Best Drains Drain Cleaning in Denver CO

I cannot in good faith recommend this company. It is unfortunate because they have been helpful with HVAC repairs in the past. Our air conditioning unit was having issues. We have used DONE for other HVAC issues and have been satisfied. The first tech told us that they may be able to repair our AC (which is only 6 years old), but the cost would be upwards of $2000 and if they were unable to repair it we would then be stuck with the cost of replacing the system. They scheduled an appointment to have a sales person provide a quote for a new AC. The sales person looked at our unit again and recommended we start with a repair; he guaranteed that if the repair was unsuccessful, they would credit the $2000 we paid for the repair towards a new unit. He replaced the coil and it appeared to be working.Shortly after he left, our AC was not cooling. We called DONE to schedule another visit. The same person that completed the repair arrived and told us that the unit was freezing; he was not sure the cause (he said too much freon may have been added), and he said the compressor needed to be replaced. The cost of replacing the compressor was not much less than replacing the unit so we opted to purchase a new AC. He honored his original agreement to credit the $2000 we paid for the repair toward a new AC, so in total we spent a little over $7000. The install of the new unit went well, but after a couple of days we noticed that our upstairs would never get below 77 degrees even though we had it set to 74. We scheduled the inspection of the new AC with the city and the unit did not pass inspection; he noted that the insulation was insufficient, and you could see ice forming; when looking at the compressor, you could see a huge chunk of ice forming as well which he stated he had never seen happen. We contacted DONE to let them know the unit did not pass inspection and they scheduled a time for a tech to come out to resolve the issue. On August 20, it was clear the unit was not working at all as our upstairs temperature was 80 degrees when it was set to 74. We called DONE again to let them know we could not wait another 3 days for someone to come out. They scheduled a technician to come to our home on August 21. The tech arrived - the same one that completed the first repair and sold us the new AC. Because the unit was frozen solid, he indicated there was really nothing he could do until it thawed which would take at least 6 hours. He noted that when we called to schedule the appointment we should have been told to turn off the unit so that it would thaw; we made the unfortunate assumption that the tech would need to see what was happening and in turn now have to wait another 2 days before they can figure out next steps. He was very perplexed and not sure why the unit would be freezing (which happens to be the very same issue we were having before they installed a new AC, so perhaps had they resolved the issue originally we could have saved ourselves from spending an additional $5000 on a new AC), but he could not run any tests because the unit was frozen solid. He noted it could have something to do with insufficient insulation during installation or the fan on our furnace, and noted that DONE would take care of that if that was the case (to which I responded they need to take care of whatever the issue is considering we spent over $7000 on August 9 and have a 10 year warranty on parts and a 2 year warranty on labor). DONE does not have anyone that works after hours or on Sundays even when a customer has paid them more than $7000 for a new AC that has not worked properly since the day it was installed. While it is highly inconvenient for us to have someone stay home yet again on Monday, that is our only option at this point. As I noted, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I would encourage anyone needing assistance with their AC to find a different company.

August 2022: Pipes started thumping near the water meter and diagnosed it as a defective pressure reducing valve. Terrier came out the next day (free visit) to check and confirmed the issue, and offered to repair it same day. The service price was reasonable. The utility company said they’ve seen some plumbers charge 2-3x what I paid for my service. Another big plus was that the service guys were dog people and let my lab hang around. Would use again.

we had a clogged pipe. they came out the same day. the service is excellent and doug is great. would always call them if i have a plumbing problem.

I have been using this company for years. This Plumber helped me fix my major problem with my sewer. They have a good team for drain & sewer cleaning.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

We noticed water in our basement in August 2022. Turned out there was a leak from the pipe in the kitchen sink. Elite Rooter Denver was on time, professional and efficient.

Awesome experience getting our newly purchased home re-piped, having a new water heater installed, and washer hookups placed. Chris and Eric were incredibly efficient and courteous throughout and were able to get a pretty good sized job finished in one day of work which was great for us. We have a membership with Swan and it has been great so far across two homes both for new work and also having them come for maintenance. Highly recommend Swan and also again had a great experience with Chris and Eric working in our home.Update 4/1/21: Had a new furnace and AC also put in by Swan and once again had a great experience. Darn, after 10+years of using Elite, they have started to hire extremely sub par plumbers. Took three tries and a flooded laundry room before they could get a simple washer/dryer hook up right. Too bad Elite.

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
