Changed the wire connecting a floor furnace to the thermostat to no effect. The gas valve needs replacement. Too costly for an emergency backup. It was worth trying. Mike did a good job.

Had a complete AC unit installed. Price was right and the workmanship was great. The reason I went with this company wasn’t the price or the reviews though. It was the tech Dan that came out for my service call. Great attitude, and very knowledgable. I highly recommend these guys!

Everyone who showed up at my house to fix my plumbing issue was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had all my questions answered and everything was explained in terms that made sense to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. They were friendly and trustworthy and really did fix the problem in a flash.

I bought my condo 2 years ago and suddenly my water heater stopped working. I thought that I needed a water heater repair but turns out I needed a replacement due to severe rusting, leak and burnt out element. Jeremy said I would need to replace the unit but he suggested that i check with the manufacturer to determine if the unit was still under warranty and a ballpark figure for the cost of installation I can expect from the manufacturer/contractor who would do the installation (original heater was not purchased or installed by Water Heaters Only)At the same time, Jeremy also provided an estimate of the cost to replace using Water Heaters only and everything that price would cover as well as information on warranty etc. so I could do a price comparison. I DID NOT ASK HIM FOR THIS. I had told him I did not do this before so he was telling me what to expect.I called the manufacturer and turns out it was still under warranty. Since the warranty covered provided a free replacement heater, the cost of the big box retailer that was supposed to do the installation (they had done the original install) provided a quote for installation ONLY.The installation quote was almost the same as the quote Jeremy provided!! This was insane because Jeremy's quote included a cost of a brand new water heater AND INSTALLATION!! There was no additional charge to haul away etc.I decided to go with Water heaters only-Jeremy was very helpful, the persons answering the phone were also helpful and willingly answered my many questions since I had never had to deal with this before.

Replaced my entire HVAC system in 2006 and have maintained it since. I would never call any one else. Great techs-low turnover! Highly recommend

Romauldo Moreno, a service technician at Ars rescue rooter represented the company at a very high level. He was very patient and explained thoroughly to me and my family about installing tankless water heaters. Even though my english isn’t all that great, he made me aware of all the pros and cons to replace water heaters into tankless water heaters. Ars rescue rooter you have a very good technician representing you all.

The technician, Dean, was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He didn't complain at all about having to climb a ladder to our loft in order to access our AC system or how hot it was in our attic. He was extremely professional, kind to our toddler, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the AC; he even drew a picture to help me understand. He noticed that our AC was making a rattling sound and was genuinely interested in determining the cause which I really appreciated. The company will be contacting me soon about a repair estimate so I cannot yet speak to their pricing but I was very impressed by their technician's level of service.

Cameron and Francisco were the 2 servicemen who came to fix the problems we were having with our sinks clogging up. Not only did they fix the problem but did so in the most professional way possible and with easy to understand explanations of both the problem and the cost to solve. We highly recommend this company with workmen of this caliber.

Wilson replaced RUUD AC 5 years ago. Stopped cooling in May. Came out and put stop leak in it as said RUUD coils leak. We were not told this when we let them replace the unit 5 years ago OR we would have bought another brand.Just talked to Melissa.. she said will have tech out this afternoon for $99 and tech would tell us how much more to fix the RUUD AC as they do not honor Wilson's warranty. Tech in May said Steve Wilson is still in company.Declined...

While there were some scheduling challenges, the team arrived and was very professional and completed the job perfectly.
