Very professionally handled - from scheduling, to reminders, through job completion. Electricians were very customer focused and solution oriented.

Angel arrived on time, with the tools needed to complete three different jobs at our house. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company. Saved my husband from sure electrocution.

We got up last Tuesday morning to discover we had no A/C, no hot water and an alarm system that was out. I had read the BBB reviews about Caddell Electric and called them. I was told no one could come out that day but the very nice man I spoke to suggested calling the power company to come and check the lines as we had a couple of different issues going on. The power company came out within an hour and confirmed no issue with the power line, but said there was something very wrong with our electric panel as he could hear sparking and one of the trip switches was very warm. I called Caddell Electric again and explained the situation. They had someone at my home within an hour and the issues (turned out to be two completely separate and equally dangerous ones) fixed in no time. I highly recommend Caddell Electric for their customer service, friendliness and expertise with which they get the job done.

I had an issue that needed immediate action on a Saturday. I called Chris in the morning, and he was out to my house in the afternoon. Everything I needed done was done in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff. Incredible service. Chris helped to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and the price was more than reasonable.Highly recommend!!

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. Scheduling was easy and our Fixer (Jose) repaired both our main issue (water damage) and a number of other small items around the house quickly. He let us know early what he could do and where we would need to bring in a specialist and gave us detailed advice on how to direct the specialist to avoid similar damage in the future. We'd definitely use them again!
