Tre with Cody & Sons came several hours before my scheduled appointment, and not a moment too soon.What made Tre's work remarkable was his care and consideration in his work. Tre's first response was not to replace parts until it worked, but to carefully diagnose the system and clean and clear internal lines until the system could function again. He was up front about his work and potential solutions (and the costs thereof).If Cody and Sons has more Tre's in their roster, they are a quality business.

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

Mike came to check out my water heater, he was honest and thorough, gave me quote for repair work as well as replacement. He even looked at my leaky shower and gave me a quick estimate to have it repaired when I have the time! I will definitely be using them for future plumbing work.UPDATE:I informed the company that my insurance opted to pay for a repair, not replacement, I was told that they would check and see what parts needed to be ordered, only to have the technician (absolutely not his fault) show up with an entire water heater. Now I'm stuck waiting an untold number of weeks for parts while I'm without hot water due to a miscommunication on their part. Absolutely an unpleasant experience at this point. Mike was still very pleasant throughout, sorry he got stuck lugging a water heater back and forth.

STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPMANY. I was working for them and they are SCAMMERS. they will tell you not truth about your problem to make sure you pay $$$$$$$$$ to fix it. And all 5 stars reviews are fake. They hire company and they created all this reviews from users who get paid but never even used this company services.Response:your answer is not truth. I was working for Pure Plumbing and you know it and you know your not honest business.
