Horrible service.
Initially very friendly and helpful. Showed up quick. But when questioned on what was wrong, he refused to give a straight answer. When I insisted on clarification, he got mad, cursed at me and left.
Decidedly unprofessional.

I used them before and wrote a glowing review...It was a different man this time and a completely different experience. He was rude but, stupidly, I scheduled anyway and they never showed and didn't bother to call me that they would be late or not here at all. When I called and politely asked what happened, he showed no interest in taking care of my problem and no concern for customer service AT ALL... so I cancelled. Won't call again.

wonderful service will call again

Very Irresponsible place of business. I called to schedule a tech on 01/24/17 at around 9am to come out to the our residence to perform some repairs. The owner stated that a tech would be at my door within an hour. The tech never showed up.

I called the owner back at around 3pm to see if the tech was going to make it or not. The owner stated that he had not heard from the tech for several hours and that he tried to get a hold of him to see what was his status.The tech called my mobile about a minute later stating that he was trying to get a hold of me for the last 2 hours but could not get through (not one missed called on my cell).

At the end of the day the job had to be rescheduled for 01/25/17 between 9am-10am. Again the tech never showed up at the appointed time but called to say that he had another job to finish and that he would be at our house whenever.

I called again in the afternoon to speak to the owner to cancel the work but his reply was. Que piensas?...que porque llames a mi va a llegar mas rapido? ( what do you think? That because you call me the tech is going to show up sooner?

Well, here's my reply. The only reason for my call was to cancel the appointment so your Irresponsible tech and you wouldn't bother coming out to the house.

Next time please, when a customer needs service. Treat them with respect and have some consideration for their time.

Don't waste your money with this company.

We hired the company to fix a sewage line, we paid half the amount with the agreement. They said they completed the job but we later found the sewage line was still leaking. After repeated called no one came out to complete the job. After a month we decided to hire another plumber because we needed this job complete. We informed A&P Pluming that we would not be paying the remaining balance since the job was not complete. Now we received a collections notice, not only for the part that we told them we would not pay, but for the full amount. Now we need to settle the bill with collections. A complete waste of time and money.

This company is very professional and affordable. They will be taking care of all plumbing needs for all of my homes in the future.

Horrible experience. Don't waste your time and money on this business. The manager is an angry, short tempered man who can't run a business. After speaking with him to fix a repair that one of his employees came to do, it was still leaking a couple days later. While speaking to him, he kept saying, How women love to repeat themselves. or This is why I don't have a novia because all they do is talk and talk. This was the boss.

Keep in mind we called them to take a look at the repair THEY DID and charged us more. Again don't waste your time with this company.

We called A&P when we discovered our water heater was leaking. They said they couldn't fix it, but they could replace it. We bought another water heater and they replaced it. I noticed that there was a lingering gas smell, and called them a couple of days later. The owner gave me instructions to turn off the gas, and came over about an hour later to check if there was a leak. He came with an employee, and they discovered the leak and fixed it.

That's fine. What's not fine is his customer service. As he was checking for the leak, I thanked him for coming on a Friday evening and said something along the lines of I got really worried when I smelled the gas. His response: that's because all women do is complain. I was taken aback, and tried to diffuse the situation by stating right, men complain too while playfully gesturing to my husband. He responded, forcefully, no, all women do is complain and then tried to tell me about his personal life and his relationship with his wife. I walked off, leaving my husband to deal with him. I normally stick with effective contractors for as long as possible, but there is no way I'm hiring this company again.

Technician said our insurance would not cover requested service. The problem was clearly defined in the work order, so I wonder why they sent someone out in the first place, or at least call to let us know. Then, he said he'd do the work for $89 plus the $75 deductible. Wait a minute. Why do you need the deductible if the insurance doesn't cover it. Red flags were popping up, so I declined. Then, he wanted me to sign an invoice for his service fee. I laughed...and declined. This guy was a joke.

11/16/2022 Paid A&P plumbing and he never unclogged sewage line. Do not use this company. You get what you pay for!! Called them and text and he doesn’t call back.

The employee visiting our home explained copper pipes rust. The employee was super friendly, but lost my interest when he insisted copper rusts.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !! THESE PPL DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WE HAD AN INSPECTION TODAY A JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED 2 DAYS AGO... MY SINK STARTED LEAKING, THEY CAME YESTERSAY DIDNT FINISH THE JOB SO WE WERE TOLD THEY WILL BE HERE AT 830 AM BEFORE THE INSPECTOR THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! ITS ALMOST 1130 THEY ARE STILL NOT HERE.... THEN THE MANAGER SAYING HE CANT DO ANYTHING BUT PUT PRESSURE ON THEM TO COME FINISH THE JOB I AM CONTACTING THE BBB TODAY BECAUSE IF ITS HAPPENED TO ME IM SURE ITS HAPPENING TO OTHERS.... AND THE JOB THEY DID DO PAYING 50$ ON TOP OF THE 300$ JUST TO MOVE A DRAIN PIPE LOWER THAN IT WAS TO PUT SINK TO THE WALL WHAT THEY DID WAS A FAST JOB AND NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOW IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN RESTAURANTS.....THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORST I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MENATAL STATE DEALING WITH THEM!! HORRIBLE JOB

A & P Plumbing Unlimited gave us excellent service: price over the phone, eta of the arriving crew, time of completion. Everything was fast, polite and right. No run-around, penny pinching or any other nonsense or BS. The job was done over the holidays, and I could not get any other company to come out or give me any pricing. From the time of a phone call to A & P Plumbing Unlimited to completing a job - 1 hour.

I didn't even get to the guy to fix my problem because of how rude he was. I have a rental home in El Paso and I live in Silver City. My tenants called with a problem so I was calling different plumbers to see who could go out today and look at it. I called this company and another one. The last company I got a hold of said they could go out right now so I called A & P plumbing to let them know that I didn't need them anymore but when I called I had to leave a message then I got a call from someone and I answered and he was all this is the plumber calling and I was all oh okay which one and he was all the P-L-U-M-B-E-R, (as if I was unable to retain what he was saying) So I answered back in a upset voice and I said yes i know your a plumber but from what company and he continued to talk as if I was delayed. He was just so rude. I didn't even want to keep him to come look at anything.

Horrible experience! When the job was finished the plumber left the water hose on in my backyard and I found out about it hours later. Also, the plumber didn't even check my bathroom faucets when the job was finished, there were only drops of water coming out of one of the faucets and my other faucet had very little water coming out! I had to replace my faucets too! They left my bathroom a mess, dust everywhere, didn't remove coverings. Plumber seemed be in rush to finish the job and move on to the next job. Will never again use this company! Safe your money and go with a different plumbing company. Beware!

I called Roto Rooter and these guys . Roto Rooter didn’t have the parts . Had to order and the estimated price they gave me was 689 dollars 👎🏼 Told them never mind ! A&P did the job for $229 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Professional service just took a little while to make it out . But they got it done ✅ Will call them again if I need anything .

I am very unhappy with the service received, my furnace was working before and after they were done with changing only a hose was not working any more. an estimate to get it up an running was not presented by the technitian because he was going to another job but look more like he didnt know how to fix the problem. He was also on the phone the whole time fighting over the phone with another customer. Terrible customer service by who said was the CEO of this company. Very upsetting.

A&P plumbing was fast to respond to my slab leak and they recommended to re-route the pipes. They did a great job and were very professional. Adrian and Edgar were very friendly. We are glad we went with this company. Thank you for all the help.

They lied to our home warranty company saying they came and fixed the issue. It’s been over two months and they never showed up!! I would put 0 stars if I could.

Called the guy on behalf of a client. My client read the reviews and voiced concern to me. i called them back to let them know due to their reviews we would not be using them. He called back after he hung up to say that all plumbers have bad reviews and he would send me poor reviews of the company I did choose. I did not even have a chance to respond to him because he hung up on me. Hahaha very rude, short temper, and has no concept of fixing his attitude in order to gain new clients. Sir, I hope you read this and take it to heart. There is a reason you have 1 star reviews and I hope you check yourself because you are wrecking yourself. If there is an owner besides the gentleman who answered the phone, I suggest training or hiring a new employee.

The men that run this company are not trustworthy nor are they professional. They are scam artists and have no qualms about trying to rip you off. Stay away do not call even in an emergency.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner Adrian is very argumentative. He made a hole in the wall and is now saying that he will just cover it because he cannot find the leak. He was so RUDE. He made and appt and did not come and then said well we are too busy and basically blamed me the CLIENT instead of taking responsibility for irresponsible. I log into my account and he had marked the job as completed!! When I have a hole in my wall! I could not believe this, and this is the OWNER!! What owner does this to their client, unbelievable. PLEASE SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

They might do a pretty good job but customer service is terrible. They have no respect towards you. I filed a complaint because they owe me money that I was charged by mistake and they still haven't respond to the complaint and it's been a little over a year.

Don't bother calling them. They won't show up nor have the courtesy of calling you to tell you if, whenever their technician would show up.

I called and the person on the phone said, I will have someone right over. Two hours passed, so I called again. His answer was I will check what's going on and call you right back. Here I am writing this review, about an hour and a half after he told me he will call me right.

The person who took the call was very disrespectful and arrogant .He told me I’m like a “nagging wife” very sexist!!! He said an hour so naturally we called back ,he told us if we kept calling it’s going to be even longer!!! Thanks again guys at A&P plumbing for coming to my house in the middle of the night. I had a leak in my front yard. I wasn't home my wife was the only one their and it was leaking out of front lawn just a bad scenario. But got ahold of the owner of the company IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and sent his crew and dug a 5x5 hole in the middle of my yard and got the work don't one thanks A&P again for everything. And for the price that he changed me was well it was not even expensive. Thanks a&p

They are very responsive and have good communication on an emergency situation I had. I ended up not needing them to come out, but they assisted over the phone anyway.

Worst service ever, they get to your house to fix the problem and start to work on a very expensive estimate without even notify you the price or the point of the problem!, I guess they expect you have all the money in that moment.
Fortunately we could stop them to keep working and just pay for the visit which was an irrational amount comparing the work they did.
The guy in charge is extremely rude, look for another company if you like a good customer service.

I called him for am estimate and was extremely rude. He cussed like a sailor and basically said, just because he is going to come out here and do a free estimate, that I'm at the back of the line for him. He doesn't understand that people have to be comfortable with the person they hire, he expected me to hire him over the phone. Totally unprofessional, and rude. Never hire a person that doesn't know how a business works

To start there customer service is terrible.Some man answered the phone and sounded like he had just got up with a simple grumpy hello. I had to ask if this was the plumbing company. Than it got worst he asked me to describe my problem which I did and he said I needed send for the part and also asked what I thought was the problem! Called another plumber and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Beware.

This is my first review of a business ever. I am not writing to criticize, despite my recent experience with the company. I write this review to hopefully guide people to read customer reviews before choosing a plumber. Although, all reviews are not 100% accurate. When the majority, or quite a few reviews have similar experiences, it’s usually a good tell sign of what you can expect. Unfortunately, I had to learn through experience.

We just purchased our home and had an issue with the water heater. I called Roto Ruter, and the tech didn't do anything but tell us we needed a new water heater, wanting to charge $2400. I called A and P for a 2nd opinion. It turned out that pilot light was out. Art was very professional and didn't try to up sell us on anything. I had him come back the next day to install a new faucet in the kitchen. I will continue to do business with him and recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thank you Art.

Didn't do a good job,

The gentleman that I spoke to was very rude. Would not let me finish my sentences. And was accusing me of being a liar. I did not appreciate the tone and the very obvious lack of professionalism. VERY VULGAR. CLEARLY HAS NO INTENTION NOR INTEREST OF GETTING GOOD CUSTOMERS. I WOULD QUESTION THE OWNERS INTEREST IN ACTUALLY SERVING THE EL PASO COMMUNITY. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!

The owner of this company is very unprofessional. Not only did he not know what he was talking about, but he wasted my time. I have no plumber experience, but once he left I was able to temporarily fix my water heater. Stay away from this company unless you want to be cussed out the way I was.

I was lucky to have had them over to cap a pipe that burst during the snow storm.They were supposed to finish replacing the pipe the following day. No show. I am up for second chance. Called the next day to reschedule and spoke to the owner. This man has a nasty temper. We set up a time. They called at 1p saying they would be by within the hour. It is now 340p and nobody has arrived. I called and canceled. I went into to read the reviews only to find such negative remarks. Please avoid this company at all cost. They act like they are doing you a favor. Sorry Art your company sucks.

Had a water heater replaced using this company service was great. But then I started receiving several charges on my credit card that I did not make in El Paso for pizza and several online sites. I don't live in Texas. Of course after calling the company they denied any responsibility. This company was the only one I used in Texas in a long time.

We called A & P Plumbing's Office and spoke to Lucy. She was very courteous and understood our sense of emergency and got us scheduled in a timely manner. We had a leak in our front yard from the water main. Art and Anthony took care of the issue very expediately and the cost was very reasonable. Our disposal was not working properly, so I called our home warranty. This was the provider that they dispatched, so we had no other options. The warranty company stated to wait 48 hours to hear back, and call then. After 48 hours of not hearing from A and P, I called them. The person that I spoke to said that they were already on the way, without ever having told us! We were not at home, and had to leave where we were to make it in time. The fix seemed relatively simple, so we asked multiple times what was wrong with the disposal. He refused to tell us and would only say “$75 worth,” as our portion from the home warranty is $75. I gave two stars because the disposal does work now, but I would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Only worked this company because warranty company had contract with them. They never showed up for appointments on 3 different occasions and were very rude when I would ask why they did not show up to the appointment. Run far if you ever see there name.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Arthuro the president of this scam of a company thought he could steal money from me by lying. I needed the gas lines for my home pressurized to 10 lbs in San Elizario. The first time he ran the test on the gas lines there was no pressure. He tried to tell me that I needed to replace all of the gas lines to my home he was going to charge me 1000.00 to do it. It didn't make sense for there to be such a large leak because my gas bill is only about 14.00. So I did some investigating and found that these idiots had left the valve open to the water heater and that's why my gas lines would not pressurize!!! Can you believe these people! They tried to play me for a fool!!! Good thing God put a good head on my shoulders and I caught on quick.

Adrian was absolutely amazing!! He arrived on time & fixed our toilet really fast. He was so professional & I would highly recommend a and p!

Unresponsive, I had an appointment and their representatives never showed up, didn't answer my phone calls and we even took time off from work and then the owner didn't support the work order anymore even though my appliance broke under their own 30 day warranty.
