We had two water heaters which needed to be replaced. When we asked both water heaters be replaced, the PSP experts told us we only needed to replace one water heater. Sadly, within a year, we had to replace the second unit. This time, PSP increased the installation price by +100%. We will never utilize PSP again.

We had a leak in our ceiling and water running down the walls and bubbling the paint. Slate Plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the problem. Moises did a fantastic job. He made sure he did the job right, provided insight into what what happened and why, and was always ready to answer questions. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave an estimate before he performed the work. Slate also put us in contact with a Water Mitigation company to stay on top of things and guide us though getting our house back in order. Moises offered top-notch customer service and professionalism. He also found several other minor issues with the plumbing and corrected them before they became problems. We are so glad that we were able to get service from Slate Plumbing.

Great price. On time and did a excellent job. Very professional and courteous. I'm older and sick now but know exactly what they we're going to do. Completed the job with on hand parts in truck. Tested it and clean up we're excellent. I had Val and Alonzo. Couldn't ask for a better team. I would use again. As a retired veteran I'm being very truful in this review. Dan was a lifesaver coming out to the house on a Saturday night so that I didn't mind that he offered a$60 dollar discount if I would go to an ATM and get $200 cash for a payment to him.He fixed the problem with a $1600 hydro jet treatment.He told me that the problem was a collapsed pipe that would require a digging repair for another $3600.I got two other second opinions that were both $2000 less. One of these companies showed me the problem with his camera which didn't show any collapsed pipe, just some roots in the line. They repaired the line for $2000 less than Dan's quote. I am 70 years old and I felt that I was taken advantage of because of my age and ignorance.

Since our AC started having problems almost a year ago, we have gone through horrible experiences with four different AC companies...to the point of total cynicism about the industry as whole. I had a clogged sewer main in one of my duplexes that tuned out to be multiple points of failure in the sewer system. Jeff went out of his way to not only get the job done well, but he was friendly and respectful to my tenants - who ended up having their hallway dug up for 5 days. His pricing was fair and final bill was exactly what he quoted - although I know it went over his initial estimate. Jeff is my new go-to guy for all my pro plumbing jobs.

We moved into a brand new home and shortly after we started having air conditioning problems. The air conditioning makes a loud ticking noise when it comes on and goes off. It wakes my family up through out the night. The company has been to our house over 10 times and have made small repairs but the noise continues to happen. Now we are out of the warranty and they want to charge us to come look at it yet again to tell us that there is nothing wrong. I could write pages about our issues but overall stay away from the company. My next step is to contact the corporate office.
