Shout out to Jay who made time for us yesterday and today! These past 2 weeks have been extremely busy with the freezing temperatures in the Dallas area. We had a leak in our ceiling and water running down the walls and bubbling the paint. Slate Plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the problem. Moises did a fantastic job. He made sure he did the job right, provided insight into what what happened and why, and was always ready to answer questions. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave an estimate before he performed the work. Slate also put us in contact with a Water Mitigation company to stay on top of things and guide us though getting our house back in order. Moises offered top-notch customer service and professionalism. He also found several other minor issues with the plumbing and corrected them before they became problems. We are so glad that we were able to get service from Slate Plumbing.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! I am so impressed and will definitely call AAA Auger again and request Frederick! The tenants and my husband are also very thankful to Frederick for saving the day! He is awesome! God bless him!

Moses was on time and did a fantastic job of clearing a clogged sink drain. He had to use two different machines to accomplish the job, but was very efficient and dedicated to the project. He cleaned up everything before departing and i would definitely use him again. Good Job Moses!!

Baker Brothers is always my go to for plumbing and A/C. Today Matt M. Came out, gave us a quote for a new upstairs unit, and is getting the replacement done the same day!

I first used this compang before they merged. Back then, they were called AIR FORCE ONE, and they installed my complete AC/heating unit outside and in my attic. These are nice people and will take care of you.

Not recommended. Charged $427.50 for leak detection and said the leak was under our slab foundation in the master bedroom. They said it would cost $3,410.00 for slab penetration and we had to pay half up front. They jackhammered a huge hole in our slab, and Oops, no leak here. They looked harder and found the real leak in our front flowerbed. Dug down about 3 feet to the leak, fixed it, and then wanted another $1,305 before they finished the job. This meant they were giving us a total discount of $400. I was not happy. The plumber assured me he was unable to do anything about the cost, but I could call their local corporate office and file a complaint to see if they would issue a partial refund. After 2 days of negotiation, they would only agree to a refund of $627.50. Keep in mind, we still have to pay someone to come reinstall the carpet in our master bedroom that they left in a mess. What should have been a simple $500-$1,000 hole in the ground turned into a $2,410.00 disaster for us.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!
