Great service but prices are to high

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! You don't need a commercial....word of mouth will work, and I will happily share my good experience. Thanks and God bless Maureen

Excellent customer service!! Nate and Maddi went out of their way to take care of our needs at our business! We had a broken pipe and had to coordinate with the City of Dallas for repairs. Nate and Maddi went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed in an expedient manner so we could get back to seeing patients!! I’d highly recommend Public Service Plumbers!!

Used One Source Plumbing on a few different jobs we needed some plumbing work at, and let me say they our fantastic they communicate great they’re pricing is fair and honest, they sent out Danny to take care of the plumbing issues we needed fixed and repaired, I’ve called a few other times for other plumbing work they said Danny was busy that day and they had sent day out the next day Danny is the best as well as this company. I called HMP for a 'second opinion.' Turns out they saved me almost $5000...job was removing a section of sewer line with roots in it. Lee spent considerable time explaining what would be done and what the charge would be for each procedure, and answering all questions and concerns. No surprises or hidden charges. Techs were knowledgeable and professional, prompt and tidy. Great service.

Joshua and Alejandro solved the problem of the water leak that i had in my bathroom also leaking of kitchen sink repairing it in day. They're gave was impeccable and very professional.

Great job - isolated leak to sprinkler system and turned off the feed to the leak. Pressure check the water meter to whole house and pressure was good 65 psi.

I would not recommend flow plumbing unfortunately they have a dishonest employee named Neal, would not trust this man in your home! Having electrical problems after he worked on gas lines inside my attic. He made up an elaborate story to his supervisor and dispatcher that I stated to him that I had electrical problems before, which is crazy cause his just a plumber why in the world would I tell him about an electrical problem that never existed until he did work in the attic! First stated he was never in the attic then was only inside the attic for 20 minutes which is a complete and total lie he was up there for an entire day! The dispatcher was clueless about why he was ever in the attic to begin with when the problem was a gas leak in the yard. Neal never put on the work order he was ever inside my attic. Seems like he knows he messed up my electrical and his trying very hard to cover up what he did! Got charged over 3k and we dug up the trench and my husband was kind enough to let this man borrow tools! The new gas line that is only 3 weeks old is already extremely rusty which the other gas line never looked anywhere near this bad was told it would last 30 years but by the way it looks im sure its not going to last that long!

I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. Everything was done in a timely matter, and I was happy to be able to use my my kitchen and bathroom sinks again. For fast and courteous service, I recommend Phantom Plumbing to everyone.

I can't sing their praises enough, Josh and his crew at Ashcroft plumbing went above and beyond with getting us a new hot water heater. Josh was extremely thorough with the install and knowledgeable in doing things the right way. He didn't cut any corners and was super helpful. His crew was very careful with the install and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. He's unlike any plumber we've ever used!
