They were able to give me a labor only estimate and we're on time and fixed the issue for me once the part I ordered had arrived. Props to Jose for communication, punctuality, and honesty. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a separation in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the leak. It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do no respond and do not provide reports to warranty company or you. It makes it impossible to get a active leak repaired. They are frauding people and taking money without providing a service.

Drain Doctor's offc worked hard to get us help on the Thurs before Christmas when we had the extreme freeze on top of that. So they will try really hard to please wherever possible!Then they sent a guy named Sergio who was WONDERFUL!!! He was very friendly, & went out of his way to make sure we were happy! It turned out whatever drain clog we had was a mystery but also appeared to no longer be a problem either- but Sergio did everything anyone could do to make sure there was nothing he was missing. Further, he seems quite experienced as well because i could tell he knew exactly what to do.Anytime you have a drain clog- call Drain Doctor here in Dallas & altho i'm sure all their people are good- request Sergio if he is available because he is the greatest!??
