Several days ago James and Ian came out to advise me regarding locating my sewer line in preparation for doing a camera inspection. They were on time, friendly and professional. Brad just completed the scope of my sewer line. He was on time and diligent and efficient. He explained every part of the process and was patient with me as I watched the camera move through the pipe. My husband already posted a good review for Tribeca Plumbing but I wanted to add a review of the post-plumbing-work cleanup. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house - in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said you'll hardly know we were here after they put things back and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. There was some delay upfront getting the quote for my new tankless water heater installation approved due to city codes. Once that was settled, however, the rest of the process was as smooth as could be hoped. Ron and Chris and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous and advised me of their progress throughout the process. They did their best to be as quiet as possible outside of the necessary drilling. They turned the water heater on after the first day so we could still have access to hot water while they completed their work. Initially, I thought I was going to need to hire an electrician to install a new power outlet for the water heater, but Chris found a solution and was able to drill through the wall of the closet and access an outlet on the other side, which saved me time and money! When one of the crew who dug the trench for the new gas line uprooted a shrub in my backyard, Chris made a temporary mound of soil for it and watered the roots to make sure it would be survive until they could replant it. He couldn’t have known at the time, but those shrubs are my most important yard plants because they remind me of my hometown, so I am very fond of them. Finally, on the day of the city inspection, I overheard the inspector say that their work “looked really good” and gave them the green light to complete the project within a couple hours. That is the highest praise I have heard from a Richardson city inspector on a home renovation project, so I am very confident it was done well. They cleaned up the same day – for a total of 3 days for a new gas line and tankless water heater installation – all well-done and excellent service! Dallas Plumbing will be my go-to for all of my future plumbing and gas renovation projects.

Charged over $900 dollars for small line repair that was easy to get to. Will tell everyone to stay away from using ya'll on every social media outlet. Ripp off would give zero stars if i could.

Jordan and Omari were fabulous. They were very professional and friendly. They knew what needed to be done and did it in a prompt and professional manner. Jordan explained everything that needed to be done and why. He found the hot water heater leak and advised us promptly that we needed to correct the problem. He left the house and within 5 minutes it started to leak. My husband called him and he came back and cut the water off. He was here the next morning to replace the water heaters. Moe was here on a Sat. night to unclog our toilets and etc. He was professional, competent and personable. It was such a pleasure to deal with him.

Dan was a lifesaver coming out to the house on a Saturday night so that I didn't mind that he offered a$60 dollar discount if I would go to an ATM and get $200 cash for a payment to him.He fixed the problem with a $1600 hydro jet treatment.He told me that the problem was a collapsed pipe that would require a digging repair for another $3600.I got two other second opinions that were both $2000 less. One of these companies showed me the problem with his camera which didn't show any collapsed pipe, just some roots in the line. They repaired the line for $2000 less than Dan's quote. I am 70 years old and I felt that I was taken advantage of because of my age and ignorance.

These guys are spot on and very professional. Great follow ups, timely and are subject matter experts in their field. Joseph was very friendly and very efficient. He cleaned up everything after the job as if nothing ever happened. I'll definitely use them for other services in the future.
