From beginning to end Tribeca Plumbing is second to none when it comes to service. I had a pump go out on me at the State Fair of Texas and I would have been out of business for the day if not for Tribeca. I called them at 9:00pm when the pump went out and they came out at 6:00 am the next morning to install the new pump. This was not an easy job. I couldn't believe their service. They delivered like they said they would. I highly recommend Tribeca. Good, honest folks. They truly care about their customers.

I rate them pretty highly based on the fact that they said what they would do and did what they said. I had a very vexing under the slab leak. They coordinated working with a tunneling crew to uncover the pipe and then fixed the multiple leaks located. All this took several days and they were extremely sensitive to our need to be left at the end of each day with running water in at least part of the house. All in all, well done.

Jacob came to fix a gas leak on a Sunday afternoon after our landlord sent an unlicensed handyman to install a cooktop. Jacob was professional and informative with his work. My family and I are safe because of him. Highly Recommend!

We had a great person come out and snake our plumbing. He was quick and knew what he was doing (what you want out of a professional). The work took a little over 3 hours (appropriate amount of time). Our issue was the bill. It was over $1400. It was not unusual work - snaked the pipes and removed the debris. $1400 seems unethical and unreasonable. We spoke with management and they were not willing to discuss. Very frustrated.

I’ve used this company several times now and highly recommend them. Everyone is always friendly and professional to a person. The crews seem to like working together and also for this particular company. After each repair, they’ve left my property in excellent condition — sometimes better than how they found it! In the midst of a confusing and trying time due to the winter storm and subsequent flooding, Joe came out promptly and provided a level of professionalism and care that goes far beyond the call of duty. I used Jar-Dab over the years (at least 4 occurrences) since owning my first home. Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust.
