I had Tribeca replace my leaking hot water heaters with a new tankless model. They got everything done with same day service and had the best price of the people I received quotes from. I am very satisfied with their service. They earned the five stars and I will be using them again.

I have multiple issues with Roto-Rooter. One, they never gave us any heads up (call or text) before showing up to our house. Two, we had a leak in a pipe under the side of the house that we had to shut off all our water for. We called Roto-Rooter out to give us a quote and they dug out a huge hole in the ground in our front yard and then notified us that they would be back the following day with a specialist to fix the leak. The following day rolls around (after over 24 hours without access to water in our home) and the same guy shows up (with no notice) and is literally just messing around the hole and he says he is waiting for the specialist. 2 hours later, he comes to the door and tells us so I'm not sure when the specialist is going to get here, so this is just wasting our time waiting around and my boss is telling me to leave.I took off now 2 days from work for them to just leave the job. That is unacceptable!Now we are going on 2 days with no water in our home and Roto Rooter has done nothing but hinder us getting the leak fixed, and having our water turned back on.Would NEVER recommend this unprofessional service to ANYONE!!

I*was apprehensive at first, having to dig through my living room floor...They were neat, efficient and organized, repairing the leaking section of pipe and backfilling , then repouring the slab, all in one visitI have used them before and would certainly use them again!

My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.

I had a hot water line leaking underneath my home. Called Herndon McFarland and spoke to Lee McFarland. He was able to schedule me quickly to start the repair process. Patrick and Shawn made the repair and were extremely professional, polite and on time with each visit. Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Also have to give a credit to Decota who works in their office. She has also been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, will never use another plumbing company.

Cheney checked heat system and all was good.Andre did a great job and checked all the vents to make sure they were working properly. He did his work quickly and very professionally.Austin worked to get me a very good quote. He was on the ball to grab a couple units that would work for me since HVAC units are hard to come by right now. He looks out for his customers to ensure they get great service.Justin did great explaining recommendations for maintenance.

Everyone starting with the initial phone call and ending with the repair work and technicians was very professional, and great. As the work progressed, the wonderful technician explained what he (they) were doing and the purpose of the way the work was being done. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they were very personable but professional and answered ALL my questions. Therefore, I totally understood and understand what they did and why it was done as they did the required work. They take complete pride in their work but most importantly in the outcome of their work for their clients. I would definitely use them again and without hesitation.

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.

I bought my condo 2 years ago and suddenly my water heater stopped working. I thought that I needed a water heater repair but turns out I needed a replacement due to severe rusting, leak and burnt out element. Jeremy said I would need to replace the unit but he suggested that i check with the manufacturer to determine if the unit was still under warranty and a ballpark figure for the cost of installation I can expect from the manufacturer/contractor who would do the installation (original heater was not purchased or installed by Water Heaters Only)At the same time, Jeremy also provided an estimate of the cost to replace using Water Heaters only and everything that price would cover as well as information on warranty etc. so I could do a price comparison. I DID NOT ASK HIM FOR THIS. I had told him I did not do this before so he was telling me what to expect.I called the manufacturer and turns out it was still under warranty. Since the warranty covered provided a free replacement heater, the cost of the big box retailer that was supposed to do the installation (they had done the original install) provided a quote for installation ONLY.The installation quote was almost the same as the quote Jeremy provided!! This was insane because Jeremy's quote included a cost of a brand new water heater AND INSTALLATION!! There was no additional charge to haul away etc.I decided to go with Water heaters only-Jeremy was very helpful, the persons answering the phone were also helpful and willingly answered my many questions since I had never had to deal with this before.

I call them for drain cleaning service and they respond back very with best quality of plumbing service.

Worst ever from $75 to come out to check for a leak and charge me $250 and the leak still there. They send out a company name Senor Rooter, the guy not saying much and walking around my property than say it not plumbing issue and charge $250 for it.

Have used AAA and Eugene several times and have always been very satisfied
