I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

We love Slate Plumbing! I am impressed with the all around service that this team offers each customer. I value their knowledge and expertise, as they help not only the current situation they address, but also help avoid future fires. Plumbing issues can be such a headache and when they come, it is important to have someone you truly trust at your side to help navigating through the fires of it, as well as the financials. Fantastic Service easy to work with and very very very nice people. I was very embarrassed about what I had done to my toilet it was a massacre. They reassured me that it happens all the time which is very very hard to believe because buddy I blew this thing up. They also gave me grooming tips so I don’t clog my drain up anymore. 100% will call then again hopefully not to soon.

I needed a plumber and of course I am very nervous when it comes to trusting people in general to do right by me because unfortunately people in this industry have a reputation of taking advantage of women. However, Dee Ann with LeFevers, made me feel comfortable from the start. She answered ALL my questions and did not rush me. I felt so at ease about trusting LeFevers that I ultimately decided to use them instead of other recommended plumbers that people I knew recommended to me. The plumbers (James & Lee) arrived on time and was able to unclog our pipes and fix the toilet in less than 2 hours for a fair price.
