They are professional and kind. Unfortunately there are a few communication issues sometimes. Like when one group who came out to fix the freeze damage then the next came out to fix the sink damage that the freeze group found, but never said anything in the notes for the home. I was also under the impression that they did a temporary fix on it, but no. I was ultimately flooding under my home because of that damage. I just need you guys to be on-top of making notes in the systems for addresses so different employees know what to expect of the home on what others have noticed and conversations on what the customers may want to do in the home in the future. I really do appreciate everything. One more issue is that if a renters needs to have someone come out to the home for a plugged pipe issue, we shouldn't be told that only the homeowner can give permission, especially if the owner isn't the one paying the bill.

Metro did a fantastic job! We were having repeated issues at our home and the plumber we had been calling never resolved our issue. Metro explained the process and was very understanding and accommodating with our family. I highly recommend and had zero issues with all employees that were sent to our house.

They are very dishonest and are a complete waste of money. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, call them for their services! They will drain your wallets for a job not well done!

I suspected we had an under slab leak, (based on another plumber's opinion). Josh diagnosed the issue as a courtesy and found that our problem was something completely different. Clayton and his crew made quick work of repairs, that were complicated. They're fast, professional and fair. I highly recommend Accurate Leak, I won't even consider anyone else.

2 units installed with various problems that had to be corrected. Then to top it off they didn't submit my warranty that I was told not to do because they would take care of it. I heard so many excuses over the phone. In the end they replied he didn't get back to me because he was sick and in the hospital. So at first I felt bad but then I realized this was going on for months and a company this size has backup. They don't just leave customers hanging out on a limb. BUT, THEY DID!

I had been having issues for some time with the drain for my washing machine. It kept backing up into the kitchen and would drain very slowly from there. After the big freeze in February, it stopped draining completely. I called several other plumbers and each declined to do the job saying there are easier ways to make money. I found Atlas listed in my neighborhood magazine, and with fingers crossed, I gave them a call. Pam got me scheduled and Ryan and Alexi came out and did their best to interpret my problem into a possible solution. It wasn't easy, I'm sure. I knew what it wouldn't do and what I wanted it to do. I spoke with both Sonny and Bart and they did there best to put a proposal together. After accepting, Pam got the excavators scheduled. These guys were amazing. They got a huge hole dug and tunneled under my house in just a few hours. Next came Ben and Alexi. I wasn't sure how long it would take, but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to wrap up the majority of the work in one visit. They really know what they are doing. I can do laundry at home now as well as run the dishwasher! I haven't been able to do either since February! The excavators came back to fill the hole and we're done in less than half an hour. They carted off the extra soil too! If you have a complex job and you want it done right the first time, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

We woke to no AC and called Walker Air conditioning before they opened up for business and promptly recieved a return call. I spoke with their office and explained our ac issues the had me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment the same day. They called when they were on the way and were there on time. The technician was friendly and polite and quickly assessed the AC system and explained everything to me before they made the repairs. The showed me the damage part and the replacement one and explained the warranty. They even took the time to explain the basic system maintenance needed to keep my unit up and running efficiently.ThanksThe Olson's

Excellent installation of kitchen sink and faucet. They were quick as well as efficient.
Have used them on electrical, plumbing and ac/heating. All with excellent results.

This company lacked paperwork explanation of charges on itemized bill, i still haven't received an estimate or reason for bill,but would not repair unless it's agreed upon. I would not use if not for warranty company and urgent need.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!

Very poor customer service. They damaged my system and failed to come back and take care of their mistake. I was not able to talk to a manger they kept passing me around.
