Great service but prices are to high

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

The process was simple and the technician was out quickly. I was notified of his arrival 15 minutes ahead of time. Once in site, he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.The technician Tony and Stephanie in the office, were consummate professionals. I would use One Source again!

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

I have used this company 3x in 5 yrs and I will never use anyone else as long as they are in business. I’ve never been pressured or lied to about work needed and pricing after many other quotes are fair and reasonable and they work with you. Dan did an awesome job! He arrived quickly in an emergency situation and explained in detail what he was going to do to get the plumbing running like new again. He was very knowledgeable and had my house back to normal in no time! I would definitely recommend Dan and RC Pros for everyone.

Woke up to a cold shower...water heater was broken...we called at 8:35, they were at my house by 9:30...they gave us a quote for fixing it or replacement cost..we went with replacement..they left to get the water heater unit...replaced by super nice employees...they should be called LeFast plumbing inc...their number is kept in our call back folder...I definitely recommend this company!

I call them to request service. I was expecting repairs the next day but they told me they could probably have someone there withinan hour and they were there. They assesed the plumbing issue and got it fixed today within a couple of hours. Thanks PHS.
