Best Camera Inspection in Denver CO

We had a new dishwasher installed and garbage disposal replaced. Darrell came out and was so nice to work with! He was incredibly friendly ,professional, and was very knowledgeable! He's a great technician and went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend!!

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Needed our bathroom sink drain cleaned out and our p-trap replaced. Sasha was great to work with from start to finish. He called me back within an hour and was able to come the next day. He was able to come even earlier than he originally predicted and was super communicative and efficient. Sasha did a great job at a reasonable price and even cleaned the area before he left. Highly recommend!

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. Dan Wyatt was phenomenal! He was competent, knowledgeable and personable. An intellectual plumbing technician! Oh, and he was efficient, fast and caring! We have used Roto-Rooter several times before for different issues and have always been happy with the results.

Brian, Alex and Robert came and cleaned our sewer mess up. They removed the carpet quickly and left fans a dehumidifier for a few days. They came back promptly to pick up all their equipment once the drying was finished. They were polite, responsive and professional. Hopefully we’ll never have to use them again for this kind of mess, but if we did, they would be who I’d call! Thanks!

My wife and I have been using Plumbline for years and I can say that this will definitely be our last. After waiting a week and a half and waiting all afternoon for our time to fix our AC, they call and reschedule for Monday. On Saturday they call while we are 45 minutes away hiking and tel us their person can be there in an hour. We race out of the trail and back home. 2 hours later he shows up. He takes 5 minutes to figure out that the issue is the “door switch” which I had no idea what it was. I asked questions but still did not understand that it even had to do with the furnace and not the AC or thermostat. He tells us it will be $350 to fix as I’m trying to figure out what the actual issue is with no explanation. Keep in mind I’ve gone two weeks being pregnant without AC in the middle of summer! I believe I have no other option as this seems like a huge project (I mean a $350 fix must be complicated right) when he’s fixing it (the 2 minutes it takes) I google what a door switch is because I still have not received my explanation and realize it’s a $5-$15 part and incredibly easy for anyone to fix! I feel 100% scammed and taken advantage of. I was in tears when he left as I felt so screwed over. I would never recommend this company to anyone again as they are clearly not in the business to help people as I was clearly clueless as to what was needing fixing but solely in it to overcharge people for money.
