Best Drain Camera Inspection in Denver CO

They were able to fit me in at 9-11am when I called at 11pm the night before. They showed up at 915 and gave me a quote and started working within minutes of arriving. Price was high looking at the cost of hardware but it was an emergency and they brought things up to code.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

They were great to work with from the first phone call. The office staff is amazing! The technician showed up promptly and fixed an outdoor spigot which was leaking into the basement. The tech also suggested installing a sump pump in our basement, which saved us from having our basement flood when we had heavy rains. They are now our go to for any plumbing issues!

Awesome company!!! Came out same day and fixed my issue. The service was top notch. Definitely will be using them for any future plumbing or drain issues I have!!!!

Called Flow-Rite at 8am for a plumbing repair and the technician was at my house by 11am. He finished the job within an hour and it looks great. I will use Flow-Rite again.

We had Sam C. and Vaughn P. come to our house and fix the main water shutoff valve that had sprung a leak. They were very professional, came in wearing their boot covers and gloves, troubleshot the issue, and gave me three different price points for the job they were tasked to do. They did an excellent job with the work, and cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism, and their dedication to get the task done right the first time.

I am so happy with the response time from King Rooter and the friendly gal who answers the phone . Jeff is the one who actually came out and snaked my main line . He was very professional and nice . I would highly recommend this company.

We had a pipe in our laundry room burst back in August. Elite Rooter came out to evaluate and said it would be $3000 and they needed $1500 up front. We gave them $1500 and they started the work. They jackhammered some and then needed to have someone come inspect it, at which point it was determined they needed to jackhammer twice the distance and it would cost us an additional $1500 and they would need to move our water heater. It needed to be fixed so we agreed. Water heater gets moved and we are told we should now have hot water however after the technician left we tried to use hot water and had none. They came back later to re-connect the water heater but we were not getting hot water in half the house. Another technician came out and said he had fixed the problem. That fix was to crank the water heater temperature as high as it goes which is not only a safety hazard but ruins water heaters. We had another plumber come out for a separate issue and he asked to take a look at their work since he was surprised it was taking them so long. He then proceeded to discover they had broken a copper pipe and tried to patch it with an insulating foam sealant instead of fixing the problem. Daniel heard our frustrations and came out and confirmed that the technicians did indeed ruin our water heater and that he would ensure we got it replaced on them. At this point there was no trust with Elite Rooter so we used the 2nd plumber who thoroughly explained how bad of work they had done. The new plumber completed the work the same day! We sent Anette (apparently the ONLY PERSON that deals with refunds/payment) over 20 emails and more than 30 phone calls without response over the last 3 months. They refuse to pay for the replacement water heater that they broke so now we are forced to take them to small claims court.
The owner of this company should be ashamed of the quality of work and customer service provided.

Noticed that my basement main line was backed up when we went to put away our Halloween decorations. We called Plumbline at 10 pm and they returned my call by 10:30 pm. They sent out Jesse Loback the next morning and he arrived promptly and on time. After a few minutes of investigating, Jesse discovered that a piece of rubber was blocking the drain. He removed it and everything was fine. He didn’t charge me anything, cleaned up the and mess, gather his stuff and left. Thank you Jesse and Plumbline. We will definitely call Plumbline for any future plumbing problems.
