I recently hired Drain Pros Plumbing Denver for a residential plumbing issue, and I couldn't be happier with their services. Their team of skilled plumbers arrived promptly, fixed the problem efficiently, and their rates were reasonable. I highly recommend them for any residential plumbing needs.

Efren is always honest and quick. I trust his work without question. He is a master plumber and you will be happy with his ethics as well as the end result. Efren is the best! We’ve had him out so many times (for different issues), that we probably need to put him on our Christmas card list. He’s always on time, respectful, easy to talk to and loves to explain what he’s doing. He’s our go-to for anything plumbing related!

The service was outstanding, Efron and his team did great! Turns out we had a partially clogged sewer pipe that was in the process of collapsing and needed to be replaced. They were able to prioritize the fix and get it done faster than expected for a reasonable price.

I had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink of a newly purchased home and called up Drain Pros to come take a look. We were having issues with water pressure normally, but when the sprinklers came on, the water pressure was a slow trickle. Efren came in and quickly diagnosed the first issue with our faucet aerator. He then took a look at our plumbing line on our 100 year old home and pointed out where we would be looking at some needed upgrades to improve our plumbing in the entire household. The entire time he was incredibly helpful, informative and provided some much needed education to us as new homeowners. He was not pushy at all but did point out the solutions he recommended and an estimated cost. He did not charge us for fixing the aerator or providing the full fix quote and was a pleasure to speak to, even when delivering somewhat bad news about our current plumbing situation. I will definitely be using Drain Pros to come back and fix the root of our plumbing issues soon.

We had a number of terrible plumbers come out and try to rip us off already, so it's refreshing to see someone actually care about their customers. Drain Pros will be the only plumbers we call in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Drain Pros. I just bought a house that had a leaky sump pump and they were quick and efficient getting that fixed. Not to mention Raul who did the work was super nice and friendly.
A few days later I had some trouble with my washing machine drain line and they came out again. Instead of recommending extra services to cost me money they just have se good advice on how to clean and protect the drain line with no charge.
If I ever have plumbing issues they will be my go to plumbers!

I though I needed a new waste sump pump, the technician came out, diagnosed the problem (it was actually just loose, not leaking), fixed the problem and they only charged us the call charge. OH MY GOSH, Drain Pros have been amazing! My 20 year old water heater was cracked and needed to be replaced. Within 12 hours I had a brand new heater, and have never been treated so well by a service provider. Mr. Molina was amazing, explained everything perfectly and made sure I knew how to use my new tank, should there ever be any issues.

Waaayyyyyy too expensive. For a replacement water heater when I had quotes ranging from $1390 to $1750, to offer a quote close to $2800 seemed ridiculous.
I can have a top quality heater delivered for $750; draining the old one, unhooking the few lines, and removing it...then placing the new one, installing new lines, and lighting the pilot...that ought to take a competent plumber no more than 2, maybe 3, hours. Even if you charge $150hr, that's $1200 + the cost of new materials...$2800...that's just a waste of my time for the in-person quote.

Efren is a very knowledgable and dependable person. We knew we were in good hands throughout the entire process. He's professional and has decades of experience. Efren will problem solve with you and present multiple options based on budget and what your goals are.

Very trustworthy, doesn’t try to gouge you, but will tell you what needs to be done to prevent catastrophe. We’ve had them come twice now to fix what other company said they did but didn’t, these guys actually did. They will be our go to plumber from here on out.

Called for repair on kitchen faucet which didn’t have hot water but he was so ethical that he didn’t even charge me cause there was no problem with the faucet instead the only problem was having to turn on the hot which was turned off at the bottom of sink. God bless you, so professional and rare to find such honest business people.

I have been experiencing problems with my toliet drain since May. I used Rotor Town in my prior attempts and it didn't work even after the 2nd attempt. Jonathan came out and made sure to fix the entire problem before he left. They guaranteed their work for the next 30 days. I'm happy with the job.

Had Jonathan fix a drain pipe that was rotted out under sink running horizontally within the wall. Everything seemed to progress smoothly from start to finish. It wasn't until after the job had been completed that I noticed three electrical outlets without power. After contacting an electrician to come and diagnose the problem, it was pointed out that my electrical line had been partially cut. The line had been wrapped with electrical tape and nothing said. The electrician said I was extremely lucky that nothing happened.

It's hard to imagine that a major safety issue such as this was just covered up. I feel very fortunate to be able to walk away with my house still in tact. The management team didn't seem too concerned about the issue or reimbursement either, as it took over a month and a laundry list of excuses before I received a check. The only reason a one star rating was given is because zero is not an option.

Read this. Jonathan from Drain Pros fixed my running toilet for a very fair price and with a great can-do attitude. It only needed a flapper. During a previous visit from Crown Plumbing I was told that, “barometric pressure” and the wind were probably the source of my problem and was charged a $75 fee without fixing anything. The only thing “blowing” was hot air excuses. Bottom line: all plumbers are not created equal. Drain Pros is owned by a Master Plumber who also happens to have served our country honorably (thank you). A smart, family oriented business. Don’t hesitate to call them for any size job. I’ve also used them for more complicated plumbing work.
