AC went out yesterday morning. My elderly parents with major health issues I noticed the AC was not cooling. I found Xtreme Air and they came right out. Being my parents caregiver I was so glad it could be replaced the same day.I called up late that evening due to the the AC. The entire crew was great and got the new unit and checked everything before leaving. Later I noticed the unit was shutting off before it reached the set temperature and the temperature was going up.A phone call to the office and Brandon Shupak was on his way. I was extremely pleased with the assistance of Brandon Shupak who came back out at 12:30 to correct the issue. It was due to the thermostat being defective and not cooling. He went above and beyond to make sure my parents and myself had no more issues with our new AC unit.. Today the unit seems to be working great. I would definitely recommend Xtreme Air Services.
