Troy Curtis did a toilet repair and put in a new angle stop. He also took the initiative to clean the toilet tank. Troy kept us notified on his ETA. Once he arrived, Troy was very courteous and efficient in getting the job done! Thank you PSP for hiring such a great plumber.

Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

Incorrectly stated we had a foundation leak that was going to cost us over $4000 after completing a small repair that was initially quoted at $750. In trying to coordinate between One Source and our insurance plumbers they extended our repair out for two weeks only to verify that no, there was no foundation leak. That was after my husband reminded their plumber, who was 45 mins late, that he was supposed to be at our house to meet with the other plumbers. Once that was settled I was told the repair would be $250, but was charged $325. I would not trust them to come out to my home again.

Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. Good service is appreciated and should be rewarded. If you have any residential plumbing issues, H.C. Edwards Plumbing Service is the way to go.

I run a large Foundation Company and I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions. In particular I have worked with Abel Gasca (master plumber) on a some very involved projects. He is on time, very professional, very consentanous and as hard working as anyone I have worked with. I couldn't give this review on Angie's List, so I'm giving it here. Basically, I had a toilet problem that I attempted to solve on my own and couldn't. I requested a plumber and Atlas Plumbing gave me a call. Not only did they give me extremely helpful advice during the 10 min call, but it was free.Clearly, this business is extremely professional, and they care more about doing good work than milking you for every dollar. Would recommend.

We had a new pool light installed as part of a pool remodel. The junction box and conduit needed to be replaced which required digging a trench from the pool to the house to replace the rusted conduit. Blake and Matthew did an amazing job of isolating the problem and then trenched, wired, and installed new wiring. Voila! The pool light works great. Blake was friendly and very professional!

During the storm we had a pipe burst in the laundry room on Wednesday leaving us without water. We scheduled Plumbing 101 for Friday afternoon but they didn't come. We followed up that afternoon with a call and found out they had the wrong phone number and had been in our neighborhood the day before and tried to reach us. Joe felt bad about the miscommunication and made a special trip and came Friday night. He did the repairs professionally, was not high priced, and offered a discount due to the mistake. I would recommend them and plan on calling them back for another issue we are having unrelated to the storm.

I've had multiple great experiences with Peerless Plumbing Company and today was no different. We suspected a water leak, so we had the water turned off before heading out of town for the weekend. We returned home late last night and early the next day Bill from Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX showed up at the door. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked into all of the possible sources of the leak, thoroughly explained it to us, and determined that the leak was likely in our irrigation system. Although the problem couldn't be resolved, he gave us with plenty of information so that we now know who to call. Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX is always dependable, trustworthy and considerate. The technician did a thorough diagnosis of our Air Conditioning systems which was only Cooling the 1st floor whilst the rooms on the 2nd floor was continuously warming - he replaced the parts and installed an additional vent in the kitchen area to evenly circulate the air!Now the entire house and the rooms on the 2nd floor are evenly cooled!Great work!

Juan is an exceptionally knowledgeable, through, and outgoing tech. He arrived on time and was wearing a mask and stood several feet away from me. I liked that a lot. He took his time checking everything out, looking at an issue with the heat I thought was broken (door on heater ajar-easy fix) and doing all sorts of tests on a/c in back yard. He reported no issues and that every thing was in fine working order. He didn't try any kind of sales pitch like the previous tech that came to my house. That guy was so pushy (didn't wear a mask and talked to me while squatting down on the floor at my knee level and never making eye contact). Thanks to Juan I will continue to use Air Force One as I have for many, many years. After my last experience I was going to go with another company. AF1 has gone through too many changes and the last 2 or 3 techs really didn't impress me that much. I set this appointment because I had prepaid. I will request Juan again in 6 months. Air Force 1 should be happy to have Juan representing their company and working for them.I am glad to be able to post a positive feedback as opposed to the many complaints and negative posts I had in the past.
