This was my first experience with Total Plumbing and I was very pleased. They were able to come out sooner than originally estimated. Adam was very professional and explained everything clearly and gave me an estimate to approve before he started the work. I appreciated the responsiveness.

Evan, with Total Plumbing, is great! He's come out a couple of times for various things, and he's been incredibly professional and friendly. He was quick to come out and on time (actually called to see if he could come a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time). I liked the services enough to sign up for the company's membership and will definitely be using them again.

Mr. Ramon and his Assistant were very polite and respectful of my home. He explained what the issues could be and provided what the cost would be. After troubleshooting to make sure everything was working I was very satisfied. Thank you both for your kindness and the repair.

Marco was thorough in performing an inspection on a property my clients were purchasing. He was professional and did everything he could to answer questions. He even had his superior call back to answer a question about running pipes under the pool decking. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing and will call them for my own plumbing needs!

Given the emergency of the cold weather this company went above and beyond to take care of the pipe that was leaking in the kitchen and adverting a much bigger pipe break. Also, the plumber verified that all the water heaters and faucets were okay. They were willing to come at 11pm if I was available to take care of the emergency, gladly before the winter storm became worse they were able to show up at 7pm that same day. Much to my surprise it was also inexpensive. Great job! I reccommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Brad and Joseph did our spring A/C tuneup today. They were timely, courteous and very competent. I’ve used Levy and Son/Service Experts and their predecessor since 1980 and recommend their professional services to all. Brad has been our primary service tech since 2017 and is a highly qualified expert. I look forward to seeing him again.

I absolutely love Total Plumbing. Evan is my favorite technician. He knows what he's doing and it great about explaining any issues. I've used them several times and they've always done a fantastic job.

We have had them out to our house to repair three separate issues. The first was a sewer backup, which they cleaned out and the plumbers were AMAZING! Professional, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful!!!The second time, we had them install a toilet and found that the builder had soldered the flange to the pipe and then soldered the bolts to the flange!!! Who does that? Apparently, builders in 1969. Total Plumbing corrected that issue as well!!!! Great plumbers and we were happy.During the renovation of our house, a contractor broke the pipe outside and our yard slowly filled with water.Total sent put Raul after hours and he found the break, repaired it and was very respectful and explained what he was doing for my mother-in-law. We will always use Total Plumbing!

These guys are very honest, professional and responsive. Cortez and his partner came to do an estimate and based on information we decided that it was an easy fix for my husband to do, it was a leaking back lawn faucet. We didn't use the service but we will definitely call and use for any major plumbing jobs. These guys are very responsive and has great service to customers.

Jubal did a great job by replacing the outside faucet. Very professional and courteous. I will use Total Plumbing again if needed.I forgot to mention earlier that they tried to match a competitor's price. Even though it was not exactly the same, they came very close and I am thankful for their effort. Also, I got a follow up call to check if everything went well with the service.

Great service and communication. Arrived on time and explained all the options with estimates for the service of installing 2 water heaters. Protected the stairs with good tarps and cleaned the work area very well. Have signed contract for membership to include annual service.

There is nothing fun or inexpensive about an under slab water leak. Total Plumbing was recommended by us from another plumber that couldn’t get to us for at least two weeks.Total Plumbing came out the next day to detect the leak and the next day to repair it. Every person was very professional and demonstrated great expertise. Highly recommend Total Plumbing.

Got back to us quickly and got an appointment the same day. Thought we had a leak. Never found a leak after everything was carefully checked. They didn't pressure us into anything we definitely did not need. We (an Marco) think the front load washer has an issue.

Evan and his helper were great. We are considering the possibility of installing a tankless water heating system. He was very kind and informative. We are scheduled for additional consultation next week.

My experience w/ Jessie was stellar. Did a great job on cleaning up the mess I made trying to be a DIY’er, but more importantly was great to talk to. We’ve used Total Plumbing on several occasion for various projects. We purchased an older home and the previous home owners used Total Plumbing to replace over 75 percent of the original plumbing. We’ve used them to declog toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms, replace a hose bib, replace our kitchen sink p-trap, and install an R/O system for our drinking water. Their pricing is competitive and they do quality work. All the team members we’ve worked with have been very professional. Most recently, we’ve had Jubal out at our house and will be requesting him in the future as well. 10/10 would recommend.
