Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

There was some delay upfront getting the quote for my new tankless water heater installation approved due to city codes. Once that was settled, however, the rest of the process was as smooth as could be hoped. Ron and Chris and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous and advised me of their progress throughout the process. They did their best to be as quiet as possible outside of the necessary drilling. They turned the water heater on after the first day so we could still have access to hot water while they completed their work. Initially, I thought I was going to need to hire an electrician to install a new power outlet for the water heater, but Chris found a solution and was able to drill through the wall of the closet and access an outlet on the other side, which saved me time and money! When one of the crew who dug the trench for the new gas line uprooted a shrub in my backyard, Chris made a temporary mound of soil for it and watered the roots to make sure it would be survive until they could replant it. He couldn’t have known at the time, but those shrubs are my most important yard plants because they remind me of my hometown, so I am very fond of them. Finally, on the day of the city inspection, I overheard the inspector say that their work “looked really good” and gave them the green light to complete the project within a couple hours. That is the highest praise I have heard from a Richardson city inspector on a home renovation project, so I am very confident it was done well. They cleaned up the same day – for a total of 3 days for a new gas line and tankless water heater installation – all well-done and excellent service! Dallas Plumbing will be my go-to for all of my future plumbing and gas renovation projects.

Christian Cabrera did a good job! He maintinanced our heating unit, even checking the blower and vents. Removed a critter from our unit and searched for point of entry. Notified us and showed pictures of the findings. Recommended what should be done and gave pricing. He cleaned up after himself. I will request Christinan in the future.

I am changing my review due to the fact that Tuesday April 27, Mark was out at our house to fix our AC. He is the same tech that was out multiple times before. Mark gave us his number and told us to call if we had any more problems. Saturday May 1st AC goes out again. My husband calls Mark, Mark says he will call my husband back - no return call. My husband calls Walker AC. Husband is told someone will be out to our house today between 2 pm & 4 pm, probably closer to 4. I get a txt @ 1:41 pm from Walker AC that says a technician will be arriving at 2 pm. It’s now 7:30 pm and NO ONE has showed up. Husband calls Walker AC back and is told no one will be out today or tomorrow, we will have to call them back on Monday to see when someone can be out to fix our AC. MULTIPLE TIMES LAST YEAR - Same problem, same error codes the AC keeps throwing and the system shuts down!!! This is the worst customer service and attempts to fix our AC!! The repair last Tuesday didn’t even last a week. And let me add this AC unit was installed June 2018, we moved into the house the later part of the year, summer 2019 is when we started having this problem. It was supposed to be the latest and greatest smart system but it has been a nightmare!! We don’t know what else to do!!

I had a great experience with DAZ Plumbing on yesterday. I had a leak in my bathroom and I could not figure out where the water was coming from. They came and diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it. They were prompt, professional, and their customer service skills were phenomenal. I cannot say good enough things about Winstead Plumbing. They are honest and they really care. We had a real problem that was difficult to figure out. The owner, Jeff, spent complete days trying to help figure it out until it was fixed. He even came on the weekend. He really cares.
