I have worked with Cody and Sons on a number of occasions and as usual, they did an excellent job. Adarius and Jonathan were the experts on-site and both were very polite and professional and were very skilled in completing the job. I had them install a new kitchen faucet and ensure all connections were leak free. They did an excellent job with ease. Next I had them troubleshoot a suspected blockage causing water to backup from our washing machine outlet into our half bath. They did an excellent job of determining root cause, provided a solid resolution and made some plumbing changes that will ensure that we will not have this problem again. Richard and his team are incredible and I highly recommend. My water heater was damaged during the 2021 winter storm and I didn't notice the issue until a Saturday evening. Richard immediately answered his phone when I called and talked me through what steps to take the minimize damage. He and his team then came the next day (a Sunday) to repair the water heater. Cannot recommend Tribeca highly enough!!

We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

Finally, a company I can trust with my heating and air conditioning needs! Alix Z. with Dallas Plumbing Company came to my home earlier this week to replace two major parts to my a/c unit. Since my unit was still under warranty, I was only charged labor (which was NOT costlyat all) and he only took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. The other company was going to charge me $248 for the part. I told him “no thanks…I will get another opinion”.Thank you Dallas Plumbing Company for your honesty and professionalism!

Horrible customer service skills will not answer phone or texts and lie on his workers for things that he hasn’t done.

On Friday we called Mr Rooter to come and install new garbage disposal. While we thought the price we were charged was quite expensive we didn’t mind paying it because of the service we received and how timely the plumber came. After the plumber left we ran the dishwasher to notice that the overflow spout on top of sink started throwing up water. We opened it to see if there was something stuck and sure enough nothing and it was related to the garbage disposal install where the plumber had probably forgotten to punch something or unplug the hole. We have called atleast 6 times since Sat asking for them to send someone to fix it and they kept saying it’s long weekend and we will send someone. Today we called 3 times already and they keep saying we are on dispatch schedule with no time provided and it’s 6.30 with no one here. Very disappointed and went from giving a 5 star to being a very unhappy customer. If the owner is reading this please correct this problem and show us that you deserve the ratings and care about the work and warranty. We are hopeful that you will rectify this immediately. During the storm we had a pipe burst in the laundry room on Wednesday leaving us without water. We scheduled Plumbing 101 for Friday afternoon but they didn't come. We followed up that afternoon with a call and found out they had the wrong phone number and had been in our neighborhood the day before and tried to reach us. Joe felt bad about the miscommunication and made a special trip and came Friday night. He did the repairs professionally, was not high priced, and offered a discount due to the mistake. I would recommend them and plan on calling them back for another issue we are having unrelated to the storm.
