Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

I called them with an emergency early in the morning and by noon the job was done, and for a fair price. Would not hesitate to call them again. Great service.

One of Mr. Rooter’s plumber came on Thursday 21st of May 2020, for a clogged line between our washer and sink in our kitchen. On Tuesday 26th of May 2020, I realized our laminate floors were flooded. Water coming out of the wall and the floor.We called Mr. Rooter back and they came the next morning. Their plumber (the same one) gave us an estimate of $750 to open the wall, fix the leak, change the pipe. He declined responsibility, and said his manager agreed and there was nothing they could do about it. Since then, we have filed a complaint to their service, we have been calling everyday and we have yet to have spoken to a manager or an owner. This is despicable!!!Even if you do not want to take responsibility, you could call us back, talk to us and we could find an arrangement. Our floors are damaged, our living-room/kitchen area smells like mold and we have babies around!!!We had to file a claim with our insurance and we are paying out of pocket. So 0 stars for your awful and poor customer service skills.You guys are thieves and we won’t stop here!

Overall, lost trust. I had a large project that involved rerouting the sewer line plumbing in two areas of the house. One of the plumbers cut a hole through the outside brick to install a pipe. In doing so, he cut out part of my rim joist (left it lying in the bushes) and cut right through the corner studs where two load-bearing walls come together. The dangling studs were hanging above the pipe. There was already considerable damage in the wall due to leaking plumbing. When I confronted the company about it, they sent out a plumber to discuss correcting the situation.The representative said I didn't have weight on either load bearing wall in that corner. He didn't see an issue. That wasn't true. One wall was holding up my roof gable. After time, there would be sagging and those dangling studs would probably break the pipe directly under them.That's when I lost faith in the company. Herndon McFarland Plumbing was very courteous and professional until I had this issue. Since it was my word against the representative, I ended up paying another plumber to install the correct 45 angle pipe outside instead of their 90 degree angle pipe and then reroute the plumbing inside the house. This allowed us to frame the corner and replace the rim joist.

I want to point out the professionalism with Daz and the hard work and commitment they present through their work. Daz isn’t just a plumbing company showing up for the job they come in and they put their all into it with care and gratitude! You don’t see genuine work like this anymore. We had an issue with our air conditioner’s plumbing and were without air at the start of the long 4th of July weekend. Justin rushed out to fix it in time to bypass the holiday rate up charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recommend him highly.

I am very happy with the work that Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas did on my toilet. It was a complicated install because of the old piping and they took the time to do it right, without cutting corners. The plumber installed everything professionally and finished within a few hours. There were no leaks or other problems afterwards. Now I have a good functioning toilet at home thanks to them!

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.
