled for following week as employee did not show up to work. The following week they started; were not prepared w the necessary sewer equipment. Had to wait another two days n when the water jetter was used, they did not go all the way as previously stated. Then the sewer camera got tied up in a joint connection n did not bother to take it out n insert thru another available clean out. They seemed to be in a hurry n only wanted to collect their pay. Overall, they said sewer line had bellies and they don’t diagnose n make such repairs.

I called Mr. Rooter because it's close to my home. My electric water heater broke down. Two plumbers came to look at the water heater. they gave me an estimate to replace and install new water heater. I was taken aback when they told me total bill would be 1400. $700 for the water heater and $700 for labor, total cost $1400.I called the business and spoke to the manager about the estimate which seemed very high to me. He insisted that the cost of water heaters has increased since I purchased my old water heater. I told him the price at home depot was $600. When I questioned the labor he said that it was a complicated installation.Then the following day he emailed a revised bill totaling $1600. Unbelievable!I did my research and got the water heater at Express Plumbing for $500 and labor was $300. Total of $800.Literally half the cost of Mr. Rooter!These guys are out to take you for what they can. And my impression is that they're more likely give these ridiculous estimates to women.So ladies do the research and don't get taken for your hard earned money.

I had them reroute some exposed water lines from outside to underground. Victor came to the house and gave me a quote that same day. When the day came to do the work, he explained to me, in great detail, the work that was going to take place. He answered all my questions before and during the job.His work was clean and did a great job cleaning the job site at the end of the day/job. Response time was about three hours. Technicians arrived wearing masks and were polite and efficient. Jose was terrific. Toilet was removed and drain unclogged in no time. Total time onsite was about 90 minutes. Cost was reasonable (at $332) to me.

It took less than an hour for a technician to arrive. He was friendy, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast. The price was very reasonable, especially for a call late on a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely use them in the future.

Quick clean and complete.

I called for a water service line leak in my front yard. They showed up within an hour and confirmed the source of the leak. It was promptly repaired. The plumber Jose Hernandez was very professional and did a great job.

We had an issue where everytime we used our kitchen sink we had a sulfur like smell coming out of our bathroom. the plumber said the issue was due to the line being backed up and said a hydro scrub would take care of the problem. 400 ish dollars later the smell still remains. we called to have the plumber come back and now says a pipe may be broken in the bathroom wall and is charging 197 dollars to insert a camera just to check if its broken or not. so 600 ish dollars in the smell still remains and nothing has been fixed.....

After getting the run-around from Best Buy all week, I desperately called Mr. Rooter’s to ask if it was possible to get someone to install a dishwasher for me ASAP. Within an hour of my calling, I received plenty of communication and had a serviceman arrive at my house! Pilot light would not stay lit on our water heater. They responded very quickly and explained step by step everything they were looking for. Mr. Rooter came and incorrectly diagnosed an issue with my water heater. They had me pay for a part in advance I didn’t need for $140. Now they refuse to refund my money for the part. The reason for the lack of refund is because they can’t get their money back. They are trying to rob my family. I’ll be pursuing civil litigation.

Despite the excellent service from Larry the technician, I would not recommend this company for jobs that need urgency. I just purchase a house for remodeling and the very first thing I needed to do is to replace all the main sewer lines. During the visit and on follow ups, I was always told the job can begin 1 day right after I make a payment. So finally I closed on the home purchase and contacted them to make a payment for the job to start, and they told me that the soonest I can be scheduled is in 6 weeks!!! Very disappointed, it is a $22K job and just waisted my time. If I was told at the very beginning that they have a 6 week waiting period for the job to start I would not be writing this review..

The service man was very professional and helpful he was here to unclog our bathtub he was here for less than 10 minutes, unclogged bathtub and he charged $266, which I thought was very pricey for the service he provided to stick the snake in the drain so whatever was stuck was pushed.

Very professional company! As soon as I submitted a request for an estimate, I received an email from the owner, and a separate email from the technician introducing themselves, the company, and providing a photograph of who would be coming to my house. I was given an estimate for what promised to be a very extensive (and potentially expensive) job. I paid half up-front, and since the work actually ended up being much less than originally thought, the company charged me half of the original estimate and considered my down payment to be complete payment. Very honest!

The kitchen sink was stopped up and water was standing on both sides. I wasn’t sure who to call so I did an online search of the best five plumbers in the area. Mr. Rooter popped up with the highest rating. The dispatcher sent me someone within the hour, I couldn’t believe it. Joe assessed the situation, and since this is an older home, he suggested replacing some of the old pipes. I’m so glad he did. Joe unclogged the drain which was really stopped up and did a beautiful job of replacing the old plumbing. He was so diligent about cleaning up, I was impressed. A true pro, I’d absolutely recommend this company.

Call the this company to order, a plumbing Job. Order the Job in December, Never received a call back. Did not receive a follow up call. Call back today. not only did the company have the wrong address for the property, the manager Roger intervened on the call, and proceed to tell me, about how his company does to take work orders, how they do not do billing. I neither ask for billing or for they to do any type of financing. Had no intention of that either. So I am assuming he took it upon himself to feel I need to have that explained. I didn't, I can pay cash. One can only wonder why he felt the need to explain that to me. He was very unprofessional. but from the reviews its only to certain customers.

I called on Wednesday to make an appointment for someone to take a look at our water heater. They answered my call immediately, were extremely kind and set me up with an appointment for Saturday and asked if id like to be put on the list for a sooner appointment if one opened up. I said yes, and luckily Victor was able to come out early Friday morning. We had to replace the water heater and he said he would go grab one and put it in right then and there. I've had 2 other services come out and and tell me the same thing and then never return to actually fix it. But it was replaced in just a couple hours and was even installed better than the original. I am impressed and extremely happy with Victor's services and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Rooter's, would definitely recommend.

I called at 9am and they had someone out by 11am to find and stop a leak in my sink. The technician, Dale, was prompt, efficient, and kind. He gave me options to have them provide a new faucet or for me to buy my own. I chose to purchase my own and he was able to come out the next morning and install it. Very professional and answered all of my questions and gave recommendations on how to repair damage from the water. I will definitely be using this company for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Called Mr. Rooter about a sewage smell from my bathroom. Ivan Flores came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. Repair was done and no mess within 45min. He even took a look at my garbage disposal and got me an estimate.

Reliable, showed up at designated time, called before to make sure someone was present. Great price! Compared to other estimates I received Mr. Rooter was by far the best. Other companies did not know how to shut off main water valve, said I had to call the city. Mr. Rooter had the tools and knowledge on how to shut it off; that’s how I knew these guys were legit! Definitely would NOT recommend this place or their services.Before fixing the leak I had on an outdoor faucet and connecting pipe, the tech told me I had at least a 30 day warranty on his work and would be included on the invoice.AFTER performing the work, he said he could not offer a warranty since the original pipes were not their own work.After talking to him, he was finally willing to offer a 10 day warranty. He said that his company would have to redo ALL the piping for the sprinkler system in order to give a warranty but that this would be extremely pricey.Here we are 13 days after the work was performed and I have a worse leak than what I started out with. I called to see what they could do and they told me they would have to charge me again for any additional work as it was outside the 10 day warranty.I basically paid this ripoff company $355 to make my leak WORSE. So disappointed and disgusted. Where can one find an honest plumber?!I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR ROOTER.

Although not an emergency situation, Mr. Rooter was able to schedule a visit the same day I called. Our technician, Dan, was very polite and professional and very efficiently repaired the problem the next day. He took care to see that everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied with the job. We truly appreciated the quick response and Dan's attention to detail.

This is the second time I have used Mr. Rooter. The first time was a slight emergency and Mr. Rooter “saved the day”! I just had a toilet installed, they gave me a discounted quote. I had the wrong toilet. Mr. Rooter helped me get the toilet back to the store, ordered and picked up the correct toilet, installed it, and cleaned up after themselves ( not everyone does that). There were No extra charges! These gentlemen have been very kind and helpful. The work is excellent. I won’t loose their card again!

“Stay away”!!! They came to my house and attempted to unclog a sewer line.... They stuck a camera line and said they weren’t able to push the clogg through. That is was going to be an additional 1,800. To break ground not including removing a vanity above the “clogg”. So they charged 200 just for the attempt. I told them that I would have to make a insurance claim. So I waited and waited one week asking for a detail invoice that I got the run around and never provided. I finally got tired of being ignored so I decided to call roto rooter. They came within an hour and were able to unclog it within minutes without “breaking ground “” they charged me 200 but got the job DONE!!

I can't say enough good things. The Mr. Rooter team has done great work for me over the past couple months. We are renovating a large house and Mr. Rooter has been available same day multiple times, have been on time as they promised, have given me very fair prices, and have done a lot of work....installed kitchen sink with a disposal, opened clogged toilet line, a clogged outside drain line, a upstairs shower drain, ran camera, gave good options....just good all around.

The man, Dale, that came to our home to give us an estimate was very professional, courteous, and tidy. He did everything he said he would have to do and cleaned up afterwards. The only thing we didn't like was the price, but we were in a bind and didn't have time to look around for more estimates. He said that they have set rates for every job. Those rates were overly expensive for an hours work. And their senior discount wasn't much either, a whole 10%. Regardless, a job that should have been around $200 ending up costing us over $500. We supplied the new faucet and he supplied the new water lines, and cut off valves and only took an hour instead of the three hours he quoted. I believe we were over charged as seniors that are on a budget.

Each time we call with a plumbing problem, we know for a fact that it is going to be taken care of to our satisfaction. I think their employees are trained to adhere to the Honesty is the Best Policy way of doing business.

I had a clog in my main drainage system that was causing backflow into my house. Mario came over to my house after I had a previous plumber come over only to make the problem worse and charge me 381 dollars in the process for a leak under my kitchen sink he was very professional and friendly and only charged 133 dollars as opposed to the 381 I got scammed out of by the other plumbing services I used he explained to me that the other plumber failed to tighten the fittings under my sink and that's why I was getting a leak will use in the future

This is the email I was asked to send to the manager and I never received a response.Here is the work the plumber Cesar did on my house. I requested a tube spout with a hand held. He states I only requested the tube spout after installation. On Saturday before his work he quoted me 329.00 which I assumed was for both because I gave him the box of parts and he stated he needed a special part for the valve which was a 3/4 fitting. He stated he is not allowed to carry supplies because the company does not want the workers doing side jobs. He told me I was scheduled between 10-12. At almost 1 I was rescheduled between 2-3. He arrived at 5 and said he had priority customer who paid an advantage plan which I stated was ok as long as the job was done. He At first mounted the valve crooked because he had no wood. I helped him with some wood I had and mounted the wood for him. He began to remove support brackets saying he was going to use the screws because he had none. I then gave him screws which at this time I’m still ok as long as work was done. He then mounted everything as seen below. Everything is crooked and unsupported. He then said he was done. I asked about the hand held and he said I never mentioned it. I explained I did and that was the reason I accepted the price of 329. I stated he spent less than an hour and that price was too high for just the valve. He stated that’s the way the computer sets it up. When he was here working he was complaining about having to work odd hours and being on commission. He presented as in a rush to finish and I assume that is the reason for his very bad work or takes no pride in his work. I paid him anyway because that’s the kind of person I am. If you look at the pictures you can see where the plumbing is crooked an unsupported. Being this way will eventually lead to vibrations and pipe wear. I told him I would be contacting the owner and he stated it was corporate. I told him I would contact corporate. He mad no effort to correct the problem or compensate in any way. I have another company coming out to fix his mistakes because I am remodeling and the wall needs to be sealed. I hope you take some kind of action because this kind of work is very bad represent of your company.Chris

He changed out the tubing to the refrigerator and replaced a new tube.The plumber, Dan, was very professional and courteous and was able to diagnose and repair the water refrigeration tubing quickly and efficiently. He went beyond the required job. I am very happy and satisfied with the job. Apart from his expertise he was kind, patient and very honest.

I initially hired them to replace leaky hose bibs.They did a great job, at a reasonable price. So, I had them replace our kitchen faucet. Again they did a great job, making sure everything was right, and talked me through everything they did. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Installed new dish washer. Dale Did a very good job. Very professional. Will recommend and will use this company again.

So far I am not happy with Mr. Rooter service. I had an AC pvc condensation line run and a kitchen faucet tightened for $325. They did not have any brackets to attach the line to the house and will have to come back to do so. Also, the plumber did not have the socket to tighten the faucet. He suggested that I buy a new one with a different design because of my deep sink, and that he will install it. Then the office called to set up a date for the brackets and give an estimate for the faucet installation. I paid $325 for some pvc run and a tight faucet. An insured and bonded plumbing company should be able to do this. They seem professional, and when they finish the task satisfactorily, I will happily edit my review to 5 stars.

I was in need of major plumbing work, which included replacing the drain trap and multiple pipes. I called Mr. Rooter in the late evening and they scheduled my free estimate for early the next morning. It was an excellent price quote and they got to work right after I gave the ok, and they finished within a few hours. Excellent quality of work and the plumbers were super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Also, there's a 1 year warranty on the work they performed. I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter enough! They're awesome!!!

Tony arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He gave us an estimate up front and told us there would be no charge if he were unable to fix the issue. He fixed it in 20 minutes. Good price and great service!!

I called this morning about a leaking AC connection and within 30 minutes Joe arrived to fix it. He did an excellent job. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again.

The plumber was intelligent, well versed in technical trade complexity and exceptionally business customer service minded. He laid a mat outside the door, wore sanitary clothing and calculated out a quote with honest and forthright detail. They answer the phones with a cheerfulness eager to serve.

They were not able to unclog the pipe, but did determine the problem and gave estimate to repair. The service man, Joe, did a great job. Very professional, hard-working and friendly.

They did a good job and are communicative during the whole process, however, a bit pricey. $266 to unclog the kitchen drain line seems a bit excessive but I needed the drain cleared in a hurry.

Was able to accurately detect our underground water leak and gave a reasonable estimate for the repairs. Came right out the next day and fixed it quickly. Polite and professional service, I would definitely use them again.

Received an email with a picture of who was coming. Notified 10 mins before arrival. He wore a mask, kept a safe distance, did not shake hands, took pictures to explain the problem, came back with ALL part to complete the job. Yes I recommend Mr Rooter.

Never got the job completed. Charge $800 for a simple snake cleaning with jets and never got the jets done 4 days later pipes clogged and backed up into the house. Mistakenly called them instead of professionals like Ritter rooter. Please don’t make the same mistake.

The gentlemen from Mr. Rooter were extremely helpful and showed up before their expected time! They fixed our water heater issue and gave us good options for water heater replacement. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

I got an estimate appointment within a few days of calling and and when I decided to use Mr. Rooter for the job I got an appointment within 2 days and they showed up on time and completed the job.

This company lies to you and does really bad work. They changed me for work that was not done told me they would refund me then didn't. Turned off my water without asking and made my problems worse.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was great they answer all the questions you might have and guide you to the process of what's being repaired.

We couldn't recommend this company more. He came out and did everything he could to try and fix the problem. When he couldn't, he came and showed us the issue with their camera so we could see the problems ourselves. They had the quote out to us within hours for our repairs, and are more than happy to work alongside our home owners insurance. He repeatedly mentioned they weren't the cheapest out there, and would not be offended if we got other quotes. But, that they would do the job right the first time, came with warranties, and they were honest, kind, genuine. The plumber was a stand up guy. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs. He even went as far as diagnosing a problem with our air conditioner, on his own time, that the air conditioning company we HIRED didn't diagnose or fix, that solved our cooling problem we had been living with 90 degrees in ours home for weeks with. When Professional Plumbing of El Paso (didn't live up to the name obviously) was a no-show to my scheduled appointment and tried to reschedule me, I figured I'd not risk another excuse and tried Mr. Rooter instead. Same day on a Saturday within an hour, they got me a technician, Dan, who was professional, friendly, and did a great job! I appreciate the service on short notice being better than a service I had an actual appointment for! I'd recommend them for anyone.
