Own an older house, which needed some extensive plumbing replaced. Got several quotes from other companies, which were 2x as high. Thankful that I reached out to Public Service Plumbers, their estimate was reasonable and the work was done so quickly and really well. Their plumbers were really nice & professional. These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Tech attempted enter without covering for shoes and had to request that he do so. Also, not following Covid protocols by not wearing a mask or asking permission to go without. Okay otherwise.

We had our tankless water heater flushed by Daron from Pure Plumbing and he did an excellent job. He evaluated our system, took me through the process and completed the work timely. I had the experience of plumbing issues that every homeowner deals with. Marcus and Armando came quickly and discovered the issues and was very detailed to what was happening and providing detailed recommendations. No one wants to have a/c troubles on the weekend, but Baker Brothers took my call and scheduled Robert the same day. Robert was professional and courteous. When I needed something different than the planned fix, he was able to find a temporary solution while addressing my specific needs and requests.UPDATE 5/17/23- Cooper and Wyatt did a great job replacing a toilet. Cooper gave options and both were super friendly a professional. As always, the work was well done.

A Star Heat & Air, Inc. was awesome! I called one Saturday afternoon and a technician was at my door step within the 2 hour time frame they had promised. Juan was my technician and I give him 2 thumbs up. He was very thorough when explaining every detail of his diagnose. He repaired my a/c and had me cool for the summer. I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family.
