They were super professional, on time, clean, texted before they arrived and made sure I had my questions answered before any work was done. They were able to do work same day! Would strongly recommend.

Ali, had done a tremendous job in showing and explaining the details of the dish washers leaked. My husband and I saw the sincerity and enjoyment of how he did his duties. Finally, a company I can trust with my heating and air conditioning needs! Alix Z. with Dallas Plumbing Company came to my home earlier this week to replace two major parts to my a/c unit. Since my unit was still under warranty, I was only charged labor (which was NOT costlyat all) and he only took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I called Pure plumbing when none of my toilets were flushing, maybe one was draining so slow and I had a full house of family over for the holiday weekend. I was worried no one would be able to make it out but Uriel Arriaga came out Sunday and worked on my home all day and found the problem. He was able to make my toilets and showers usable for a day or two. We recently bought the home and the clean outs were compromised and did not know so they hurried back a day later dug in two locations, got clean outs installed and cleared out the pipes where the camera kept getting stuck. He did this all in one day! Him and his team worked from 7 AM TO 7PM to get the problem solved and I could not be more grateful. I will definitely be using Pure Plumbing for ANY issues I have in the future. Uriel is very knowledgeable and very informative and made sure we understood everything and even informed us of issues that may arise and what he saw while working on the house. He cares about his clients and had the best customer service!

Clint Walker from Mr. Rooter came out and was amazing. He was able to tell me what the problem was and do everything I needed. Friendly and affordable service. Will certainly be calling again and asking for Clint if I ever need anything.

Very professional team of plumbers and plumber apprentices. They quickly found our leak, quoted a couple of repair options and made the repair. They took extra care in covering the repair area with plastic and cleaned up nicely when finished.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am very pleased with the quality service received today from Juan Velazquez (plumbing) and Justin Monte (electrical). I was quoted a fair price to replace toilet parts, fix garbage disposal, install new outlets and a light fixture in our garage. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I signed up for the monthly service program.

TL;DR Joe kept 3400 dollars for a job he never did. Said he'd pay me back, sans the hours he put in trying to diagnose my problem/messing with my pipes, and now seems to be ghosting me.Had a flood in a bathroom from the base of the toilet. Joe looked at it, figured we had a slab leak. Asked for a 3400 dollar down payment to deal with it by tunneling under the house. We saw his reviews and trusted him, and paid him.He kept showing up hours later than he said he'd be, and a flushed toilet caused another flood, leading us to doubt his diagnosis. He was gonna deal with the clog, but he still believed their was a slab leak.He said he'd come deal with it at 7. My girlfriend got up early to let him in; he showed up at 9 but had to leave almost right away because he didn't have the right equipment or he needed to drive his girlfriend to work.Last straw for us. We told him we were just gonna hire a big corporate plumber to get it over with fast. He was polite, said he'd pay us back the down payment.We called in another plumber, they showed up, used a camera snake to find the clog, demolished it, and were gone within one hour. 600 bucks. They said they found no sign of a slab leak.Joe suddenly got real hard to get ahold of. He hasn't replied to a text or call in... 4 or 5 days now? Been over a week since we let him go.Last time we talked, and I told him I was freaked about the chance of him walking with my money, he said I'm not that guy.I honestly don't get it. I'm starting to wonder if he ever honestly believed there was a slab leak, or if he just thought we looked like a couple gullible idiots. I guess he was right, if so.

Not having enough experience with any plumbing company, I called Peerless Plumbing in Dallas. Very professional and helpful person answered the phone and said they could be out between 2pm and 4pm that day. The plumber arrived and identified why our toilet wasn't flushing. Provided us with various brands and options to replace the floater. We chose one that was not very expensive but reasonably durable. The plumber fixed everything and cleaned up very quickly. The best has happened and we are so happy to be back after two days without a toilet! Thanks Peerless Plumbing Company Dallas, you guys are great.
