Jay was able to extract a failed Moen Posi-temp valve cartridge from our daughter's shower that another plumbing company was unable to remove. It had locked up likely from mineral deposits. He replaced the valve cartridge with a new one and was done. The other company had given up on just replacing the cartridge (a $50 part) and said we would have to remove the tile and cement board surrounding the rough-in valve and replace the entire valve (a $120 part). Jay saved us the cost of the rough-in valve replacement (extra labor and part cost) and removing and replacing the tile, let alone the mess and hassle that the tile removal and repair would have created. 24 Hour Emergency service is what I needed and could not find anyone else to help us.They came out and the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper once he got to us. Thank god because I have a 3 year old and cant afford emergency plumbing repairs. The excellent customer service they showed was outstandng my 3 year old was a little scared but they showed him what was to be done and he went on to bed it was amazing! I couldnt get him to bed before that for anything. Thank you guys so much.

Had an emergency leak, called up Jason and explained to him what was going on. Gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and he was able to fit us in that same day. Kept me up to date on his eta the whole time. Jason was able to address the problem and had solutions for some unforeseen issues that came up with the repair as well. Jason answered all the questions I had and was more than helpful. Even walked me through how to diy another minor leak that I have when I asked about it. Would definitely recommend.

Late Saturday afternoon, Labor Day Weekend, my kitchen sink backed up after hosting a luncheon for 12. And, to make matters worse, my husband was out of town on his annual dove hunt. What a dilemma I was in. Sink full of dishes, and water backed up in both sinks. Help was needed. I decided to look on line and see if there might be a plumbing company that could assist me...and, I located Roto-Rooter's advertisement stating they were available 24/7. I called, got their answering service, who said they would forward my call to one of their plumbers. I was skeptical, but within forty minutes a very nice young man, Moses (Moises) Perez called, and said that he would be at my house within the hour, and he was. He did a quick assessment; discussed the his procedure, and asked me if I agreed to the plan/cost. Which I promptly agreed to, because it was both $$$ fair, and logical. Moses, was most considerate, using shoe covers, gloves, clean drop cloth, etc. After snaking my clean out valve, he even washed/cleaned up my patio. Wow, I was back in the dish washing business in about one hour. Very rarely, have I posted a review, but I was so impressed, and most appreciative of his prompt attention and professionalism I had to share. I had a list of plumbing to-do's that had accumulated after a remodel. 30 minutes after I called them, my house was swarming with various teams from Baker Brothers, all highly knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I had recently installed a plumbing system not typical in residential applications to strengthen the house during Dallas winters with the instability of Oncor and they were unfazed in making the proposed modifications and taking care of the needed maintenance items. Great groups of guys all around. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend flow plumbing unfortunately they have a dishonest employee named Neal, would not trust this man in your home! Having electrical problems after he worked on gas lines inside my attic. He made up an elaborate story to his supervisor and dispatcher that I stated to him that I had electrical problems before, which is crazy cause his just a plumber why in the world would I tell him about an electrical problem that never existed until he did work in the attic! First stated he was never in the attic then was only inside the attic for 20 minutes which is a complete and total lie he was up there for an entire day! The dispatcher was clueless about why he was ever in the attic to begin with when the problem was a gas leak in the yard. Neal never put on the work order he was ever inside my attic. Seems like he knows he messed up my electrical and his trying very hard to cover up what he did! Got charged over 3k and we dug up the trench and my husband was kind enough to let this man borrow tools! The new gas line that is only 3 weeks old is already extremely rusty which the other gas line never looked anywhere near this bad was told it would last 30 years but by the way it looks im sure its not going to last that long!
