I called Dallas plumbing for an estimate to replace my water heater. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. However they did send a lovely gentleman within an hour to give me an estimate for $119 charge. My problem is with the exorbitant estimate. They wanted $3970 for a water heater replacement in the garage. Easy access. I called a competitor, got an over the phone estimate for HALF price! $1998 installed. Same brand, same thing. Same day install.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

In the past I have always had great service, however last week had David and it was a poor experience. He and his assistant unclogged my drain to my washer. Took almost 2 hours and over $300.Said the high cost was because they had to go in from the roof of my second floor. Guess what,it had been done several years ago for about 1/2 the price and 1/2 the time. I asked for help on my toilet and dishwasher drain and he recommended I go find a part. I won't be calling AAA Auger again. BYW they were going to charge more, but I complained so loudly they cut the price by $40. Said originally charge $500.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.
