Another welcome experience with Cody & Sons. This time was a tankless water heater flush/maintenance. Matt took time after the service to answer any questions (and so had quite a few). Next up, hvac tune-up. Professional & knowledgeable technicians every time - I think this was our 3rd or 4th visit and we now have a maintenance contract.

Jose D. and AJ were very professional and thorough. They spent many hours in the crawl space of my home and were just as courteous before going under the house as when they came out. I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

repairman was a little late but I was kept up to date on where he was. He inspected the drains that were giving us problems and cleared them both and made sure they were completely clean.

I was to extend gas supply to the kitchen for a new cooktop but changed my mind for l would prefer an electric cooktop. Consequently, an electric rewiring for upgrade to 40 amps needed, I have opted for Baker Brothers to do this.

The workmanship of Priority Home Services can only be described as perfection. A journeyman plumber arrived with a tradesman. (Often a single apprentice is sent out.) They replaced a water heater which was part of a complex heating system. We are original 24-year owners of the house and, previously, we replaced two water heaters by top-name Plano companies. HOWEVER, neither of the previous installations were able to make the hot water system work as it was designed. Priority Home Services (PHS) found the problem, which was overlooked in the original home installation and continued to be overlooked by the other top-name Plano plumbing companies. PHS uses only the highest quality materials - no construction-grade connectors, tubing, or valves. The installed the water heater I wanted. (Other companies try to sell a cheaper water heater on which they make more profit.) The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole system and costs to me up front. There were no surprises. I have never recommended a company this highly. I have scheduled them for a second visit to replace a number of aging faucets throughout the house.

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.
