Best Plumbing Solution in Dallas TX

Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

24 Hour Emergency service is what I needed and could not find anyone else to help us.They came out and the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper once he got to us. Thank god because I have a 3 year old and cant afford emergency plumbing repairs. The excellent customer service they showed was outstandng my 3 year old was a little scared but they showed him what was to be done and he went on to bed it was amazing! I couldnt get him to bed before that for anything. Thank you guys so much.

These guys were GREAT! Had a water pipe leak due to the deep freeze. They were easy to get a hold of and was at our home within an hour. Did a great job showed us what they did.
Would DEFINITELY recommend them.

Working with Dallas Plumbing Company was a horrible experience. The technician arrived late, couldn't fix the issue. They had to come back two more times, still wasn't able to fix the issue. I Called the management, they never called back. I used another company who took care of the issue on their first visit. I can honestly say that dealing with Dallas Plumbing was one of the worst experiences ever.

My goodness! After searching for an emergency plumber to come out on a Sunday, having someone almost immediately respond to our appointment request was such a relief. Daron I showed up as soon as his other jobs were completed, and got us fixed up so quickly. His calming demeanor was wonderful during a stressful leaky situation. He not only turned off the water, replaced our leaky valve, made sure our water, pressure and temperature were sufficient, he did it all with wonderful customer service, and a smile throughout. Finding a company with great technicians that are so pleasant seems like a rarity these days, and we will now be customers for life!

Great work fixing our heater unit. Control board has fried and they quickly came out to repair. Home is now not a meal locket!

2 water heaters installed. This included all the safety devices needed/required.The other two men, Sheldon & another Johnathan were members of the installation team. All 3 men were a pleasure to work with. (They worked: I just watched & tried to stay out of the way.)The Johnathans went the “extra mile” & installed a submersible pump in my fountain. This is greatly appreciated!

Joe is very professional and caring about his clients.On Saturday night, a pipe was clogged(laundrymat) Called Joe ( because of his reviews) He showed up and took care of the problem ASAP!!! I decided to check with homeowners insurance before proceeding. The man that came out was very understanding and professional which makes me feel he was honest in his estimate, so; will definitely call A-Star back when I’m ready to fix the toilet.

This company lacked paperwork explanation of charges on itemized bill, i still haven't received an estimate or reason for bill,but would not repair unless it's agreed upon. I would not use if not for warranty company and urgent need.
