Came out and were upfront with my issues, fixed the problem and were quick. When a good plumber is harder and harder to find, these guys did a good job and seemed very straight forward. Even apologized for being a bit off with scheduling. Recommend for business and residential needs.

Over price. I really need it soon , so even I pay way more than other plumbing place I use it. Few of the plumbing places charge by an hour and this place told me they charge what the job was, so I thought that was better, wrong wrong thought. It only took him 20 minutes to the job and charge $506.00 . I could have just spend $250, but they were the only one who could come fast. I know why now they were the only plumbing places not busy.

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

Had a clog in a double sink bathroom. Called MrRooter since my last interaction was positive. Argjent Lena arrived and immediately removed his shoes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Very professional. Additionally he cleaned the area after ensuring there was no longer an issue. Not having enough experience with any plumbing company, I called Peerless Plumbing in Dallas. Very professional and helpful person answered the phone and said they could be out between 2pm and 4pm that day. The plumber arrived and identified why our toilet wasn't flushing. Provided us with various brands and options to replace the floater. We chose one that was not very expensive but reasonably durable. The plumber fixed everything and cleaned up very quickly. The best has happened and we are so happy to be back after two days without a toilet! Thanks Peerless Plumbing Company Dallas, you guys are great.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
