Tribeca is by far the best plumbing company in Dallas. I’ve tried all the big companies. Jay is amazing. They are honest and responsive and did such great work. They repaired a leak, fixed a gas line and fixed a shower in 2 hours that a master plumber from Public Service Plumbers told me I would have to remodel my bathroom to fix. I will only use Jay from now on for my plumbing needs. So grateful to have finally found a good plumber! Thank you Tribeca!

Moses was knowledgable, personable and thorough and when he finished the repair pointed out a tiny flashing leak I didn't realize that I had. It turned out that it was a good thing he came when it was raining. Walker made good the problem without charge even though it had been over a year since MES installed the unit. Ill be sticking with them for more services.

We had a major plumbing repair to be done. Jeff took the time to thoroughly check all of our plumbing before we even hired him for the job and was able to give us a detailed diagnosis. Compared to the 15-20 minutes other plumbers spent on diagnosis, Jeff spending a full day diagnosing our issue(s) was a great indicator of the attention to detail he has throughout his work. Jeff and Chang ended up spending nearly every day on our job for over six weeks. They kept us informed through every step in the process, took the time to show us exactly what they were doing, were very friendly and reasonably priced. Jeff is a perfectionist, which is a rare quality when it comes to plumbing work -- more specifically with the scale of our job. We discovered this when Jeff showed us how poorly and quickly the plumbing was done initially. They ended up having to replace almost every line from our house to the main sewer, and quality was at the forefront of Jeff's mind every day. Jeff was also very transparent with us about any issues he was facing during the work, which was appreciated. Once the job was complete, Jeff and Chang made our yard look even better than it was when they started. They packed in the dirt, raked it out to make everything uniform, cleaned off our sidewalk and house, buried the old, ugly clean outs, made the new clean outs align neatly with the ground and even fixed our ugly water hose pipe without us having to ask. Whether you have a small or large issue, you can trust that Jeff really takes pride in his work and wants to do things right the first time instead of doing things good enough to finish the job.

I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. Everything was done in a timely matter, and I was happy to be able to use my my kitchen and bathroom sinks again. For fast and courteous service, I recommend Phantom Plumbing to everyone.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

Levy & Son Service Experts sent out there Tech Jason to our residents this morning. He Arrived On time #1 was very professional, detail oriented Definitely came in with a mask and booties which is really important! Did a walk-through with my husband. As wrapping up Jason went ahead and gave myself an overview Of his inspection on his service today with our Heater Maintenance which is awesome to be in the loop and know what is going on. Gave us his recommendations on what should be our next move when it comes to repair/maintenance. He didn't put pressure nor gave us a million of random things to fix like other companies I use in the pass!!!
