Best Need Plumbing Repairs in Dallas TX

RJ was fantastic. I bought my house a couple of years ago after moving to Texas from Michigan. I needed to learn about the plumbing specific to my new house. RJ was patient and took the time to answer my questions. The price was provided up front and, best of all, I was eligible for a five year warranty on my repair.

Came to check out an issue, could not fix it and still charged me $325 ?

Juan and Julio saved our bacon after this Feb 2021 freeze. They were so kind and helped me understand why our pipes burst and gave recommendations. Repaired 2 burst pipes within an hour maybe and made sure nothing else was leaking in my home. Very reasonable price and great service!!

Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

We have used Slate twice for replacing our 20 year old water heaters. They were very quick and everything was made very easy. They fixed our shower faucet as well since it was not giving us hot water since a previous company installed it.

Very quick response and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone that needs any plumbing repairs !

Not reliable . The plumber canceled two appointment. I do not recommend this company .

We had a Mr. Rooter tech to come out to check our two failed but only 3 year old water heaters. After looking them over for 5 minutes, he announced that they needed to be completely replaced and for only $3,600. We paid him his $70 and showed him the door. Horizon plumbing came, found out it was just a part issue and fixed everything soup to nuts for $360.In short, we paid this guy $70 to try to upsell us for ten times the actual cost of the repair.We DO NOT recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone at anytime. It is all about quick cash - and nothing about what is best for the customer. So I am thanking them for this attempted rip-off by posting this warning to others.

Great company to call, they’re very professional and responsive to customers

We needed to switch out the plastic valves the builder put in for metal valves in order to install an upgraded dishwasher. Milestone was super easy to schedule, they came out on time and was able to perform the valve switch out quickly. Chris was very transparent with Milestone’s pricing and even worked out a deal for us to have all 3 valves replaced. He was also very informative to two new home owners who know almost next to nothing. Haha!My parents have been using Milestone for years. And we plan to have them come back for any other future upgrades or repairs.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

Terrible service. The guy look like he was afraid to even get mud on his clothing. He took a picture of the problem about 10 ft away made a report and said it was my exterior valve for my irrigation. That valve is out in my backyard the valve that I have a problem with is in my front yard. My point is he really didn't do any kind of investigation to even see where the problem may or may not be coming from. He was here maybe 5 minutes and that was it. I do not recommend.
