Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

Jacob did an excellent job on repair of my shower. He had to cut out sheetrock in order to make repair of leak. I have used Jacob before on other repairs and never have had a recall. That's why I continue to use Public Service Plumbers.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. I called asking for a quote for a tankless water heater, trying to price compare and shop amongst plumbers. There was no process, effort, or capability to electronically, over the phone, video chat, or provide an estimate.The only option was to pay for a full service call in order to get an estimate. Its understandable that an over the phone estimate will be less accurate. I could provide pictures, answer questions, aid and assist to bolster their assessment with information I was able to provide.However, Milestone refused to cooperate or even provide any information, and was unwilling to do provide any alternatives besides a dedicated, paid, service call.This makes price shopping an expensive endeavor on its own, and certainly left a bad taste for their customer care.

Don't buy into these false reviews. This company will rip you off. They sent out their creepy master plumber who investigated our house for potential slab leaks. Before he said hi or anything he jumped out of his van with clipboard and the pricing sheet. He asked me what I was quoted but before I could finish speaking he cut me off with a higher priced quote saying this is what they normally are... red flag # 1.Prior to the plumber coming out I mentioned on the call that my water meter was spinning, so when he got here we checked it again. When he saw the cog slowly spinning he quickly jumped to conclusions and said yup, you definitely have a slab leak.. Red flag #2He comes inside, I proceed to show him the areas I was concerned about. He tracks mud all over my floors and has food from lunch still smudged on his face. That's fine.. I can get over that as long as my problem is diagnosed.His diagnostic procedures consist of him taking out a plumbers stethoscope as his main/only tool to locate a slab leak. For the next hour and half, i hear this loud CLANK every 15 seconds as the guy literally drops these 5 lb weighted blocks on my hardwood floor to locate the leak. Really, is that necessary?So the guy is positive he located a leak in two spots, off the cold water line, on the other side of the house, away from the problem areas I initially pointed out. So I bring up the original spots and ask what they could be and he says.. oh, 90% a sewer leak. WELL, OK.. why the heck didn't you say that from the beginning? He then writes up an extremely laughable quote to fix the leak he found. This guy was a nightmare.. he even joked about how I should just sell my house I just purchased because of all these leaks. I literally signed the check so the guy would shut up and leave.I called American Leak Detection and scheduled and an appoint a week later. Not only were the 100% more professional, their equipment and procedures were 100% precise. ALD charged me about the same for an accurate slab leak detection and sewer leak detection. The best part, the ALD plumber found the actual leak in a completely different spot and I do not have a sewer leak.In summary. Don't use these guys. They're scam artists. Theres a reason their business location on Google is a rundown apartment complex. Learn from my mistake.
