we discovered a small flood in our basement over the weekend but did not know the source. called a couple of plumbing companies andDone was the only one that said that they could be out the followingSunday morning. We had never used this company before but willmost certainly from now on. Jeremy arrived at the agreed time andfound the leak on the out going hot waterline of the hot water heater right away, explained what options we had and went to work. During the time he had to drain some of the water from the tank he discovered that our floor drain was plugged and switched gears to clear the drain beforegoing back to repairing the the water line. The entire time Jeremy was working he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the additional cost would be. We were very pleased with the quality and determination of his work. He also discovered another problem with our kitchen drain that will require a camera to figure out and set up an appointment for that the following day, on the ball!! Thanks for all his hard work, you have a great employee in Jeremy.

The tech was prompt and professional. They did a good job and made suggestions on how to prevent future reoccurrence of the problem. They made every effort to keep the area clean. Pleasure to work with.

Plumbline is through and through an emergency plumbing company. They prioritize emergencies over booked appointments. And their emergency services are reasonably priced.Since they’ve been good to me during emergencies, I thought I’d give them the business for a small plumbing fix. I booked 3 days in advance. They tried to change the appointment date all day the day of and then rushed the appointment. To change one supple valve that’s $7 for the part and took 10 mins a to fix, they charged $380!Even the tech said that it would be “about half as much to use a local plumber.” This is highway robbery. Shame on plumbline for not rewarding repeat business with fair pricing. I will never use plumbline again.

When we found out main kitchen sink leaking, we called and were able to get an appointment for later in the day. The VERY nice gal that answered the phone was very helpful...and sweet. DeShawn came out and did all he could to help figure out the what, where and why. He was very friendly, professional and honest...and when he said he could not find a reason to to do any work--he gave us some ideas to help in the event a leak happened again. And should we need help--I WILL call them! Very appreciative of this company.

Blue Sky plumber, Darryl, did a fantastic job identifying and repairing two areas in our wall that had leaking pipes. Darryl identified the issues and fixed the pipes in about 2 hours. Payton & Marty did a great job, were clean, and very respectful of our home. There were a couple of challenges that Payton and Marty handled on their own using experience and common sense which was very appreciated. Great job!

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

One Plumber who will remain nameless made a hole under my sink and then ghosted me. I called Elite Rooter and Jovany Armendariz came to evaluate my problem. I had a hot water leak and a broken sewer pipe. Both would need to be fixed. Jovany was always courteous and polite. Jovany gave me a reasonable price and began work. The crew showed up the next day and excavated the concrete floor and replaced the sewer line. Jovany came back the next day and fixed the water lines and flushed the sewer line. Elite rooter did a great job at a reasonable price. I fully recommend Elite Rooter.

We had our sewer line cleaned out. The service person was very professional and did a good job. The rate however was substantially higher than I expected from past service calls from other services.
