Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Thank you Xtreme Air for all your help in getting a new Tran system installed at my house. Aaron Castellanos was Xtremely helpful and answered all of questions and concerns. He gave us his recommendation on 2 systems along with the pro's and con's of each system. There was no sale pressure from him, just straight forward answers.The install crew was outstanding. The crew leader explained everything they were going to do and advised me to stop them at anything if I have a question or concern. It was a raining Saturday and they were Xtremely careful and made sure they didnt track mud into the house. They worked all day and then cleaned up everything inside and out.
