I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. I never really do the review thing but I felt the need to this time. I have had 4 plumbing companies come out here to find the problem why my drainage system wasn't properly working. The plumbers that came outbefore told me that 1. I need all my pipes replaced. Then gave me an outrageous peice.2. They ran machine through my pipes and said I had a tree root and my pipes need to be replaced. 3rd plumber came and really didn't do anything for a hour and charged me 150 for doing nothing. The fourth came and said the exact same thing the first 2 plumbers told but this time with a higher price. I was about to give up. then a friend of mine told me she knows a great plumber who's reliable and very reasonable. I said to myself okay well could do any worse. So I called 3rd generation plumbing pros. Howard abruptly answer the phone it was very detailed and asking me questions of what was the problems. After about a 10-minute conversation with Howard he told me he knew exactly what was the problem. I laughed at him and said you're just going to tell me what the other for plumbers said to me. He laughed back and said no ma'am we don't cause the problems we fix the problems. So he showed up to my door Handsome guy may I add and proceeded to inspect the clog in my house. He explained to me what was going on but I really don't understand the plumbers language. So I said okay how much would it cost. He gave me a price that was unbelievable. In a good way. Howard was here no longer than 25 minutes and have my entire problem fixed. I then been said oh my God you have got to be kidding me. Long story short he is an amazing guy and the professionalism of his character is amazing. This will probably be the only testimony that I would ever do but 3rd generation to Howard the owner thank you with all my heart. You are very honest with me.

I hired them for fixing a main drainage pipe outdoors. In the beginning they were not very responsive. Also, the estimate of efforts were done wrong but they adjusted the cost when they finally did the work. Overall, I would recommend them.

I only trust Walker to check and service my unit. They are responsive, prompt and do professional work. They explain all their recommendations so you can evaluate what you need to do and what could wait until next time.

I have used LeFevers for over 10 years, on a couple of rentals, and in and around my own home. I have never been disappointed. They price fairly, and have done work that had did not have to be redone. They are a small company, but care about their customers. If you have a concern about a bill, or time taken, they are willing to work with you, and even discount the bill if you think they worked too slowly. That happened only once, when they were using an apprentice, so I had my bill reduced.

Very pleased with the service we received and scheduling was easy. We needed to replace some toilets and the estimate we were given by the technician upon his arrival was within what we thought the work would cost. Anthony was friendly, very professional and did a great job with the install. We were so pleased we signed up for the family plan.
