Marco arrived early & did an inspection of the electrical panel, he was very knowledgeable & gave me several options from rewiring to replacing the old outdated panel, he wrote everything up with the prices for each. Great service, will be using them to do the work soon.

They did an excellent job replacing my sink stoppers today. Looks like a million bucks now. They did not use cheap materials. They use the best and went out of their way to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend using Baker Brothers.

Had Luis (sp) to our house and he was excellent. Diagnosed a problem (bad shower valve) missed by different plumber. Cost was very reasonable. Other plumber wanted to cut into sheetrock which was totally useless and would not have revealed problem.

Crooks. Unqualified. Technician said he could not find outside plumbing intake and had to get on roof (added cost) to find it and if my wife declined he would leave. He took advantage of female in distress. He took pic to show something in the pipe but fixed nothing.$400 for no fix. A ARS mngr sent another tech who wrote huge quote to fix all plumbing.Another plumber, different company, came out, ran machine to clear the block and all good. Cost with them less.

The technician, Dean, was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He didn't complain at all about having to climb a ladder to our loft in order to access our AC system or how hot it was in our attic. He was extremely professional, kind to our toddler, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the AC; he even drew a picture to help me understand. He noticed that our AC was making a rattling sound and was genuinely interested in determining the cause which I really appreciated. The company will be contacting me soon about a repair estimate so I cannot yet speak to their pricing but I was very impressed by their technician's level of service.

Josh at Fisher Bros was patient and explained what was going on. He provided options and led me to the best decision. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had in my life. I would highly recommend.
