Had Jeff's westside plumbing replace mutiple frozen shuttoff valves that were leaking in the bathroom that needed to be sweated off and replaced. Extremely satisfied with their service. Very skilled, professional, and clear communication of what was wrong and what they would do. The work was done quickly and the price was very fair. Thank you JWP.

Ran late, but Henry arrived. They close at 5p, but Henry came at 530. So far so good. Still wish they would have called. More later.

Overpriced! Since they charge per hour, they take their sweet time. Will not call again.

Horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! They came to my house but never installed anything or did any work at my house but charged me for coming out to give me a quote. They said that they had to charge because they ran a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my water heater. I'm so disgusted by this business. The worker, Jesse was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept on mentioning the time and how they charged by the hour. Unbelievable. Please do not waste your time with these crooks.

Look at the way they respond to complaints. Defensive and shady. THESE GUYS ONLY CARE ABOUT BILLING YOU BY THE HOUR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!

I would like warn you to use this company. I hired them based on google review and was very much disappointed. They installed a new sewer pump in July 222 for my rental property and it went bad in September 22. They did not provide any warranty and told me that they would install a better pump which they did not install last time and they would provide warranty no matter what happens to the pump including rocks/wipes. They kept on blaming my tenants the if they would keep on pouring rocks and wipes through the toilet (This is insane!!). Also, while I asked for a written statement for the coverage of the pump, they replied if they would cover if it is not for rocks/wipes. I called the company and asked them that this is not what they told me just yesterday, the guy told me he forgot what he told me which is very funny because he was telling lies. I live far from Texas and hired this company based on Google review, the work they did was related to sewer pump/cleaning sewer tank. This is a smelly work and they make any story they want to make. Alerts for you if you are here to hire them based on review. AVOID! AVOID AVOID! Get away from this scams.

Really disappointing that I was quoted no more than $120 to install the faucet/ sink in our new vanity. Total cost was $220. just for about 4 minutes work. Oh well, live and learn right?

We had a gas line reconfigured and gas dryer installed that Lowes could not do. They were prompt, polite and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We will be using Jeff's for all our plumbing needs.

Came out for a last minute service repair. They were knowledgeable, curtious and professional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Definitely recommend this company.

Wow, just called them and the lady who answered the phone very rudely told me she wasnt a secretary and hung up. I guess this company doesnt like having customers. I will make sure and tell everyone I know how rude they are there and to NOT give them their business.

This is the only plumbing service I will use. Sometimes, their costs may be a bit higher, but when the job is done, it is done RIGHT and to code.

Daniel and Richard did a great job installing a new water heater in a new location. We were also pleased Jeff’s Westside kept to the original quote even though the work took 2 days. It did take a week for them to actually give us the quote; it sounded like someone in management was very busy and missing tasks. The guys who came and actually did the work were great though.

P.s. It cost $120 for someone to come out for 5 minutes to prepare the quote/estimate, which they did not tell us beforehand (usually estimates are free in my experience). They also forgot to discount the $120 we paid for the estimate off the final bill even though they said they would. But the work was well done which is what matters most.

WOW ! I am incredibly impressed with this service provider. I called today upon their opening today. I requested a plumber to install new fixtures in my bath and kitchen. They said they can do and within 2,5 hours two of the nicest gentlemen one could ask for arrived. I showed them the fixtures I purchased and they got right to work. They asked if I had any questions upon completion and they cleaned up behind themselves. Got a new plumber in today trying to figure out what went wrong with my recent installation. Not excited about paying twice, but maybe he can get it working.

On a super busy day for them, Jeff's Westside Plumbing still made it out to fix my broken pipe, same day. Always professional and efficient and their costs are always reasonable.

The plumber was very professional and polite. He was masked for the entire time. He repaired my shower quickly and did a great job. The price was fair.

I had a leak in the vicinity of my hot water heater and these guys came out and had it fixed within about two hours, and for a reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

We reported a toilet leak which they failed to find because they troubleshooted for about 5 min. Had they flushed the toilet more than twice and waited for a few minutes longer, they would have seen the water come out of the base.

On top of that, they sent me a bill for $105 without explaining what it was for. Called them again and the lady told me that even if they're there for 5 minutes I need to pay them the $105 service fee. Keep in mind this was never disclosed to me when I booked the appointment or when the plumbers got here. I have no problem paying for services rendered, I will even pay for gas, but when they have this kind of attitude I will for sure not be using them again.

I will pay them their service fee and forget they even exist.

Edit: I feel like this could have been turned around easily by having basic customer skills. Apologize for not finding the leak first. Explain the $105 service fee. Offer to come back and fix the problem.

Edit 2: Karen contacted me, apologized, and sent out someone to fix the problem. Very hrstgrat that she was able to take care of this in less than a day.

They are busy, but got a cancelation, and called me to fit me in. Punctual, fast at solving the plumbing issue, very curteous, and I think they aren't overly expensive.

They replaced sprinkler valve and charged me more than $600.00 for a quick repair. A year later sprinkler is dripping and has a leak again but they won’t fess up to it and fix their poor quality job.
Make sure you ask how much is going to be for the repairs.

These people really know how to take care of a customer you need to call him anytime you need plumbing and repair there will be there for you

I had a leak in my kitchen which stopped and although jeffs was unable to help they recommended someone who did which was great, would definitely use them if needed.

Love this company, called late at night and they called first thing in the morning with a time that day. friendly , professional staff. will use them again.

I just waste 4 hours of my time waiting for this company to show up. If you are like me, that I work and I don’t have time to waste, dont bother to call them, get someone else, that at least let you know that they are not coming to your house for any reason. I had to wait behind these guys because they blocked traffic and didn't care one bit. I assume their workmanship is just as poor as their attitude.

We had 2 other Plumbing Companies come out to get rid of a smell from our shower. They where clueless.
Jeff's Plumbing new what was causing the problem before they had even ran the smoke test that we had call them out to due. They save us the cost of the smoke test and explained what we needed to do to get rid of smell.
Jeff's Plumbing is the only plumbing company that I am going to use from now on.

Left voice mail they never responded. Stop one of their trucks two guys just sitting Round corner from my house. They told me call for appointments. When I finally reached someone, she was very snotty and told me to call for leak inspection first. I told her, I was referred by a friend bc Jeff's could find the leak. She wouldn't schedule appointment. Had problems solved through another Plumber.

Great plumbers, very reasonably priced. We have worked with Westside several times. Most recently they helped rescue an outdoor natural gas grill that another plumber had really messed up on. Absolute pros who showed up that morning. Thanks guys!

Another great experience with Jeff’s Westside Plumbing. Ramon and Carlos changed out two faucets and a water heater for us. The countertop holes for the faucets placed them awkwardly close to the wall and they did an amazing job squeezing everything into the space. So wonderful to return to great water pressure.

The new Bradford White water heater is also working like a charm.

Our home is getting older and several times over the past few years Jeff’s Westside Plumbing has come to the rescue. Thanks again!

I have been using Jeff’s Westside Plumbing for over 10 years, because they are reliable, quick, efficient and intensely honest. I call them for big problems and little ones. When the issue is something small and easy, like a leaking sink, or a toilet that won’t flush (small but beyond my skill set), they come and they tell me right away, This is a simple problem.

They fix it and then they go. They don’t try to create other problems, and they give me sound advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

Before I found Jeff’s, I would use whatever plumber I could find online, and I didn’t always get the most honest representatives.

Jeff’s plumbers are consistently honest, efficient, and respectful of my home.

I’m glad I found them and will continue to use them for big and little plumbing issues.

Definitely would recommend! We have had bad experiences with repairman in El Paso. However, this was the first time where I felt they did not over charge me for the job and it was done the same day, and quickly. We had hot water again in less than 2 hours. They were professional. There were no surprises. They gave me the cost of all the options and things I may run into so I could have a rough idea.
